I showed Dan and Garland the plumbing issues I had, and they explained their fees and had me sign paperwork, and then they began the work. I was welcome to offer insight about my home to help them troubleshoot the problem, and they communicated with me as they figured out the solutions. Very polite and friendly.

My tub drain has been slow for years and needed to be cleaned. Dan came out within a few hours of my call to him. He and Garth arrived on time and were very professional and pleasant. The drain is a lead pipe and is fragile. While I did not ask them to try everything because I am still evaluating the risk to the pipe, they did try a few other methods and improved the flow by about 50%. They gave me estimates of what's involved otherwise to make a complete repair. I would certainly call them again!

Dan and Garland are terrific to work with. Dan is responsive, clear, patient, and very understudying in working to do the best job for his customers. Like Dan, Garland is also very professional and very polite. I highly recommend them.

My sum pump stopped working 2 days before Christmas and everyone I called was unavailable but these gentlemen! They called back right away, even though they were at another job! They we prompt, curteous, and just REALLY nice!!! They saved my basement/ entertainment room from going under water... literally!!! I won't hesitate to call them again! Thanks guys!!!!!

We called on Wed. night because after replacing the kitchen faucet water was leaking from the shut off valves, and we weren't sure if the pipes needed to be replaced because they seemed to be corroded. Dan said that he had a big job the next day but would try to be over, if not definitely by Fri. He called and was able to come on Thurs. He quickly assessed the situation, fixed it and only charged up for the trip out. He was quick, honest, and professional. We will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs!

We never did get a an estimate or commitment of what they could do for us. They were honest, but they did not make us feel that they were the experts that we needed.

The problem was a sewer drain clog somewhere in the drainage system of our church education building. There are multiple bathrooms and a kitchen, so the location and type of clog was unknown but it was sudden and complete. The American Drain Cleaning workers showed up at the appointed time, unloaded a large, motorized "snake" and started trying to locate the clog. The toilet had to be removed from one of the bathrooms to gain access to the drain line. They snaked the line from inside the building twice and from outside (using a cleanout access in the parking lot) twice, going back and forth to get to the clog. The clog material was compacted and hard, did not yield easily. Once the clog was cleared, they reinstalled the toilet and checked it out, then cleaned up. They did the work in a very competent and professional manner, were good about cleaning up and restoring things to their original state. They knew what they were doing and were very professional and pleasant during the resolution of what was a difficult problem.

I discovered a water leak in the basement. I called Dan in the early evening. Dan asked if it was an emergency. I said it was not and we settled on 2 PM the next day. Dan arrived on time, reviewed the job, provided a quote and completed the work.

He also did some additional work for no charge. Overall, a great experience. Responsive and punctual--just what you need with a plumber!

They gave us some good advice and were very pleasant.

Dan came out for original estimate for installing a water softening system in my townhome. He was on time and got back to me with several choices in short amount of time. They arrived shortly after 8 am on saturday morning and worked efficiently to install the water softening system. They were friendly and profession and had water back as soon as possible. I would recommend this service and will use in future for any plumbing needs.

very good, dug out the mud and debris, line was blocked by roots and mud. Did a great job of digging through an exterior pipe/

Don responded immediatey to my call. He came out the next morning, at the time specified. He and his assistant were friendly ,courteous, and efficient. Everything is now working well.

Spoke with Dan Rolli on 12/14 & he was available to provide services 12/15. Dan & Gar arrived as scheduled, assessed the faucets & showerhead I had previously purchased at a home supply store, assessed sites of installation & provided an estimate. Dan recommended a better grade faucet for the bathroom than that which I had purchased & he agreed to purchase them at his plumbing supply store. I agreed to same & while Dan was purchasing the faucets, Gar was removing the old faucets. When Dan returned they worked as a team and are the nicest people you would ever hope to meet. I was very comfortable while they were working in my home & they have a great sense of humor. Dan & Gar are very professional, knowledgeable & shared many helpful tips. While installing the faucets, some complications arose due to the construction of the condo but were handled with ease & very professionally. All jobs were completed to my satisfaction & all work areas thoroughly cleaned. I would highly recommend this team for all your plumbing needs. Great job!

Although we decided not to go ahead with the plumbing "fix" I originally wanted, they were very helpful in discussing options and pros and cons of the situation. I will definitely call them again when there is a need.

