Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! He's been promising to fix it for months. Now can't find him. He gives us the run-around. He messed up our deck. Picked the wrong materials. Every time the wind blows my desk fencing falls apart. Now he ignores our calls/texts. He promised to fixed it for months now. We paid around $18,000 for a deck that falls apart when the wind blows."

The courts ordered Lehigh Patio Room to return a deposit that was paid in March 2023, and still today I am waiting for the return of the deposit. The owner has refused to refund my deposit even after it being court ordered by the courts. Do not sign any contract with this company and give any deposits as you will truly regret it. Lehigh Patio Room has consistently lied in court under oath, to the Better Business Bureau and even to the Attorney Generals Office and has been found liable and guilty of all the above yet continues to refuse to refund the deposit awarded by the courts. A true nightmare. Stay away from this business. "
