+ -1 moreThey are really good. He comes and does his thing and he leaves. I know a couple of my neighbors had mice and he got rid of them too. It's a good price.
Description of Work: We had rats because we were so close to the river. They bring stones with rat poison and we haven't had problems since. They come monthly.

+ -1 moreI didn't get much advice on what to seal up but I did get the mice and didn't pay very much so I'm happy about that.
Description of Work: I saw a mouse in the house and called to get some help to get rid if it. Glue Traps were put down in the area that I saw the mouse. Several days later a mouse show up on the trape. I disposed of it myself. Several days after that another mouse show up on another glue trap. I added some additional traps and got some of the newer plugins to see if that would keep the mice out. So far the Glue Traps have been empty.

+ -1 moreOur experience went very well. Sam Lasorda came out quickly and spread an environmental friendly product in our kitchen and on our back patio. So far, we haven't seen another ant, either large or small in our house. It turned out to be a pleasant experience. This man was friendly, professional and hands on. By the time he left, we considered him to be a friend and would recomment his service to anybody with a "pest" problem. If we ever see another "critter" we will call him at once!
Description of Work: We had tiny ants on our kitchen counter and inside part of the upper cabinets. We also had found some terminte ants entering our house near the rear patio and found one in our upstairs bathroom.
