They never called after 3 tries I gave up

Their work was excellent. This was my first major home improvement and I spent a lot of time shopping around and researching costs/ideas. From the time I walked into their showroom late on a Saturday afternoon and met with Linda, I knew this was the place I wanted to choose. Linda was welcoming and patient, she listened to what I needed, helped greatly in narrowing down my choices and worked with me to figure out how to stay within my budget. From there I dealt with Jorge who was wonderful as well, very meticulous and did an amazing job in templating for the countertops and walking me through how things would work. The day the work was completed, the team that came to my home was led by Nestor and they were excellent as well. They finished in one day instead of two and their installation was perfect - truly a great job. I have received tons of compliments and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

They did an excellent job. They had a great selection, competitive prices, showed up on time and did a meticulous installation job.

From day one they were great. My husband and I had looked at another granite place in our area and wanted to see another place to compare prices/quality. We had planned on going with the other place but after visiting Master Granite we quickly changed our minds. We did not care for the sales person at the other granite place-arrogant/made us feel like we didn't know what we wanted/ assumed we couldn't afford what we wanted/were looking at. Master Granite were able to answer all of our questions without making us feel pressured into using them knowing we had looked at another place. Once we decided to go with them the owner came out the next week to measure and give us a final number. We went on vacation shortly after that but they quickly set up an install day when we came back that worked with our schedule. On install day they were right on time and worked efficiently. When they were finished the guy in charge explained everything to me from what they did (pulled out the oven but didn't disconnect, plumbing/demo of old countertop) to how to clean the granite, what we could/could not put on the granite, etc. they cleaned up and made sure to take their shoes off/not once dragged dirt in our house. We are very happy with the outcome and would definitely use them again.

I did have contact with them but ended up using someone else. I went with someone that had their own slabs because I wanted to look at the slabs before I bought the granite. They did give me a good quote and did return phone calls quickly. They were courteous and professional and were recommended by one of the contractors that worked at my house. I didn't choose them for reasons that were out of their control. They are honest and true and did get back to me quickly. If I had a need I would certainly consider them in the future.

My wife and I selected Master Granite after reviewing many other small companies in the Phoenixville area. We both have worked in Big Box retail (the orange one) for over 25+ years combined, and knew our tastes and . We walked in with an idea, Barbara turned it into a vision and Jorge and his team of installers turned it into reality. All with in the 3 weeks we were originally told to expect. We had several changes that we wanted during the install and they executed those needs flawlessly. The only complaint we had was during selection. My wife had chosen some tile for the master shower that had been discontinued. Barbara called us and we were able to find another very similar with minimal price difference. I would recommend them with absolute confidence in design and quality of work preformed.

The design staff was very helpful when I was deciding on the tile and grout selection. The installation went smoothly and it looks great.

Initially we found that Bob was very helpful and swore by the quality of work. However, the actual experience was terrible! Not only was the person who dealt with us at Tropical Stone immature and, as it turned out, not knowledgeable, about granite, but Master Granite made so many mistakes in cutting, preparing, and installing the countertop and then denied it all. We had asked for rounded corners but got 45 degree angles. Master Granite stated that the edges were correct and could not be fixed. Upon initial installation, the workers cut our water line to the dishwasher but failed to inform us. Instead they just turned off the water. The sink did not line up properly with the countertop and the seam looked terrible with obvious epoxy which left it white. But worse of all, the granite itself was dull, dirty and rough. The owner, Jorge Gallegos was obnoxious to deal with, denying any problems. Instead of making good, he hired an attorney and threatened us. He just wanted money.
