I had West Shore install a new bathtub and surround in my 72 year old house and it was a great experience. The two technicians that did my bathroom, Jacob K and Jansen B were very professional, so nice and explained every step of the process. They also told me to come in anytime to see their progress. They put in almost 10 hours and the finished product is flawless and so beautiful! The entire project was done professionally from the first meeting with the Design Consultant, the two gentlemen who installed everything and the delivery if my warrantee. I highly recommend West Shore for your bath or shower remodel. They are first class all the way!

I would hire west lake again, 4 months after renovation the shower door needed an adjustment, a week or two later the company sent Carlos out for the adjustment, he was courteous, professional and friendly. The financed option is a plus !
