Jim W and crew were phenomenal! They are so professional, it almost scares you because you have never experienced anything like it when dealing with contractors. They were so timely and communicated everything appropriately. They went above and beyond on their project and addressed several smaller issues on the side of our house at the same time, because it was the right thing to do from their perspective. Finally they showed some real creativity when they found a way low cost solution to protecting our bays from the large fire escape. We have never been so happy with a contractor before. We highly recommend We Care! We've even found more projects for them, because we like them so much. I would think that it is very true that at least 70% of their work is from previous customers!

The estimator, Rick, came on time. He seemed interested in the work I had and he pointed out areas of the windows put in by seller that were not sealed correctly. He gave me a lot of information about the company;almost too much. He gave an extended talk about the company's honesty and goal to satisfy customers, including a DVD. Upon leaving he told me that it would be a week before he could get me an estimate. I told him not a problem. A week later he left a message saying the estimate would be sent to my email, which I had requested. I did not receive it. I went to the company's website and used their "contact us" form to let them know I had not received. I didn't get a response. I did finally catch someone in the office. The estimate was faxed to me. I was pretty disappointed. It was not itemized at all. It took another day or so to get an itemized estimate. I was also hoping for some pricing options-on the security door. They listed a deluxe door;not my choice.

I was looking for help with a window repair. My window was basically falling out of the house, due to the house settling. I needed someone to evaluate the situation and repair it. The owner called me and said that his company didn't do jobs that small (they work on a minimum of three windows and focus on replacement), especially during the busy season. He couldn't offer any other options for me, but tried to be as upfront and honest as possible about why I would have difficulty finding anyone to help me at this time of year.

They arrived exactly when they said they would. Did a thorough video estimate and broke the job down into multiple parts.

Jim W is the consummate professional. He is totally on top of things, above board and a pleasure to work with. The workers were courteous and on time. They fit us into their busy schedule to fit our timeline and worked cleanly.

We Care performed excellently in all aspects of the job. I recommend them highly.

We are absolutely delighted with the work that We Care did on our house. The owner, Jim Weigold is very professional, organized and detail-oriented. During the estimate walk-through process Jim recommended a number of improvements that we hadn't considered, without trying to "sell" us anything. His practice of video taping the estimate walk-through guarantees an accurate record and definitely put us at ease. The work crew arrived on time every day and were very polite. Jim also called each morning to check on the progress of the project. The crew cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each work day. The work was all done beautifully and professionally. We highly recommend We Care for your siding, window or door project!

They were timely and weren't wasteful. They were neat and clean. They cleaned up after themselves. They did a real good job and were in and out in 3 days. The owner came by each day to inspect the progress of the work.

Jim was prompt and responsive to our requests and even drew us pictures of the house to see what his ideas would look like. Unfortunately, he tried to sell us on fake stone and we didn't like his suggestions for enhancing the look of our house. We knew what we wanted and didn't like that he was pushing something else. He didn't want to paint the cornice, which was something that needed to be done the most.

Jim and his crew were prompt and polite. Jim was very clear and up front throughout the process, explaining what needed to be done when the rotten wood was discovered. Their work is excellent! I feel very confident in the finished product.

Jim W's a pleasure to work with, on time; always in contact with you, and very detail oriented. He does something I have never seen another contractor do and that is video tape and take digital pictures of the work area where the work is to be performed. He leaves detail instructions for his crew along with the video. So that there is no confusion as to what work should be done. He is also for contractor disclosure. He was for this long before the city of Philadelphia. Which was one of the reasons for me choosing We Care.

A refreshingly pleasant experience, All contractors should conduct themselves like Jim W and his crew. I am schedule to do more siding to the front of the house with Jim W and his crew again in January.

CONTRACTOR WAS EXTREMELY COMMUNICATIVE AND COURTEOUS. HE WOULD PROVIDE ME A PROGRESS REPORT DAILY AND LET ME KNOW WHEN TO NEXT EXPECT THE WORKERS TO SHOW. QUESTIONS AND REQUESTS WERE ALWAYS ADDRESSED PROMPTLY. QUALITY OF WORK WAS VERY GOOD. MY ONLY COMPLAINT, THEY COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MORE CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT CLEANUP.

THE EMPLOYEE ANSWERING THE PHONE WAS COURTEOUS, BUT AFTER HEARING A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK INSIDE MY HOME, I WANTED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO ESTIMATE, SHE INFORMED ME THAT THEY WERE NOT DOING ''INSIDE'' WORK, NOT BECAUSE OF THE SEASONS CHANGING, BUT BECAUSE IT WAS LESS TROUBLE TO DO OUTDOOR JOBS. THIS SEEMS LIKE A PROFOUNDLY UNPROFESSIONAL STANCE FOR A REMODELING COMPANY THAT CLAIMS TO ''CARE''!!

WORK DONE EFFICIENTLY. DEPENDABLE COMPANY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
