We did extensive price and contractor checking and not only received the best pricing from Bella (there were cheaper offers but not on the same level as Bella's quality) but the work was done to perfection! Charlie is VERY responsive and his workers were excellent. It is not easy having someone in your home for several weeks, but the people Bella used were not only skilled, but very respectful and conscientious. I highly recommend them!

+ -1 moreIt took a couple weeks to get a return call from the individual doing the work. Then it took several weeks before they actually arrived. There were two men sent to do this minor job. They did not have the correct materials with them so had to return another day. Afterwards, we noticed spots were missed and felt the incorrect material was used in the grout lines. We had them return to fix some of their work. After two years of looking at an unattractive job we are going to have it redone - by someone else!
Description of Work: Replacement of cracked grout and caulk where applicable.

+ -1 moreTruly amazing service experience. I purchased quality flooring at a reduced price. The owner came to my home the same day and estimated the job. Installation was done by an experienced team two days after the product arrived from the distribution center. High quality work by caring people. The owners are hands on. He visited the job site twice while the work was being done and made a follow up phone call the day the job was completed to assure my satisfaction. A+ I could not ask for anything more.
Description of Work: Provided and installed vinyl flooring in one bath and a separate entryway.

They were also very patient while I took a few weeks to make up my mind - no sales pressure. They helped me decide on the best floor for my home and my budget. The owner accompanied the installer to make sure everything was ready to go and followed up with me afterwards. I was very satisfied with the price and the quality of work. I would definitely use them again and am happy to recommend them.

+ 1 moreWe didn't use their installer as we had a contractor that was working on different parts of the house, but there were no problems with the service
Description of Work: WE are enovating an older home which meant a lot of new flooring as well as kitchen back splash and bathroom. Kathy helped me pick out tiles and carpet that looked awesome but we comparable in price to the big box stores. Her personal attention to detail is what set her apart. She walked me through the whole process, let me know if there was going to be a problem getting some tiles, finding an alternative and often less expensive tile, and getting my whole project ready for my contractor. I can't say enough about the store and the resonable prices. I stumbled on to this place, and SO happy I did

THEY LET US TAKE SAMPLES, SPENT SO MUCH TIME HELPING US WITH WHAT WE WANTED. DELIVERY WAS FAST. THE SHOW ROOM IS VERY NICE WITH EVERYTHING YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.
