+ -1 moreOne of the backup processes originally created was not functioning properly. They investigated and corrected the issue via remote control of my computer. My set-up is somewhat complex as it involves multiple computers that are being backed up. There was no charge for the service as one of the computer was still under warranty. I've used Total Home Media for many years, for computer purchases, set-up and maintenance/repairs, and they are always quick to respond and have never failed to solve my problems. Their level of knowledge is amazing. I would, and have, recommended them to my family and friends.
