 + -1 moreNancy missed seeing my first communication about scheduling, so I had to reach out a second time. She responded to the second message very quickly, apologized, and got me scheduled ASAP. She and her teammate did a fabulous job! They spent all the time necessary to get everything done, were extremely detailed, and cleaned things I hadn't even thought they would. They even organized my bathroom closet! Truly beyond my expectations. I asked her on the spot to start a monthly service.

 + -1 moreFollow-up to original review. Purchased Buy It Now Deal for housecleaning. A few days after I received a refund from Angie's List, a woman came by my home during the day. I was at work however my fiancé was home. The woman stated that she lost her phone and my information therefore was unable to contact me after having missed our scheduled appt date. She apologized saying that she was "very sorry" and gave my fiance a cash reimbursement. My fiancé explained to her that we had already been reimbursed by Angie's List and refused the refund.
