Description of Work: I had a sliding glass door installed and siding put on one wall outside my house. There was a mixup because I fell ill the day the contractor explained the job about what the job entailed. Later they did everything for the original price even though they did more work do to the mix up. They did everything to make me happy and they did good work.

Description of Work: They repaired the storm damage to our roof, prepped and applied a rubber roof, provided a 10 year guarantee. It took 3 - 4 days.

Description of Work: Got an estimate from We Care, and would definitely use them in the future. Knowledgeable, responsive and professional. Price was just higher than I was willing to spend.

Description of Work: The team of Justin & Phil did a wonderful job of replacing my deck with an upgraded one, plus rebuilt my outside shed for little or nothing(and it was not a part of the original contract), and added a new beautiful door. Despite the snow and very cold weather, they showed up on time, never made me late for work, cleaned up and locked up when they finished for the day. Big Jim was fun to talk to and he made sure the team completed what was contracted by calling in and coming by to check out the progress of the job. An additional team of workers put new siding on my little shed. My back deck is now the envy of the block. Thanks Big Jim, Justin and Phil!

Description of Work: We had bought an older home and have had numerous contractors in to do various jobs bit by bit. By far the best contractor we have worked with yet is Jim. He took the time to explain everything to us, answered all of our questions, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. After spending just 5 minutes with Jim you can see he loves his business and his customers. More importantly, you can get ahold of him just about anytime. After dealing with so many different contractors on other jobs and never being able to get ahold of them, that is a huge plus. Before the work was started, we had a plumbing issue develop. Jim worked with us, and was able to come up with an alternate solution opposed to digging up our recently finished basement floor. As an added bonus, he even placed a new coating on the roof. If you have any questions after the fact about the work completed, you needn't worry, the whole job is videotaped and ur given a DVD. How great is that? They removed all the old siding and replaced it with brand new siding of our choosing including the drain spouts running down the side of the property. We couldn't be happier with the work performed by "we care." Jim is a man of his word and as such is a rarity in the contracting business. Both him and his son Jeff went above and beyond on our home and made us feel comfortable and important. I have already recommended "WE CARE" to my family and friends and I would recommend them to you as well.

Description of Work: I can't compliment We Care enough. Best contractor we have worked with. Estimate & proposal was done within 2 days. Work was completed within 2 weeks. All of the work was documented by video. While it wasn't the cheapest estimate, the work was quality worth it. Work done - new siding & insulation on 2nd story row home bay, 3 new windows, 1 skylight window (awesome design) & basement block window with dryer block & ventilation block. Price -$6500. Minor issue with the chain & opening of the skylight window - to complicated to detail here, but the problem was fixed promptly & to our 100% satisfaction.

After phone call in walks Big Jim prop. must have spent 2hrs. going over everything. video taped work to be done with instructions for his men to anticipate any oddity. job went like clockwork. work done very clean and areas spotless when leaving.Price for both doors over $500 less thandepot or Lowe's. very satisfied. This time called.him for my mothe-in-laws Back screen door. Again Big Jim came out. At first glance said we didn't need he's door just a handyman to fix lock would help us locate one. then on closer inspection saw damage and concluded we did. again with the video with instructions. Less than two weeks call and appt date. Big Jim was correct under trim the wood was split could not see until the men took it off. Not only was quoted price mAgainore than $200 less than depot and Lowe's but gave her a $50 senior discount. Sure it was an eeconomy door but what she needed at a price she could afford. Again very professional team left the job spotless. And of course Big Jim's afternoon call to say thanks. and make sure everything went ok. Always high praises for this family business. Description of Work: Jim and his team were great! While not the cheapest estimate, it was fair and the work shows. The great thing is they show you the video and talk you through what's wrong with your roof and their recommended solution. We had lots of questions and they answered them honestly. The crew was super friendly (came prepared with dog treats for our puppy and everything)! They showed up on time and kept us updated on how things were going at each and every step. The video at the end shows you the completed job.

Description of Work: I would definitely use this company again. My 88 y/o father needed a roof and I handle his affairs. They were great with talking with both him and me. It meant double phone calls but they never minded. Thery were courteous, professional, prompt and kept us advised of each step in the process. They provided a DVD of the rrof to show us the extent of the damage before the job and another after to show the completed job.
