I started using Gary's services last year in the spring of 2013. After my home was built, the company who came in and did the final grading brought in top soil and planted grass, but they used an annual seed. Need less to say, the following year I had very little grass and most of it was bare brown spots. It looked awful for a new home. I called a landscaping company to see if I needed to start over and dig up the junk that was in my yard. They said I should first try using a lawn service to see if that will help get my lawn under control. I called Gary and he started coming in the spring of 2013. He applied crabgrass control, spring and fall fertilizer, and spring and fall weed control. He also did a soil test and added lime in the fall of 2013. Just in that first year I noticed a dramatic difference in how green my lawn is and how all this brown spots began to fill in with grass and how the amount of weeds decreased. He mailed me a contract in January 2014 and I will continue to use his services because the results have been unbelievalbe. He started again in the spring of 2014 and this year my yard had no dandelions and is very green and the grass continues to fill in in those brown patches of which there are very few left. I have a beautiful lawn which I never thought possible after just one year of using his services. It was like he sprinkled magic pixie dust to make my lawn grow. And he is such a nice man to chat with too!! I have over 23,000 square feet of lawn which is pretty large. I pay $670 for all of his services excluding the lime which was $235. My dad who cannot believe how awesome my lawn looks pays $600 to Scotts and his lawn is 4,500 square feet. While some people may think that is expensive, Gary's services have been worth every penny spent!
