Description of Work: I called John to add a NEW 30amp circuit to the garage so I could have electrical access to vehicles in the driveway. John performed the work quite well. We had one miscommunication (my responsibility, not John's) but he willingly and with a very positive attitude scheduled a return visit to address my expectations. John is competent, fair in his pricing and extremely customer focused. A great addition to my short list of professionals.

 + 1 moreWe have used Your Electric Now on several occasions. The picture of the kitchen lighting in their ad is our kitchen. They took the time to give us ideas and we decided on over and under the cabinet lighting, high hats & island lighting. We get so many compliments. We also called them when we wanted to install ceiling fans with lighting in our bedrooms and family room. They did a really nice job. On another occasion we had Your Electric Now come out to replace all the recepticles in our home and some outside. They not only replaced all the receptacles, they also recommended certain receptacles that should have a GFI switch. Your Electric Now takes time to think of what would be best for you. About 2 years ago they ran a special on an energy saver box. They explained to us it is a box they attach to the breaker box and it actually helps your energy run more efficiently. It was $400, at the time of this special we also saw a special on TV about the box and it was $500. We took advantage of the special and tried it. They felt we were good candidates for the box since we had several high energy items, central air, pool filter, jacuzzi. We couldn't believe our eyes when our electric bill started dropping. It was very interesting to compare the usage graph to the prior year and see the difference. We were so happy they thought of us when running this special. It was definitely worth every penny, we saved more than the $400 it cost. Your Electric Now is run by two young men. They are professional, take pride in their work, respectful & punctual. Their prices are in line with other electricians. We are very pleased with Your Electric Now and would highly recommend them.

After looking at our service they found that our breaker box was already overloaded and was old and did not conform to the newer safety standards. They changed us over to a 200 amp service and then added the line to our microwave. The work that they did was very neat and professional. I am happy that I called them out to do our job. I will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: If you like electrical work done without a permit, contractors that don't listen to instructions, electric fixtures incorrectly installed, sloppy workmanship and, oh yes, bait and switch pricing, you will love these guys! This work was done in my elderly father's house. I had co-owner John Heinrich come back to the house and he repeatedly told me that I was wrong and lying, until I made him examine a bathroom fan not connected to existing duct work-they just screwed the bathroom fan over the hole and walked away. I guess he thought I wouldn't check their work. Well, I did. Another real master electrician came in and it's going to cost me another $2000 to fix almost everything they touched. A certified letter was sent on July 3rd asking for money back to pay for all of the incomplete work (bathroom fans not connected to duct), dangerous conditions (a sparking wall switch), outdoor lighting hung loose with gaps between the fixture and the wall-eight items in all. No response to the certified letter, but they cashed the check. They should have their license revoked. NEVER CALL THESE PEOPLE-John Heinrich or James Lazauskas. License#: 38168.

They are not cheap but their prices are fair and I have great confidence in their work. I'm doing this because I think they should be listed on Angie's list and for some reason they are not.
