My shower installation was stellar. Absolutely stellar. The guys, Jake K, Jake M, Ivan B couldn't have been more professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and polite. They had endless patience with my questions and requests. Nowadays it's so hard to find people who take such pride in their work. I highly recommend West Shore Home!

The contractor from beginning to end of this project were exceptional. In the matter of a week we had our new shower installed. A week from contact to contract. Jonathan came out appraised our remodel, offered excellent financing options and set us up. Financing was approved, permits handled and materials gathered. Matt and Ivan arrived at our home a few days later and in less than eight hours we have a new shower. It is beautiful. Plus they took care of our home, removing all the debris and protecting our floors. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a bathtub or shower remodel. Thanks guys!!!

The craftsmen and workmanship was excellent

Workers were very professional and pleasant. Very pleased with the end result.

The job took a little over a day but the attention to detail and quality of work was outstanding. Chris A , and Ivan B did a great job day one. Jake K finished up day 2. Very respectful of my home. Nice job!!!

Very professional workers completely satisfied with everything

Casey my sales rep was great on following up that the job I was satisfied with the work. Customer service kept me up to date with scheduling. The installation crew were great as well.

It was a good experience. The process was expected by the sales person and then expected again by the installers. I was pleased with the workers and their care for my home and property. They cleaned up after themselves. It was just a positive experience. I would recommend that group of workers to anyone who needed this kind of project done

Overall, a great job. Installers were professional, courteous and hard working. Cleaned up, vacuumed. Installed by Jake M., Kevin, Zach P, and Bill. There was a plumbing issue and the installers immediately had Bill, master plumber, come out to fix it. Took 2 days instead of one due to the plumbing issue. My only complaint is that my salesman, Drew W. did not call me back when I reached out to him with a concern. Very happy with the finished project. Kudos to Jake, Kevin, Bill and Zach on a job well done.
