Jim was very professional and prompt. He gave me an extensive list of referrals with addresses so that I could see his work. His prices were competitive. I had made a previous contract with another window company for additional window replacement in my home prior to hearing about him and he was a little concerned because they had a reputation for somewhat shoddy work and he offered to come by when they arrived to check on the job for me, which I thought was very kind of him. I would call him again and recommend him without reservation. Outstanding work!

Very well. They kept me in the loop as far as when to expect materials, when to expect workers, when to expect the job to be completed. They called the morning of the job to let me know the workers were on the way. They also followed up to make sure I was satisfied once the job was completed.

I must say that this is a most unusual company. From the original contact to the final call backs to make sure everything was done properly, this company sets what should be the standard for customer service and satisfaction. Jim, the company representative made sure that I received an written estimate, noting all of the particulars. He came to the house and showed me the kind of window that I would installed. Saved me a bundle of money by recommended that four of the windows possibly could be repaired and had one of his contractors come and take a look and make his recommendations. Saved me a lot of money. Jim, and his workers really went out of their way to do this job the right way.

It went extremely well. Had already had no luck with 2 contractors over period of 9 months so was wary. Owner Jim said he understood and guaranteed he would meet commitments. And so he did. Every projected date or task was met on time or ahead of schedule. Instead of declaring 4-6 weeks and taking three months, as was the case with 1st contractor (national company), he promised 5 weeks from signing of contract to completion of job and that's how long it took. Once, when a carpenter taking final measurements was supposed to bring paint chips and forgot, he brought them back the next business day at my convenience. They were courteous and professional and cleaned up thoroughly.

I called Big Jim at We Care to ask about replacement windows and new storm doors. We set up an appointment for the next day and he was at my house on time, sample window and cameras in hand. He showed me the beautiful window and demonstrated how it worked. He explained his good business ideas and quoted the price. I accepted, he called his son & had him come measure that day. I explained that I was hosting a party and if they could be finished before the party. Big Jim put a rush on everything and they were done before my party. The guys came with windows, explained they'd do 1 floor at a time. They replaced windows on 2nd floor, 1st day; on 1st floor 2nd day. They were all very, very nice and friendly. They came back the following week to install storm doors. Absolutely gorgeous! The guys cleaned up everything at the end of each day. They even looked out for my cat who tried to sneak out the house. Big Jim and his sons and workers are the greatest! And, my house is off the hook!!!

I'm living back in my parents home which is 55 years old, and my father was lonely and did all his own work, finding a company who can match the type of work my father did is hard, But I think I found them. I would hire them again. Great experience. Joe & Jeff did great work.

This was a moderately complex and demanding job. All construction materials had to be offloaded into the ground floor garage and then carried up several flights of stairs to the deck area. Overall, the work was excellent. The firm owners and mechanics who performed the work were all responsive to any concerns that I had. During the estimate process, Jim Weigold took the time to fully understand what I wanted done on the job and made sure that my expectations were fully met. His son James went the extra mile to locate the type of access hatch that I wanted and then made sure that it was installed properly.

After contacting Mr. Weigold, he came to the residence and videotaped the areas that I wanted work done. I was faxed a proposal with all prices included. I contacted him after a month when I was ready to have the work done. The work was scheduled the day after I met with Mr. Weigold to sign the contract. After scheduling what work would be done and when, Mr. Weigold would give me a courtesy call to let me know when they would be working on the property (this was not my primary home, so the inside work that had to be done required me to be present to access the property). Once the inside work was done, I no longer had to be present to open the property, but Mr. Weigold would give me a courtesy call to let me know what day they would next be working and what work would be done on that day.

They did a great job. They were on time, clean courteous and very professional. If I need more windows replaced I will probably give them the job.

These guys were above my expectations. I was a little anxious before they started the job since I had never heard of their company. The crew (4 guys) was professional, courteous, neat, fast, prompt and did an excellent job. The owner/estimator (Big Jim) was very easy to work with, and gave me a quote on the spot which beat other quotes I had received. Big Jim and his sons always returned my calls, and met me promptly as scheduled. He videotaped the windows that I wanted replaced and any special instructions I requested. The crew watched the video the morning of the installation and so knew the job before arriving at my house. My husband, who is a contractor and woodworker, was impressed with the quality of their work. I am recommending this company to all my friends.

