We researched nearly 5 other companies to rebuild our deck. Blake was not the cheapest but considering the uniqueness of our project and the inevitable unexpected obstacles; Pantuck Construction was worth every penny. Blake is an excellent problem solver who is not only constantly focused on local coding guidelines and safety, but also aesthetics and overall practicality. You can't go wrong here.

Blake is a true professional. He does quality work with great detail. My deck is 20 years old and he replaced and repaired the decking and moulding around an entry door. Deck repair well done.

Blake did an exceptional job in replacing our old wooden two-tiered deck and substructure with a new Trex deck. It was a challenging project since it was an irregular shape and the connecting staircase had to be specially configured. All of the work exhibited the highest degree of craftsmanship. Being a professional structural engineer, we are certain that the deck will last for decades to come. It fits in very nicely with our Victorian home and allows us to view the Philadelphia skyline better than ever. We canâ t recommend Blake highly enough. Several of our neighbors asked for his contact information.
