Extremely professional, neat and clean!!! An overall exceptional experience!

It went extremely well! Our house is from 1855 and has windows near that time period (the glass has bubbles in it). While the old windows are very cool, they're horrible for insulation in cold and heat and none of them would stay open. I looked around at several window shops since we would need a lot done, and Wayne responded the quickest, and was great on our wallet. He helped us decide what windows would be best for our house and was also great with our two big dogs, ha. His team was great installing them and they're beautiful. Who knew you could think windows were! As we have plenty more old windows and old doors to bring up to this century, we'll definitely be hiring Wayne and his team again.

The service went well, I would recommend them and would hire them again in the future. The work was very good, very professional, they attented to our needs, they were very friendly.

They were incredible. They did a beautiful job. They were there when they said they would come and did what they said what they would do. They cleaned up immaculately and we were very happy.

Great for the most part but when the job was completed they have not taken care of two damaged windows and two sills and for this I am giving them a low rating. See below. Brett, Nick, and Matt did a great job on the installation. They finished on the evening of the third day. It was not until the next day in day light that we noticed two SDL windows were damaged and two sills were noticeably not level. We sent an email and left messages for Wayne but no response. I reached out to Greg who was the salesman and then finally got a response from Wayne saying another company would be contacting us. Over a week has past and nothing. Sent Wayne an email and left a message still no contact and it is almost two weeks now. Very poor customer service after the job is completed. I can only imagine that they will not stand behind the warranty on the work since Wayne does not respond to emails or phone calls.

I met with Greg, showed him the Anderson windows I wanted (the same ones I used for previous replacements, showed him my receipts). There was no attempt to sell me something else; he acknowledged that they are good windows and were available. The installation went quickly (a four-man team worked it). The garden window was installed with braces, which required removing a section of vinyl siding and installing a piece of sheathing for firm support. Everything was very neatly trimmed with aluminum and caulked. I plan to use them again for my remaining window replacements when the time comes. The price seemed a bit high (based on what I know I paid for the same windows several years ago), but the work was done quickly, professionally, and with no mess left behind. They hauled off all the old junk. Easy Peasy.

Wayne came out to our house to talk us through options for replacing our windows, sliding glass doors, and back door. He was extremely knowledgeable and low pressure. After speaking with him we were able to make the most energy efficient and cost efficient choice for replacement windows while saving us a ton of money relative to quotes from four other suppliers. We are looking forward to the install!

Wonderful Experience - I worked with Greg on initial scope of work. He was not a pushy sales person like the others and spent time going through the different options available. After the owner came out he made some wonderful suggestions that I did not think of and I couldn't be happier with the end product. Installation was quick with no mess and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable while working in our house. I guess I should also mention some of the quotes I got from the Window **** were literally half of what going directly with a brand manufacturer would of been ( Pella and Anderson ) - I would never accept another project without giving the Window **** a chance to Bid.

The team did a great job. From my first call to following up 6 months later they have been a pleasure to work with. Greg on the sales side is very well versed in windows and explained everything perfectly. Wayne came out for a second measurement and made a suggestion on the door grids which we would have never thought about but has made all the difference. The 3 guys who showed up to install were like having 3 friends over for the 2 days they spent installing. These guys were punctual, very respectful and happy to be around. They explained things as they installed and had no issue with me hovering at times watching them work. From tear out of old to install and caulking of new, you could tell they took pride in their work and we are very happy with the result. The best part is that the windows are fantastic. we went with the Okna 800 series and the difference is unreal. Quiet, warm and airtight over the originals. We have seen a great saving in electric/ac and hope to see the same with gas/heat this winter.

The Window **** is a family business and does a great job. They took the time to answer all my questions and make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Because they are a small business, they work with you around your time frame and unique needs. I talked to 2 other window companies, and they wouldn't give me an estimate or consider my window project because it wasn't an easy pop-out/pop-in replacement. The Window **** had no problem with removing an old bay window and installing the new window in a different place. The two doors and window are beautiful and solid.

