Description of Work: They put a light and light switch in my pantry. I had prepped the area thinking I would do it myself and chickened out. At first, I felt the price was high in comparison to some extensive work I had done by someone else two years ago. But two years ago the work was contracted by one guy and actually done by another in his off-time from his full-time job, and he was not the most reliable. He was a nice guy but the whole thing was not nearly as professionally done. With this company, two men showed up exactly as scheduled and got the work done with a minimum of fuss in a short time. In the long run, I was very pleased. I am sometimes overwhelmed by the cost of correctly rehabbing an old house; I hope the owner will forgive me for being somewhat cynical at the time.

Description of Work: He had to install electric box in ceiling and then installed the fan. This was an Angies List special and a great bargain. The installer was very professional and did a wonderful job. Only made one hole in wall to fish the wire. The wall was patched and everything cleaned up. I would definitely use again.
