Everything from initial phone call response to coming out for an estimate to completing the job was fantastic. John was very response, on time and professional. He worked with us to give us various lighting options to choose from and helped us figure out what was best for our room size. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. After the job was completed, we asked about a loose outlet in our home. John took the time to take a look, and fix it at no additional charge. It is so rare to get exceptional service these days and we were so impressed by Your Electric Now. We will absolutely be recommending them to everyone we know that needs electrical services and using them again for any projects that come up.

I had a hard time getting a hold of someone to complete this work. I tried several other electricians first. They were the only contractor to answer the phone. After providing an estimate the day before, they showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. Finished the job in about an hour. Left the kitchen just as it was when they arrived. Overall very pleased.

I had originally given this company a failing grade on this site because I saw them once and then never heard from them again. However, John (one of the owners) called me after reading that review and rectified the situation. He said his partner, whom I had met, severed the relationship and apparently did not follow up of several issues, including mine. John seemed sincere, so I gave YEN a second chance. John has been great so far. He has followed up on my intercom system issue ever since. So far, so good.

Arrived on time and were very professional. They made suggestions, completed the work on schedule and cleaned up behind themselves. Compared with other estimates and what was to be done, they were excellent. I will use them again.

I attempted to contact Your Electric Now, leaving three voicemails and sending one message through Angie's List, all without ever receiving a response. We received a refund.

It was an excellent experience. They were on time and very professional. I originally found them through an Angie's List Big Deal in May 2011, and was very pleased with the service. I have used them several times in the last few years. They're always very helpful, provide good advice, and great service.

He was awesome and I have used them since. He called me back right away. He has done a whole bunch of work for me and they wore booties. They were smart and nice. They cleaned up afterwards. Their price was competitive.

Everything went great. They did very high quality and neat work. I was called the day after I purchased the Big Deal from AngiesList and was scheduled for a few weeks later (I had limited availability). They were on time, performed the work that we agreed to, and left no mess. Everything was completed in an hour.

They are coming tomorrow. Their communication has been excellent so far.

I purchased a big deal with this provider. I wanted a few outlets switched out, but when he arrived he said that I would need an entire electrical upgrade in order to do the project. He was very nice and professional, but I did not end up using the deal.

They had to cut off the electricity for a couple of hours, which was OK. I worked in the yard while they were working in the house, in case they needed something. The whole job took about 6 hours, from 10:30- 4:30. It seemed to go smoothly, except when I asked them about checking everything was working, and then they asked if that had been included in the quote, and if it hadn't they would do it for another $130. I agreed to that being done while they were there, figuring it would be easier for them to correct something on the spot than if they had to come back. They cleaned up the area nicely, and took off after I paid them. The furnace and refrigerator were both humming along.

I called Your Electric Now on a Tuesday and was able to get an appointment for a quote very quickly. John came to my house to provide a quote. He was thorough and quick with the quote for the work which was to install a ceiling fan in a two story family room and two light fixtures (dining room and stair landing). Your Electic Now's quote was significantly less than other quotes i had received due to Your Electric Now having the required equipment for the installation. Providers arrived on time and completed work in a timely manner. Upon arrival, the two gentlemen moved my furniture out of the way and used drop cloths to ensure my furniture and carpets were protected from any dust or debris. After the installation, they moved the furniture back, packed up all packaging and garbage and put the debris in my garage. I was quite pleased with the professionalism of Your Electric Now. I would recommend and use Your Electric Now again for any electrical work.

They were amazing and I have used them about 3 different times. The cleanup was great and perfect. The electricians are very professional and helpful. The scheduling has been great. I wanted them to make a light fixture out of an old antique cone. It was not working properly and they came right back and fixed it at no additional charge.

Excellent service and price. John, one of the owners came to survey the situation right on time when he said he would be there. Hew even called approximately 30 minutes before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He offered to fix the ceiling fan on the spot, but counseled that it would be cheaper if he did everything in one trip and he didn't have the transformer in stock. He e-mailed that evening with a quote for all of the work as well as some other services I discussed with him in passing but wasn't ready to start yet. He included dates when he would be able to do the work the next week and we agreed on a date. He showed up again on time with an assistant and completed everything within two hours. He also offered some additional money saving tips that I could do myself. Everything is still working great and he guarantees his work for a full year. I am pleased that I know an electrician I can feel comfortable using in the future without any reservations. I value honesty above all other traits and I am convinced that I have found the real deal with Your Electric Now!

Contractor was very professional. Return phone calls and service appointment, were prompt.

The service turned out just okay. They were very nice, they came in and put on booties over their shoes, and he kind of answered my questions. I wasn't sure exactly, and I should have asked more questions about the time allotted. I am not sure if I achieved what I wanted to do, and that may have been my fault, because I didn't know how to deal with the big deal. Financially I guess I came out, because I didn't have to pay somebody to come out and answer my questions. If he would have been more forthcoming, and said he could do this and that for the big deal. He came out and looked around, and he put the meter in that room, and looked at the box, and we chit chatted about that. He sat down and he gave me an estimate if I wanted him to do this kind of work. I told them I didn't want to hold them up, and he said that I had enough time, but he didn't tell me how much time I had. He contacted me right away, he came right away when he said he would be.
