Called to have termite inspection and get certified report. Guy comes and says everything is fine, no termites. We ask about the report and he doesn't know how to do it because he's new, so he has to leave and call office. Calls back, says it will be $125 for report and he needs to come back later that day. Doesn't show, never calls, stay home all day waiting for this guy. Finally get a hold of him and he says will come back next day in middle of day when nobody is home to let him in. We tell him that's no good. Call office, leave message for manager. no return call. Next day, call office, leave message for manager, no return call. Third day, wife calls office and gets manager. Says they will do report for half price for inconvenience, but need to send ANOTHER guy out because the first guy they sent wasn't qualified to do the report in the first place. Other guy comes at designated time, says there MIGHT be problem, and will give estimate to treat. Leaves. Call office again to get estimate details, they tell us guy has to come BACK AGAIN!!!! This is the THIRD VISIT NOW with absollutely NOTHING DONE! Guy was scheduled to come early Friday morning at 7:30 to allow us to NOT get to work late and HE DOESN'T SHOW AND DOESN'T CALL!!!! Office not open, manager does not answer cell phone, can't get ETA on guy, so everyone leaves for work disgusted. We're moving on. We are done being inconvenienced by these people. They did successfully treat us for mice a year and a half ago, but it seems that the front office has gone completely south and can't seem to figure out any logistics whatsoever at this point. The complete lack of professionalism displayed by not returning phone calls, no shows, and sending unqualified personnel is staggering. They've wasted several hours of my time, including the 10 minutes it took me to write this review because I'm so ticked off at this point I felt I had to get it out there that these guys can't get their stuff straight and you should find another exterminator if you don't want to be inconvenienced. Stay away!!!!!!

They come out once a year and check around the house. They put new wood sticks out and check in the crawlspaces. They are very easy to work with.

They came on time, they were very effective. I had an ant problem, they were able to get rid of the ants right away. My neigbor had to have a couple different companies out. They were professional and very pleasant to deal with.
