Very nice, walls and floor look good. Company was very responsive and kept me in the loop with each step of the process. Also received a DVD that showed all the work. I am very happy with the job. I had obtained a few quotes for the job. We Care was not the cheapest but was in the ballpark. I went with them because they made me feel comfortable with the planned work and I had trust they would do the work as outlined.

I have stucco that was incorrectly installed in the back of the house, and it was starting to crack causing water to get into the house. I reached out to Jim W after finding them on Angie's List, and must say it was a breath of fresh air. Any time you get water in the house you expect the worst, and hope you can afford the cost to fix it. I originally thought the best idea would be to install Vinyl siding to keep the water out, but Jim W came over assessed the situation, and advised against it. He recommended a perfecta-coat to water proof the outside (saved me money), and had one of his sons go on the roof to check for openings where would could be getting in. The best part is they film everything they do, and I was able to see where the water was getting into the house from the roof which made the decision to seal the roof a lot easier. I can not say enough good things about Jim W. and the guys. It is often difficult to find a contractor that you trust but Jim W & the team hold themselves to a higher standard. I will definitely be using them again, and they made a difficult process easy. Thanks Again Jim!

From beginning to end, Big Jim of We Care took complete ownership of my request. First, he came over to look at my old steps, which was a bad patch job. We concluded I needed complete new steps after these were removed by jackhammer. He took pics, gave me an estimate of $2400 and his number so I could call when I was ready. I called and contracted We Care a couple days later and gave them 1200 down payment. He said he would call back with a date for the job (based on the weather). When that was made, the guys came out and did a magnificent job on these new steps. They're a work of art!! Now I'm not afraid of anyone falling or suing me if they do.

We Care did an excellent job on the siding. They did an outstanding job communicating with us, and provided a lot of useful material when they came out and did the estimate. They followed up on emails with phone calls, broke down their estimate when we asked them to, and billed promptly. They've also sent us a DVD of their work. I'm very impressed with their professionalism and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I was referred to We Care from a neighbor who told me they did her doors and she spoke extremely highly of the company. Big Jim came out and gave a very impressive demonstration of all the work they would perform to install my doors. He took pictures of my old doors, did precise measurements and showed me a book with doors and security doors that I could choose from. I chose a steel door and had it custom painted mahogany with a black steel storm door. Big Jim said they would take about 6-8 weeks to come in and I set up a date for them to be installed. The two gentlemen who installed them were very professional and worked hard to get the doors in. I had old rusty doors up and they removed them installed a brand new frame as well as installation for the new doors. I was impressed at how fast they worked and when they were done, they cleaned up the area. I will use We Care again in the future for all of my major projects for my home and I have already referred them to a family member for her needs. Mr Big Jim was the best contractor I've ever worked with. He explained everything, even showed DVDs of other similar work. His sons who actually did the work, were great (very professional and punctual). Every morning they were hard at work. Deck done in 4 days in last week's heat wave. They removed old deck flooring and railing debris, and then replaced everything with new pressure treated lumbar. Big Jim was very nice and easy to work with. They gave me the Best birthday present...Brand New Deck with a GFI outlet and flood lighting. I will be definitely be using this company again. Thank you :)

They were great! Every day they cleaned up after they were done. The job was done on time. After they started the job they realized that it was a lot more work then they had expected, but the price stayed the same, and was still finished on time. I noticed a few things they missed after they were done, and they came the next 2 days and finished those things off at no additional cost. The whole process was a joy, and they really helped us get the best look for our house Would definitely use them again.

My wife and I were impressed with the level of customer service we received from We Care. While we didn't end up contracting with them because they project was simply out of budget this year we will definitely use them in the future.

Big Jim, contacted us right away and gave us an estimate for a door jam and capping around the garage door and refinishing an over the door awning. The side board of the door blew off and it was due to old termite damage. They replaced the damaged jam, capped to match the rest of the house and suggested in stead of replacing the awning over the door to have it refinished and painted to match the window shutters. That saved us a lot of money and the results were wonderful. I will not hesitate to use We Care Free Estimates in the future!

Jim is an awesome professional and man of his word. I called to inquire about window replacement. The entire team was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful in setting up my initial appointment. Jim followed up via telephone explain the estimating process, his sons dropped a package of information at my door as promised which explained in more depth the company's philosophy and services. Everything worked out as Jim stated...no missed appointments, no surprises, fair price, quality product. He even had his sons come out to reseal a gap in my roof liner caused by birds and squirrels at no additional charge. I am so pleased with their work and their professionalism is quite hard to find. The windows look great, Jim even popped in to ensure that I was pleased with how the installation was going. We Care Free Estimates really does care and they take good care of their customers. I would recommend them to anyone.

The dad came out and told me everything they were going to do... He then let his son come out and double check to make sure everything would be done right. They video taped everything, so they wouldn't miss anything... Then when son came out they upgraded to a better door and they came on time as promised.. great family company... I love the personality and how punctual they were... They got it done right... will be calling them for more work.

Everything went as planned. Jim walked me through what was being done and why. He also introduced me to his crew or told me who was coming. Since the job was done they have been back to check on things and make some minor adjustments. The staff was very friendly and professional. I like the fact that this company is family run. I plan to use them in the future, if needed.