Overall, things went OK. There was a lack of communication between Jim Wiegold and his workers. Jim and I would discuss specific items that were not carried out by his workers. Much of the work is done by young, 30ish men who are talented but must be watched. An example is that my back room was left without a wall and the floor as well as the kitchen ceiling was exposed. The workers tried to leave the house without covering it up. Had I not told them to put a tarp or something over the hole, my family and I would have been exposed to the outside. The electrical wires were sloppily run. I had to ask them to cover the wires. Wires were run from the back room down through an opening in which a water pipe ran, through the kitchen and down into the basement. I asked them to rerun the wires down the outside of the house. The owner tried to convince me to cover the pipe as well as the wires, but I refused. Whenever discrepancies arised, they were resolved, but with some debate.

We were very happy with the service; we thought we needed a new roof. They were quite honest in telling us the roof was fine. They went up there and thoroughly checked it out. Since they installed the new skylight we have had no problems what so ever with leaks.

I thought that their quality of work was good but not excellent. My windows are not beautiful by any means as they are rather plain but they are what I needed. I do also think that they use rather cheap materials, but they have an excellent price.

We really liked the service and the professional help we received from this company. The price was well below other estimates that we received.

I got exactly what I wanted out of it. It was all just fine. The man and his crew did a really nice job. He was also hilarious. It took two full days for them to complete the job. That was not too bad. He called himself Jim W and he had a video camera with him. He videotaped everything before giving me an estimate. All the other estimates I got, they just came in and took measurements. We Care was a little higher out of the three, but, I was just impressed with them. Another thing was that they came out around Christmas time. They told me the factory was closed for Christmas, but, they said that they could get me in. I was glad because there was a lot of air coming through my windows.

Jim Weigold (the owner) came in the evening, himself, to give us an estimate. He gave us a complete information packet including a DVD about the company. He is a firm believer in "contractor disclosure" and explained that to us fully. We had several other estimates but We Care's was the best price-wise and attitude-wise. We decided to go with them. The crew arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time with one of Jim's sons (Jeff) running the job. I was told that the job would take approximately 2 days to complete. The crew completed the job in less than one full day. The crew used drop cloths and cleaned up after themselves quite well. When a problem was found with one of the new screens (a small cut), one of Jim's sons (James) came and repaired the screen onsite. These guys were great! We Care should be the model for all contractors.

James came out promptly and gave me the estimate. We set up the start date and the work was completed by a good crew on time. They were very professional and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

They did a fantastic job the first time & that is why I went back to them again. The workers were really kind & helpful. They were terribly accommodating to me since I am disabled which they did the last time. I would go back to them without a doubt. They said that they were going to come at a certain time & they showed up early.

I called we care and they came right out for an estimate. The price was somewhat higher than I expected, but the work was done quickly and professionally. The windows were in immediately, and the door was in as soon as it was ready (it was custom ordered). Capping and a tread were provided at no additional cost. The windows and door were of top quality.

We agreed that with the layout of the house, the workmen would have to come through the house with all their equipment. They were quite considerate and took care to minimize the mess. On the first day, the demolishion crew ripped away most of the old stuff. They were able to get foam insulation up over most of the exposed parts. On the second day, they found that the vent pipe may have been the source of a recurring leak in my kitchen. We decided to replace it, increasing the cost of the job but leaving me much more satisfied. Jim had his son come off of another job on short notice to do this extra work. He returned on the last day as well to complete the effort. After each day, they would clean up the work area and show me their progress. I was impressed, and it was good to see that the crew cared about their work. Lastly, Jim cares greatly about Mandate To The Mayor. This system promotes disclosure of contracting jobs and benefits honest, good contractors.

The work was done very professionally and in a timely manner. The windows and doors are beautiful. The new doors especially let in a lot of light, and the front windows have etched panes. The house is also a lot warmer with the better insulation.

The company owners did estimating and measurements. They considered moldings and sills to make sure I got the look I wanted. They offer locally made windows that are attractive and energy efficient. I had a problem with one screen. They picked it up within two hours to repair it. The company is extremely customer focused, a refreshing change from the usual.

The quality of work was amazing and done in a timely manner. I will be hiring them again.

The workers did a great job. The windows are beautiful. The experience was wonderful!

It went really well. I had not had a window of this size replaced before, and so I relied on Jim's judgment to help me choose a bay window. The actual work was done by Justin and one other carpenter. They did a great job. The window and new roof over the window look even better than I anticipated. Even though I kept telling Justin that I'd vacuum up, he got down and made sure that all the sawdust was cleaned up from my house. The house looks so much brighter and inviting (as this is a large window in the front of my house). In a separate job, they replaced 9 other room windows in my house, all the same style as the bay window. They're beautiful. The house isn't windy anymore.
