Description of Work: Contractor did not reply to my request. I finally received a reply on 08/07/2013 which I thought was in response to my review. I decided to give the contractor a second chance. After responding back to contrator response, he emailed me again on 08/08/2013 with a really unprofessional email and declined to provide me with any services which is fine with me because I will never consider using this contractor's services. Its his lost not mine. FYI: I suggested to the contractor to get some customer service training. Advice from one professional to another. My rating remains the same.

Description of Work: Several shelves had fallen out of my cupboards and a broom cupboard was standing idle. Ron ingeniously fitted shelves in the broom closet and made me sliding drawers to replace the broken shelves in my bottom cupboards. He also repaired two chests. Meticulous worked and nice guy, to boot. Recommend unreservedly.

Description of Work: I had a very small job--repairing a spindle from our upstairs railing. They said, via email, that they could fix this, but were too busy ar that time. I asked for a tentative date when I could bring the piece over, got no answer, emailed again asking for follow-up. Again, no answer. I would have preferred them having said from the first that they weren't interested in the job.