The service went very well. They were very responsive and extended the warranty on the skylight since it kept leaking so much. They were really great at explaining all of our options and how everything worked. I think they are a really great company.

Perfectly! What more can be said? This is the second time we've used this company and it won't be the last. They are super punctual. It is quality workmanship. There is not enough good I can say about Jim, James and the gang.

It was a very hot day and I have an old house, so the working conditions weren't exactly desirable. However, one of the men seemed to be in a bad mood and he spent a good deal of the time yelling at the other one and cursing. It didn't affect their work at all, which was overall very good, but it wasn't exactly pleasant to listen to.

We used We Care two years ago to replace both front and back doors and were very pleased with the cost, quality, and professionalism of the We Care team. We chose them again for our soffit and gutter work and continue to be very pleased. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. They took the time to show us what they were doing and answer any questions we had. We LOVE the way our house looks now - no more old woodwork with badly chipping paint as the first thing you notice walking up to the house. Highly recommend We Care.

I am really sad to not use this company. I think they really know what they are talking about and I liked their estimate. However, none of their workers who do the hands on work are considered employees. They are family members who are "partners" in the business. This is not an uncommon practice and makes it such that they don't have to pay into state programs like uninsurance or worker's comp. It is a perfectly legal choice, however, it leaves the homeowner at a huge risk for liability because you end up having people working on your house who have no worker's comp. If any of them injured themselves (like falling off a ladder from our 3rd story and breaking their back) we could be sued by the worker or by the worker's health insurance company for millions of dollars. Everyone I have dealt with at this company has been very nice, easy to speak with. They seem organized and efficient. Still, we'd have to be crazy to put ourselves in that position. If their job were painting base boards or caulking my tub, I wouldn't care, but when you are dealing with dangling from roofs on ladders, it is silly to put ourselves at risk. I would liked to have used them but will find a company where the price of work does not include such a high cost of exposure to liability, and folks who are professional enough to consider the risks they are putting their customers at. Honestly, if someone does not care about the backside of the business, I would recommend you get an estimate from this company and consider having them do the work. They really seem like they know their trade.

After meeting big big Jim's sons, Jim came to assess the work, he brought to my attention problems with stucco and directed me towards a recommended stucco provider and found that roof and skylight were ok after so minor fixes I had done. They we honest, punctual, nice to talk and with a good follow-up. Would contact them again if I needed their services.

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the job that Jim and his crew did. Everyone we dealt with was a top-notch professional, punctual, accommodating, knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. Jim helped us make up our mind with the type of doors that would work best for us. I can't wait to have them back to replace the shingles on an overhanging roof. They made everything go so smoothly. They're the best!

I can not begin to explain how please we are with our ?We Care Estimates? experience. From the first contact to the project end they were extremely professional. Big Jim called me to inform me that they would be out to our home within the next week or two. We were having back to back rain storms so he was not sure of the exact day. But he called us the day or two before and then called us the day of to let us know his team was coming. This type of communication held up throughout the whole project. Big Jim routinely called as promised with updates and letting us know when his team would arrive. His team took video footage of the roof which he brought with him during our quote review at our home. He pointed out areas of concern, explained how they could be resolved and educated us on the products they would use on our roof. We received three other quotes for our roof, ?We Care Estimates? was the most economical. And honestly we felt good in Big Jim?s hands. The project was on schedule. Big Jim explained that his workers were courteous and professional and they certainly were. They even ran into a bit of an issue when they began work. They saw that a portion of our roof was not adequately supported. They took video footage and their skilled team addressed it onsite. We are completely happy with the process and the finished project. I look forward to the next project we have for ?We Care Estimates?

I was contacted by the owner and an appointment was set up;however during that conversation he had said he needed to bring with him a financial analyst.Whoa There!!!! ......Thats exactly why I asked for individual estimates of the jobs I needed.I knew I may not be able to achieve all the work at the same time,and there is no way I should need a financial analyst for the work I requested an estimate for.I had several estimates prior to calling them and each fell in the same range for the individual projects. Got a little nervous about even dealing with them so I didn't.......not to say I wouldn't but "give me the estimates I requested not what you think I need" and leave your financial analyst at the shop .....I got this.Thats why I have my own financial analyst at my credit union. They do fine work,however if I need a analyst I can't afford it... :D

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Contractor arrived promptly and efficiently completed work. They cleaned up after themselves. Owner called to follow up to ensure satisfaction. FOLLOW UP DATED November 26, 2014: I had difficulty locking skylight. They came out promptly and lubricated it. Also, taught me how to properly close and lock the skylight. Now it is easier for me. They came out on a bad weather day, with last minute notice, right before Thanksgiving. I greatly appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction, especially, since I had already paid for the installation. They treated me like a valued customer!

The quality of workmanship was great. The end product was great. Just minor glitches that happened on the job. But everything went well as far as trying to correct the mistakes that were made. Very easy to deal with. The hardest problem that I had was that I felt rushed with the weather and I didn't allow myself to make selections that I felt comfortable with. I guess I held up the job a little bit because I went back and just kind of went with what I originally wanted.

It went very well, they explained the whole thing, videotaped it, and were very good with communication and follow up.
