these guys at weather-Tite roofing are the most professional,polite and hardworking of any roofing company that I have dealt with EVER! one phone call and they were out to my house diagnosed and repaired thetrouble area. that fast that simple.in fact one of the crew members thanked me for calling his company to do the work WOW! normally it is contractors acting as if the customer is blessed to have them do the work. if you have any roofing needs do yourself a favor and call these guys hands down they are the best!

Weather-Tite was able to send someone out the very next day and fix the leak as well as identify why the leak occurred and able to make measure to make sure it will not leak again

The job went well. Our old roof started leaking, Weather - Tite was out immediately and replace the old roof quickly and with no mess. I highly recommend this company should you need a new roof.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Save yourself a headache and do not hire this roofing company. Called an hour before they were supposed to show up to cancel my appointment after I had already taken a day off work to be home. After I spent $2000 for my roof to be repaired the roof has continued to leak. They have come back twice and still cannot seem to figure it out. The last time one of the workers came out he apologized and said the bunch of guys that came to do my roof were a bunch of yoyos and were no longer working for the company. Great, that makes me feel good about the work they did. I spoke with the owner asking them to come and repair an opening in my wooden cornice that his workers caused and he told me it's not his problem. I finally called another company and they diagnosed the problem quickly.

Great! We had another roofing company give us a new roof 4 years ago. They wanted double the price Weather-tite gave us to just coat our roof under our warranty. We decided to no longer use that company & have Weather-tite take a look. They came out to do the work that day & had it done quickly. Very reliable roofing company, we would recommend them to anyone

Very professional. After the visit, I received an e-mail with pictures of my roof, an itemized estimate and links to information about the product they would use. They also followed up by phone. I ended up going with another company that offered an Angie's List discount (making the project a little more affordable for me), but I was very impressed by Weather-Tite's thoroughness and professionalism.

Jeff was very friendly and professional, listened to all our requirements. At the end of the day we really liked his proposal, professionalism, and his attention to details in his recommendations. His price seemed high and we went with another company, which we were happy with, but in hindsight I think we may have been happier with Jeff's work and will plan to use him in the future.

Overall I was extremely happy with our experience with Weather-Tite Roofing from start to finish. They will discuss all of your issues and goals and make it fit your budget.

We got quotes from 4 companies in total. Some were very reluctant to do the job and one didn't want to do what we wanted done. Weather-Tite Roofing was very prompt in responding and they made us feel confident that they would be able to complete the job. They quickly fit us into their schedule and came out, did the job, cleaned up and were done. The next heavy rain we had we could see the results of their work. We definitely chose the right company. We recommend them and would definitely use again.

I had a leak in my roof coming from where the down spout meets the roof. I was uneasy about getting a contractor in because I had no recommendations from friends. I finally got around to getting quotes. After the first quote from another roofer I checked the BBB and saw the first one had a bad report. While I was on the BBB website I found Weather-tite . They were local and accredited as well as having an A+ rating. Jeff came out and to see my roof and explained the issues in a way that made sense to me. I had a third contractor come out to give me a quote. All three contractors were in agreement that the roof needed to be replaced. Weather-tite was not the cheapest or the most expensive but there price seemed fair. I had questions about the type of roofing material that would be used. Jeff got back to me very quickly and emailed me a link to a good website that explained the differences to back up what he was telling me. He gave me a very detailed written estimate that listed all the things that would be done. As well as how they would be done. I scheduled the work. I gave him a deposit and he scheduled the work for the next week . Work was to start on Tuesday. Monday Jeff called me to confirm they would be starting Tuesday . Rain was expected but not until the afternoon and he said they should be able to get the main part done before the rain. Tuesday morning he called and the forecast for rain had changed and they had to reschedule for Wednesday. Tuesday evening he confirmed for wednesday . Wednesday the workers showed up and started working. They were very polite and I had no issues with them. I was home during the repair. Mid day the Jeff stopped by and inpected what they were doing and gave me an update. The following day the workers returned to finish the roof. They had cleaned up and everything was fine. Jeff called during the day and we agreed to meet to inspect and make final payment. He inspected the work and showed me what he was looking for so I felt better about the repair because I could inspect as well. I am not a roofer but i am pretty good at telling if something looks right. The roof has nice melted down seems at every point and was done in a very neat deliberate manner. The roof has not leaked at all in the 6 months since. Overall, I ended up writing the check for the repairs and felt really good about it. It was a very good experience and I would definitely hire again though with the job they did I don't foresee me needing a roof anytime soon. I realize things like the rain delay are going to happen in this world but I was kept well informed through out the process so I still felt good. This is a company that not only understands how to do the job but also gets the customer service side of it as well.

After one of the April storms, we had leaks. We have a three story home and were having problems on different roofs. We had paid 3 different roofers to fix the issues and none of them were successful. When Weather Tite Roofing came out, the crew analyzed what the issues were and what was causing them. They told us what they found and what they planned on doing to repair the issues. Since then, we have had no leaks at all. They were true professionals every step of the way. We will definitely use Weather Title again and recommend them to others.

This roofer provided a leak free roof certification for closing on sale of property and was supposed to certify the condition of the shingle and flat rolled roof sections as well as replace/repair several missing shingles. As the buyer at the final walk through, it was apparent that there were still issues with the roof and questions as to whether the required repairs were actually performed and if the 4 year roof life provided in the documentation was a real reflection of the viability of the roof. There have been several call to the seller over the last 2 months, who state that they are waiting for a response from the roofer. I currently have buckets under the leaks and am calling in my own roofer. By examination out the various windows I can see broken and missing shingles that were supposed to be replaced by this roofer before closing!

Work was completed on time. However, there was still a leak and he did not respond. He did not answer emails or phone requests. On occasion, when we actually connected, he agreed to check out the leak, he never showed up!

Ed Curan was the person I originally met with for an estimate. He was on time, professional, and always returned my call the same day. After I got the estimate, I had to wait for my home equity loan to be approved. After I got the money I needed, the crew was out to my house within a week to replace the roof. The crew that came out was very nice to deal with. However, there was no flashing installed where the roof meets the house, and the porch roof is leaking which means that what they installed is probably rotting. The ridge vent was not cut all the way through so it is currently not venting. The clean up was bad because now there are loose shingles blown all over the roof. I have contacted them numerous times and they said they were going to send out a man named jimmy and never came out. The owner said that he would come out but he hasn?t set a date or time and now never answers the phone when I call.
