We received excellent sales assistance from Danielle at the store. She was patient as we explored our options. She provided valuable information from her and other customers experiences. The prices of the appliances were competitive with large retailers and we received a rebate on the dishwasher from the manufacturer that could only be offered through an appliance store. A pleasant and welcome surprise. The delivery and installation of the appliances was exactly at the time promised. The installers, Tim and Brandon, were great to work with. They were professional and friendly as they went about removing the old appliances and installing the new ones. We recommend Appliance Alliance for the selection of appliances, helpful sales process and real quality work on the installation. We will definitely shop there again should we need appliances in the future.

I purchased kitchen appliances for a new kitchen at a great price for the package of appliances. The delivery had to be rescheduled twice, but they were very accommodating and went out of their way to get me the appliances in time for an event I had planned. The girls in the office were professional, knowledgeable and friendly and very responsive. The installers were courteous and helpful.

They arranged for the installation with a company that they use all the time, and it worked very well. The morning of the installation, the came in and delivered the air-conditioner and then the guy came in almost immediately behind him and installed it. We had to change some electrical lines because the older air-conditioner was a 110 and the new one is a 220. They had to run a new line for that. He did a minimal fuss and bother and did a very good job with it.

Skip and his staff know their stuff. I have bought two flat screen TVs, dishwasher, portable ACs and now a washer and dryer. They spend time with you in the store explaining the plus and minus of products, service issues of each and every product you are looking at. They are very patient and will answer all of your questions. I will go back to them for my next major purchase. I feel in today's times, these are people you can trust.
Description of Work: I have used this company since 2006. The owner and his employees are very knowledgeable about the produces they sell. I have relied on them throughout the years for their expertise. I have bought two flat screen TVs, portable air conditioner, dishwasher and more recently a washer and dryer. I would not look anywhere else than these guys. They know their stuff. The are professional, friendly as well too. They install all their products and take the old ones away. I know I can count on them.

The entire experiece from the purchase, to deliver, taking out old washer and installing the new one was great.
Description of Work: I purchased a clothes washer. I went to the store on Wednesday, made the purchase it was delivered and installed on Friday, 2 days later. The delivery was on time and the two delivery men were courteous and very efficient. The entire experience was great. If purchase something and it is cheaper at another store they will give you the cheaper price + 25% off. That is a fair deal.

I've been a customer for years but this last experience has totally soured me on them. I purchased all new appliances for my new home, and scheduled delivery for a day when the contractor would be working on the house. Of the appliances, I purchased one floor model. I specifically told them to use my cell phone to confirm delivery and communicate, as I no longer have the home phone. On the night prior to the delivery, I did not receive a phone call telling me when the delivery was to be made (the delivery window). OK, well, the salesperson had told me that it would be between 9:30-12_30, so I didn't worry about it. I made sure the contractor was there waiting to receive the stuff. It never arrived, and I never got a phone call. I called the store and was told they had left a message on my home phone that the range hadn't come in and they didn't know whether I wanted the rest of the stuff delivered. I explained that the home phone number was no longer a valid number AGAIN and that I had specifically mentioned this to the sales person. Then they told me that they would call 1/2 hour prior to delivering the rest of the stuff that day. They did manage to call this time. When I got home to check everything out, they hadn't delivered the icemaker for the fridge and the fridge (which was the floor model) still had all fo the velcro stickies on it from the pirce tag and other info. Really? They couldn't even remove those? Big black fridge, little white velcro stickies all over the front of it. I called to complain. They called me back on the defunct home phone. I called again.And then I asked about the rebate coupons I was supposed to have received by email. Apparently, they had lost my email address and they had my cell number wrong the first time and had been leaving messages on someone else's phone. Next, the missing range was delivered along with the ice maker converter for the fridge. Of course, why install it? The icemaker was delivered in a box, and stayed there. no install. Then I went to fill out the rebates. I had been told that there were rebates on each appliance but come to find out there isn't one on the microhood. I filled it out anyway, just in case, but I have no hopes I'll get that extra $50 in rebates. At one point, I was offered extended 10 yr warranties on the appliances--I wasn't interested. this whole experience was such a mess that I won't be returning and I already called to let them know that I'll be submitting a report on Angie's list. What a disappointment. 10 years of customer loyalty, lost in a wreckage of miscommunication. UPDATE 7/5/11: I'm revising my initial grade from a D to a C based on the company's willingness to work with me to fix some things. They have been very good at trying to schedule someone to come out and install the ice maker. When I discovered it was the wrong model, they had already loaded the right one on the truck to try to deliver to me. I was unavailable for several days but we've finally scheduled the install for tomorrow. We now have the right ice maker, and a scheduled time. Dante, my sales contact, has always been pleasant and helpful. Depsite the less than steallar review, Appliance Alliance made sure I got the ice maker and will be installing it. They hung in there and have been professional about it.

Overall it went very well. I had done some comparison pricing at sites like Sears (who was having 15% off on appliances) and Lowe's, Home Depot, and the price was about $1150 for the fridge we wanted. Then I remembered Appliance Alliance, whose owner I met at a Phoenixville Chamber of Commerce meeting at one point. I checked their site and they were having a sale as well (isn't everyone these days?). The price came in at $1050. I called up and talked to a helpful saleswoman and she explained there was an additional sale down to $975. The delivery men were friendly and courteous, and conscientious of our home and furniture. We also love our new fridge. Overall it was an excellent experience and smooth process.

THE SALES STAFF WERE GREAT! THEY WERE PROBABLY ONE OF THE MOST PLEASANT COMPANIES WE'VE WORKED WITH. RICH, OUR SALESMAN, WAS LOW-KEY AND NO-PRESSURE. WE WERE SOLD ON HIS ADVICE AND CONFIDENCE IN THE PRODUCT HE WAS SELLING. WE'D RECOMMEND THE COMPANY HIGHLY! THE SALESMEN DON'T WORK ON COMMISSION, SO THEY REALLY DO WORK TOGETHER. WE ALSO LOVED THE FRESH BAKED COOKIES AND HOT COFFEE (FROM APPLIANCES DEMONSTRATED AT THE STORE) THAT THEY OFFERED US WHILE WE SHOPPED.
