Angelo's Carpet, Flooring and Duct Cleaning

The guy arrived on time, was very cordial and told me everything he was going to do. Moved furniture and did a great job. Will use them from now on.

It went well. Before setting up the appointment I spoke a couple of times with the office to get a few questions answered and I asked if any of the techs had more experience. Angelo (the owner) recommended Steve due to his advanced training in textile cleaning. We booked an appt. with Steve for the 19th. Steve arrived promptly and had one other person helping him. Steve reviewed the carpets and answered all of our questions regarding their process. Steve had a great attitude, very customer-focused. He detailed out the exact price before they started, and as well as their 30 day guarantee. He also explained that their allergy spray was applied last and that it changes the chemical composition of the allergy components so that they do not cause an allergic reaction. The team were very efficient and worked to pre-treat and hot water extract. One of our rooms had a number of old stains from the previous owners that we were not very optimistic they could do anything about....but the team was able to make them look much better than we thought possible. Only wish the cleaning of the edges of the carpet throughout had been a bit better, but Steve had cautioned us that they would improve, but couldn't be perfect. Forced air heating and cooling causes the carpet to act like an air filter on its edges resulting in their darkened appearance. The job took just about two hours to complete which is what they told me it would be. One thing to be aware of....it took our carpets about 24 hours to fully dry even with the heat turned up and our ceiling fans activated. Angelo's office had said 4-6 hours and Steve said it would take 6-8 hours to dry. It would be better if they had set our expectations at 24 hours..

I made an appointment to have our carpets and duct work cleaned prior to moving into our new home. It was easy to make an appointment with Angelos. The guys arrived on time and they were polite. However they forgot to bring their equipment to clean the vents and they were only able to clean the carpets. The company told me that it would take about 6 hours for the carpets to dry. About 18 hours later when the moving vans arrived the carpets were still damp. I thought that the carpets looked good when they were done being cleaned. But a month and a half later with at least weekly vacuuming it is still unbelievable how much dog hair there is. I would not recommend hiring this company.

already Angelo's was excellent from the first call through the time the services were provided. I was able to make an appointment with ease for a Saturday between 9 am and 10 am. The carpet technician, John arrived promptly at 8:55 am. He was polite and explained everything. My carpets look outstanding. It had been a long time since I had them cleaned and I didn't think there was any way they would come completely clean. But, they are immaculate and spotless and look great. I couldn't believe how good they looked. One other point, John could have easily charged my an extra fee for "pre-scrubbing" carpets since I had stated to him that I didn't think the carpets would come completely clean, but he said he didn't. I appreciate the fairness, integrity and respect he showed by not "gouging" me. I highly recommend Angelo's to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

From start to finish, the team performed an excellent service! We have used Angelo's before, and we have never been disappointed.

We are very pleased with the services Angelo's did. They picked up our rugs, repaired them, and delivered them back to us on an agreed upon schedule, all for a very reasonable cost. Their repair work was great (they didn't even charge us for removing the fringe from our carpets.

Due to a leak in my basement, I had to toss out wet carpet padding and tack strips. I had a few other estimates but Angelo's came in at half the cost of all the other estimates. The guys who came were on time and professional - worked fast and cleaned up after themselves. It turned out the padding they had brought was too thick and wouldn't come close to matching the original padding, I called the office and they were able to send someone the next day to replace the padding with a better fit.

Very satisfied. The techs arrived on time and did a complete and professional job at a fair price. They were friendly, neat, and trustworthy. A pleasure to have in my home.

The carpeting and tile look spectacular. Some tough stains had occurred on both the carpeting and the grout and the crew was able to remove them all! The service was excellent. The crew was very conscientious, extremely careful with moving furniture and in placing pads on furniture feet to protect them from the slight moisture left in the carpeting after cleaning. Very customer satisfaction oriented. I could not be more pleased with Angelo's Carpet, Flooring and Duct Cleaning. I would be hard to imagine anyone not being thrilled with this company. I will be hiring Angelo's again to clean additional rooms of carpeting.

Everything from the first call to setup the appointment to the delivery of the service was terrific. The two gentlemen who performed the service were polite and professional.

From the very beginning, the person that came out was very attentive and friendly. We went throughout the house to explain what we what we wanted cleaned. At the end of the tour, we sat down and he explained in depth the process. Angelo came out with his crew on the scheduled day prompt and with a smile. They took great care of making sure there were no messes left upon finishing. We were very comfortable in having Angelo and his team at our house, it almost felt like family. We would always use this company for our annual cleaning!

I take my carpets to the shop to have them cleaned. Everyone I've met on the Angelo's team is friendly and capable. With self-delivery and pickup I receive a considerable discount. Within a week or two, I get my cherished Turkish carpets back clean and in great shape.

Great service, from the initial phone call for the appointment to the follow up survey. I felt very comfortable with the cleaners, they were polite, courteous and professional. They did not try to upsell anything. Their charge was almost exactly what the estimate was. When they were finished they explained their findings, stains that were removed, etc. I will be using them again next year.

We used Angelo's carpet cleaning for the second time to clean and pick up a large oriental rug. They dropped it off and the experience was completely different then the first time. The main gentleman seemed inconvenienced and the second gentleman pleasant, but not sure what do. At one point, I had to step in and help move a chair. The owner called us, and basically claimed "we needed to move our own furniture and have the rug rolled". No! As far as the gentleman who was not pleasant or had no customer service skills. Angelo explained that "as it was the end of the work week". I think it's wonderful when a company values their employees, but don't make excuses for their behavior. They lost our business, and we certainly won't refer them.

I called the company and within a short period of time they were at my house to give me a quote. I thought about it for a few days, called them back to authorize the work, and within a few days were at my house doing the work. The person who gave me the quote, Steve Pagnotti, and 2 helpers did a very professional job on my carpets and were finished with everything within 2 to 3 hours. My wife and I had not cleaned the family room carpet for quite a long time as we tended to store a number of objects there and so between that and tracking dirt into the room from the garage the carpet became quite dirty. When I first laid eyes on the carpet after they had finished and left, I actually said Wow! I couldn't believe it could look so much better after all that time. It look almost new. As far as the price, it seemed reasonable given the amount of work they did although I had nothing to compare it to since I only asked for the one quote. All in all, they deserved the A that I gave them.

It was fine. Scheduling was easy. I think they took the lint with them as I only saw a little in the bushes outside after they left.

Chris arrived shortly after 2:00, which was nice, since the time window for service was between 2:00-4:00. He looked at the stairs to see what needed to be done, and then said it was a minimum of $125 for service (before taxes are added). The cost for doing just the stairs was $55, so he asked me if I needed anything else cleaned, so I could get my money's worth for the $125 requirement. I had a 5'x7' and 2'x3' area rug, so I asked him about getting those done as well. He said it would end up being only $5 more than the minimum charge to add in those rugs, so I said to go ahead with those as well. He quickly got to work and was done in about an hour. Chris was very carful not to get our laminate flooring wet, so it didn't get damaged. Everything looks great and I'm very happy with the work performed. I would definitely use Angelo's again for future carpet cleaning.
