Great! Although Randy Wike is now working for Christopher Miller Petroleum, Randy and a young man in training serviced our furnace this past summer. Randy personally recommended and installed my furnace over 15 years ago--i am still happy with its performance. Although I was sorry to hear Randy sold his business to Christopher Miller Petroleum, I was relieved to learn Randy was still working on their behalf. I would recommend Christopher Miller Petroleum to anyone for home heating with the knowledge that Randy Wike is still performing work for the company. Randy Wike actually installed and has been servicing the furnace at my parents' home for over 25 years. He has ALWAYS been available for the few times emergency service was needed both there and at my home. His prices were always reasonable and his service excellent. I also know first hand that my nephew's furnace broke down this past winter. Christopher Miller Petroleum sent a serviceman to fix the furnace. That serviceman ended up calling Randy Wike for assistance and Randy got to the bottom of the problem and my nephew's furnace was up and running in no time. My nephew also stated that the repair costs were well within reason for the work performed and replacement parts needed. IMO, Randy Wike is the best of the best in home heating! I look forward to Christopher Miller Petroleum's servicemen learning a lot from Randy.

Greg and another employee...sorry I cant remember his name installed the furnace. They used the basement door, cleaned up after themselves, and explained their procedures. Each was kind and courteous, even when one of my dogs decided to check things out. They completed the work within a reasonable amount of time, also arrived at the scheduled time.
