+ -1 moreIt didn't. They didn't show up as promised. When I called, they said they "forgot" and they would show up at a time the next day. They never called and never showed up. I called again - was VERY understanding and gave some BS about being "busy" and they could get to me the next day in the am. They never called and never showed up. I called - AGAIN and they said they were on their way. THREE HOURS later - no one ever called or came. They wasted my time and were totally uncaring and obviously they do not want residential business. Complete disaster. I DO NOT recommend them at all.
Description of Work: I recently moved into a new home and in advance of that, I went to this "company" IN PERSON , introduced myself and explained what I need. We talked at length and I asked how to make an appt. The response was " call us a few days in advance". I went back to them and made sure that my apt was "in the books" and they would show up. I was VERY specific about what I needed, what I wanted to discuss and when I would be there. They agreed to the timing. They write appts on scraps of paper!

+ -1 moreThese guys are great. They came out, I showed them which doors needed to be re-keyed, and they re-keyed them. They were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Had locks re-keyed on 4 doors...2 front doors and 2 back doors.