I had windows installed in my home by the Window Nerds. They did a perfect job. They arrived on time and before we got done saying hello to the crew chief the other crew members were setting up and ripping out windows. These guys were a well oiled machine. Everyone knew their jobs. They worked independently and together as needed. The Crew was fast, accurate, knowledgable, polite and very clean. They were in my home for 2 days. Nothing was broken or scratched or damaged. I didn’t find any dust, wood chips, paper or any type of trash left behind. I inspected every window trying to find a single flaw. Couldn’t find one. Hard to believe but it’s true. Hire them with confidence that the job will be done correctly with the highest level of craftsmanship.

From the start, I appreciated Window ****'s (WN) low pressure sales approach and not trying to oversell us on products or premium products we did not need. They offered us a few recommendations at reasonable price points. Their install crew was timely, knowledgeable and extremely professional. We have been very impressed by the quality of WN's work and are enjoying our new windows and doors. They make a huge difference in our house's curb appeal, energy efficiency and overall aesthetic. Things went great. Greg (sales) was fantastic. There is NO PRESSURE- he had several ideas and was really efficient with his work. I came back to him after meeting with another company- I asked him for another option. He was on top of it and got me exactly what I wanted (and his price was lower). Stayed in touch and very responsive. Wayne and Brett installed my window. They were right on time, efficient and professional. All are very nice guys. Don't think twice- hire these guys.

These windows are the best for the price, in my opinion. This is the second time I've used the Window ****, and will continue to use them to finish my entire house. They are punctual, to the point, and easy to get a hold of. Their service is perfect.

The team was on time and completed the work in the time they had estimated to us before. They were the best combination of price, quality, and service that we could find among several estimates.

We didn't use their service in the end, but they were very nice. They seemed like a good company, but we didn't use them in the end because their quote was a little high. They were very nice, and I am sure they would have done a good job. They guy that we went with was cheaper, but it was also on a slightly different scope. It's difficult to compare apples to oranges. Our experience with them was very positive, but I would give them an A in terms of interaction that we had with them and the transparency on how easy they were to deal with. They were better than some other people that we dealt with in terms of details of the quote. They were on time.

Pretty short wait (6 weeks) to have the windows put in once we signed the contract! Basic contract, no issues. Greg, the salesperson from The Window ****, was great at helping us figure out the best windows to put in and even had us change a 3 window configuration to a 2 window configuration in our front room and dining room. It saved us a lot of money because there were fewer overall windows and it looks so much better than what the builder had originally put in. Thanks, Greg! Wayne was great at keeping us informed about the date of install and answering questions about how to prepare. The installation took 2 days because there were a lot of windows to do. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable. The windows look beautiful and have made the house a lot warmer this winter! Great company and great experience! Thank you, The Window ****!

Everything went well without any problems. The installers, Nick and Bret, were very polite and professional. They arrived in the time range I was told to expect them and they didn't leave behind any mess at all. They did a great job without being too intrusive to my wife who works from home. I'm also happy with the windows that I bought, they are a much better improvement over the original windows. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get windows replaced in their home.

The projects turned out great! What a transformation, especially the front door surround. The windows were installed in June 2016 with the doors following in Sept 2016. Originally planned to do the doors in 2017 but were so pleased with The Window **** team that we decided to move up the door work sooner. I'll cut to the chase - the products are great, the pricing is very competitive, the quality of work is top notch, and Wayne, Greg, Bret, and Nick are trustworthy people. I asked a lot of product questions as well as design questions for the door surround and they were very accommodating throughout it all. I really appreciated that as it was a big financial commitment for us and we wanted to be comfortable with our decisions. It was very refreshing to do business with them. I highly recommend them!

Overall it went really well. Wayne and his team showed up on time and installed the conversion kits most efficient way. We did our research and bought the kits ourselves, but I am pretty sure they would be happy to assist the purchase process as well. Price for the installation was really reasonable. Highly recommend this company and team to do the window installation, Andersen conversion kits or other windows. In addition, we got our patio door replaced by another contractor. The new patio door was not working very smoothly, especially the lock was not aligned perfectly. Wayne took the time to examine the door and loose or tight up a few screws and made it perfect, and he only charged me a minimum fee for this service, which I highly appreciate his professionalism and the spirit of doing the right thing.
