It turned out great. I would recommend them. They came when they said they would. He finished quickly and I have no complaints. They did everything right. I would use them again.

I purchased one of the 'deals' that I received via email and they contacted me promptly to schedule. They arrived at a scheduled time and immediately, before entering, put booties over their shoes to protect floor coverings. They went right to work. I was impressed with their knowledge, courtesy, and friendliness. When they were finished they cleaned up. I would certainly hire them again for any electrical services that I may need and would not hesitate to refer them to family and friends.

Showed up on time, did neat job despite snow covered ground, finished in timely manner and didn't try to sell anything other than what was needed, would use again without hesitation.

It was fine, he was here when he said that he was going to be here. (even after some of the city had lost power) Normally charges extra if he had to come out on Saturday, but reschedule for Saturday at no additional cost. Offered to do additional work at no additional charge. It was a very pleasant expierence.

The electrician was prompt, professional and very courteous. I needed an intercom and doorbell and the system I had had been discontinued. The system he could have provided would have cost between $700 and $900 for parts and $600 for labor. That was unaffordable for me. He was regretful that he couldn't do the job but also understood my situation. If my circumstances change I would definitely choose him to do the job.

Went very well. John arrived on time on date promised - there was another plumbing issue that my tenant didn't call me for. He was nice enough to call and let me know. They were professional, performed the service as promised and everything went as planned and scheduled. I would definelty recommend and use them again. In fact I have a few rentals in the area and they will be my "go to" electricians. Thanks.

They did an excellent job! They called before they came and arrived on time. As soon as they came inside, they put the gloves on the shoes and blanket to cover the floor before they did the job. Communication was very clear and straight forward. The whole process took about three and half hour to finish. And they cleaned all the debris after they completed work. Very professional! I will definitely recommend them and hire them again for the other jobs we have.

Would highly recommend Jim & the crew for any job. Price was reasonable for the work involved. Originally hired Jim to install a chandelier we purchased for our 2 story foyer which we could not hang ourselves. His quote was $500 less than 2 other companies. Loved his work and asked for an estimate to install 4 recessed lights in our 2 story family room. Again his pricing was fair. He came back out a week later to install them - they are exactly what we wanted!

They provided a detailed estimate and relistic time line to complete the work. Professional, honest and nice guys to work with. A few open items were left on the "punch list". We asked them to return to complete some of the trouble shooting with our "work-in-progress" renovation. So yes, I am using them again and would highly recommend them.

Purchased the big deal in February 2013. Called them last week to set up a time for them to come to see the work we wanted done. They gave us a day and a window of time, and said they would call when they were within 30 minutes of showing up. Well, that didn't happen, but, they were not only on time, but hours before time! They happened to be close to my home, and thought they'd pop over to see if they could come early. Although unexpected it was not a problem but I am glad I didn't go out to run errands like I had originally planned. I thought they were going to look at the work give us prices and come back another day to do the work. Well, they did look at the work and gave us prices and were prepared to do the work that day. Again, unexpected, but we were very happy this was possible. For the original big deal price, and an additional 11.00, we crossed a lot off our "to do" list. We asked about other work we want done, and, for what we think are fair prices, we'll have them out again. They made suggestions of things we could do, such as, instead of ripping it out, using the disconnected line from the baseboard heater to make an outlet that is needed in the area where the heater was. I'm terrible with names, but the guys were very courteous, neat, professional, careful and pleasant. They even put on shoe booties so as not to dirty my carpeting. They will be our go to electricians.

Very god experience - I will definitely use this company again. They provided booties - put a cloth down under the area of work - and accomplished the task in record time. Even though I had provided the ceiling fan, they will come out to check if I have any trouble within the next year. A-one rating for sure.

My service with Your Electric Now was fine. It was just a quick, little thing. This was my first time using them. It was all a good experience but nothing that stands out though.

They were running a bit late, but called me well in advance to let me know. When they eventually arrived we went over the work I was interested in having them do, and they got started right away. They did not try to lead me on by telling me more work needed to be done, instead explaining how to do some of the work myself at the appropriate time. They did the work I asked them to with a minimum of fuss and explained everything they were doing - consulting me when my input was necessary.

