+ -1 morePathetic..... Craiglist crook! Beware.
Description of Work: Setup time for appointment, never showed up or called. When I called subsequently, he said he would call back in 10 minutes.... still waiting!

+ -1 moreWe called and a man came to the house claiming to represent this company. He did not speak clear English. He borrowed paper and a calculator and gave us a price that was $1000 less than the nearest bid. We tried to get it in writing for a week and talked to several people who claimed to be the business owner. We eventually talked to the business owner who denied sending someone to our house and said it was a cousin or former employee trying to moon-light. He set up an appointment to come and give an estimate in person. They he never came.
Description of Work: There is some problem going on with this business that we were never really able to get to the bottom of. They wasted lots of our time and the story kept on changing. They offered a very good initial price, but I could not get anything formally in writing. They failed to show up for appointments. I think they may have insurance issues.

+ 0 moreThey were able to install the floors days after I got the quote. The quote was HALF of other quotes I received. They also do installations for a major retail flooring store so I figured they knew what they were doing. They arrived on time on the installation day and finished the job in one long day. They did an excellent job-very professional. I've had the floors down for 2 months and haven't had any problems. They look beautiful. They also did a great job on the baseboards and stairs. They did clean up but expect to have to do a thorough cleaning after a job like this. These guys are a find-I highly recommend them!
Description of Work: They installed approximately 500 sq.ft. of hardwood flooring in my living room and dining room and stairs. They also installed new baseboards.
