 + -1 moreThe lowlights: He was 5 hrs. Late. I called after an hour and he told me tha he was waiting on his helper. Arrived at almost 8 He dragged the table with the receiver, boxes, etc. on them across the floor multiple times and scratched it The mount is a good height but 1 of the outlets he cut out is crooked. It's driving me crazy! We had issues with the color and hdmi, which we didn't have prior to his installation. When the Samsung tech came out he said it was hooked up incorrectly, which made sense since the color was fine before the mounting. Also, the minibox connector was damaged. Not sure if Alex or we did it but he promised he'd walk us through a service call the next day. He never called us back. Very disappointed
Description of Work: Mounted 2 tvs in 2 separate trips. This review is based on 1 install during the summer and 1 this winter. Alex came and installed a 32 inch tv in my office. I was very happy with the work- neatly done, he cleaned up, and explained everything to me- so we had him return to do a new living room tv. Unfortunately, the second time wasnt a charm.