It worked out pretty good. They sent a regular worker to do the circuit breaker box but he seemed to be a little hesitant about a couple of things, but he may be learning. The man who worked with him was a little curt and we had a little bit of a disagreement but then later on in the day the owner came over, well the other owner I guess it is came over, and kind of made up. I think the other guy may have been an owner, I'm not sure, but he doesn't have good customer service skills. He is more of a worker I guess. But overall they did the work. They had to come back because they needed to label the circuit breaker box. On the circuit breaker box you put on there, "This is the washer and dryer" "This is the air conditioner" "This is the lights" or whatever. He didn't label the wires, so when he put the new circuit breaker box on all he had was a bunch of wires and he didn't know which one was which. That's why I'm saying I think he may have been learning. When I talked to the guy who was over him, which I think may have been a part owner, I said to him, "Why didn't you have him label the wires when he took them off the old box?" and he said, "We don't do that" I've been in the computer industry for 25 years and I said to him, "That's something I would strongly suggest that you do" "The old box is usually not labeled right, anyway" like he had an argument for everything. And I said to him, "Well, mine was right. But now you have to start from scratch" They had to come back to the house later on during the day with two men and one guy was downstairs and they had to flip every single circuit breaker to find which one was which. Like I said they did the work; they came back and finished everything and everything seems to be working okay. Like I said I think may be he was learning. But the guy said to me, "Oh! Well, we don't do that" I said, "Well, it's a really good practice to do that" My cousin was an electrician and I knew that when I was 21 years old. That didn't seem to make sense to me. Like I said the guy was a little snippy. I didn't have words with him exactly but I kind of put him in his place and like I said the owner came back later. They came three times really. If I had been working and had little time, which I'm not at the moment, that would have been totally unacceptable. The big deal was for $49 but it was $249 credit. So they did apply that. Their price was a little high but they did apply that. So I was happy in the end. I only had to pay $401, it was $650. They did the work and they followed through. I had to call the guy more than once to get an appointment set up. They were punctual.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Your Electric Now. It went very good. The only complaint I had, after he finished his worked, he told me that all I had to do was to get the putty or paint and paint over the wire. I know they didn't have the paint but they had the putty. That's the only complaint I had. They were very good, courteous, prompt. They let me know what they were doing and why they were doing it. They were a little pricey but they were extremely efficient.

This is the second time I used this company. I was very happy the first time when they repaired an outside wall light fixture. This time they also did a great job on the light switch box repairs. Both visits were very professional and they cleaned up after themselves. Will use them again if electric work needed.

It went well. John and Jim made two trips to inspect the job prior and then performed the work once the drop ceiling was down. John gave me great advice as far as the installation of the ceiling, which made the wiring easier and prevented any future structural issues. I really appreciated his honesty and overall concern with the project. Jim and a helper did the work - they did a great job (also commented on by the ceiling contractors) and were very professional. I'll certainly work with them again.

I left a message with the company and was immediately contacted back. We scheduled for a date I already had off work, 3 weeks after initial contact. I was afraid they would cancel or reschedule or forget as that has been my experience with other companies of late, but not these guys!! On time to the minute! I felt the Home Wiring Inspection was thorough and I was pleased with they way they answered all my questions and concerns. I wish I could remember the guys' names so I could mention them specifically but i don't. While they were there, they fixed my GFI in the bathroom and solved a flickering light issue. They made several recommendations, but I never felt pressure. The recommendations were "ranked" in importance and necessity, and the advantages and disadvantages of each were explained as well as the pricing. We also discussed the ES 1200, originally what I thought I wanted/needed. They were very frank about its benefits, and i am not a good candidate as my electric bill is only about $35 a month and I don't have any motors in my home other than a fridge. I liked that they did not try to sell me the unit even though it did not fit my needs. These guys could not have done anything else better. They were perfect. Highly recommend and I will not hesitate to use them again.
