Description of Work: Put hard wood floors hand scrape plus sand and stain the stain the steps basement in first floor job completed. When the floor were installed I counted 10 defected planks. I brought This To Davids attention. They came back an replace the planks. No charge. Then was a issue with the staining of the steps. The workers did a sloppy job staining. There was stain all on the white woodwork.It's was reported to Y D flooring. They came back out and repainted the steps. Been reading commitments on other peoples hard wood flooring work that was done. Like bucking of this man's hard wood flooring in a years time. We'll I hope I don't have that same problem. Over all I'm happy with my floors. That just need to stay on top of their workers on the wood they put down on the customer's floors.