First of all, we called on Wednesday before Thanksgiving for an "ermergency" appointment, and got the first appointment on Friday AM. Points to American Drain Cleaning & Plumbing for recognizing urgency and not belittling our problem. At 8 AM on Friday, we received a phone call telling us they were on their way and by 8:10, they were in our bathroom, checking things out. Polite and professional, Dan discussed all work he thought was necessary and quoted said work. Personally, while the work was in progress, it sounded like more than what he'd bargained for, but we heard no complaint, and there were no extra charges. The job even required a trip out for parts to replace the bathroom faucet entirely, but again, we were informed and the guys made the trip without complaint, returned promptly and completed the work in the bathroom. The kitchen faucet needed replacement and while I thought that price was high (since we already had the new faucet that we wanted installed), we are extremely pleased with the finished job. Lastly, we had the guys look at another potential problem, for which we were provided a fair estimate.Overall, I'm very pleased with the company and would most certainly recommend them to others, as well as use them again myself.

They were very polite and informative when I made the appointment. They call when they were on their way and arrived within the time frame they stated. They quickly analized the problem and gave a reasonable estimate. They performed the work with care to the surrounding areas. They were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I will use them again.

Contacted Daniel Rolli, said he would be happy to come out and provide an estimate. He was on a current job and asked if he could call in a couple of days to which I fully agreed as the hose was not an emergency. He called back in a timely manner and we set an appointment. On the date of the appointment Mr. Rolli called, spoke with my partner as I was traveling and said there would be a $75 trip charge to come out. This was the first time a trip charge had been mentioned. He said it could be applied to the service bill. My partner agreed given I was out of town traveling and did not know Mr. Rolli had ever mentioned a trip charge in our initial conversation nor does he advertise it on his website that I saw. Mr. Rolli sent someone else who was as we understood a "sub" who looked at the location of the faucet and went to his truck to call Mr. Rolli. He came back after a few minutes and gave an estimate of $425 which seemed extremely high to us. Mr. Rolli never said he was sending someone else. He was very professional as was Dr. Rolli. We did not use Mr. Rolli's company and would not recommend him for these reasons: he did not tell me during the initial call of the trip charge, he did not tell us he was sending someone else and his price was exhorbitant in our opinion. We had the work completed for $250 by another company.

I am very happy with ADC&P, will recommend the company to others, and will use them again myself if needed. I made an appointment with Dan from ADC&P to come fix three minor plumbing problems at my house. Dan arrived exactly on time with his assistant Gar, they looked at the three problems, and then they gave me a flat rate estimate BEFORE starting the job. I thought the estimate was a bit on the high end, but I asked Dan several questions regarding hourly rates (he wasn't charging me hourly), a guarantee on the work (30 days), and what I would be charged if they couldn't repair but had to replace parts instead. We agreed on the price, and they started working. Two of the three projects were more involved than expected due to corroded equipment in the faucets and unnecessary problems from the original installation (which they had nothing to do with). There was no complaining or grmbling from Dan or Gar. They worked diligently and completed all three projects, which took a total of 6 hours. They didn't break for lunch, ask for food or water (even though I tried to insist on it), or ask to use the bathroom (how?). I was pleased with the end result of all three projects. Also, I asked them to take their shoes off or wear "booties" in the house, as we're a "shoes-off" policy. Even though both ran in and out of the house numerous times to their truck for supplies, they diligently and without complaint adhered to my no-shoes policy. Both Dan and Gar are very professional, plus they're just plain nice guys.

After changing the flow tube, I noticed that there was a leak from the feed line. I called American Drain cleaning and Plumbing on Wednesday morning and explained the situation to Dan. He was on another job, but said that he would put me next. He called to get directions, showed up in a timely manner, gave me a price for the job and did the work.

Great experience!! Had a leaking pipe that needed to be fixed ASAP. On a Saturday, came out quickly, fixed the problem and was very fair on price and Proffessional! Would highly recommend them to anyone who needed work done.

They located the leak, took care of the problem, and made some suggestions. They did a good job. They were very nice people and had reasonable prices.

Overall, Dan and Gar were very personable and professional. Thought they were a bit pricey since the projects seemed pretty straight forward, but we were in a jam so went ahead with the service. Plus the projects were outside of the technical abilities of my handyman, so a licensed plumber was needed. Dan and Gar called when they were on their way with approximate time of arrival. While they installed the gas line, I had to run back to home depot to purchase another faucet that was ruined previously by a handyman. Dan and Gar were very patient in waiting for me while I made that trip and definitely were appreciative of the business. I also appreciated the fact that they explained everything that they were doing so I could understand what repairs I got. It's only been a few days since the faucet was installed, but I haven't run into any issues thus far. I'd definitely recommend againl.

The guys came out diagnosed the problem quickly gave helpful advise on preventing future problems. They were pleasant and very professional.
