I called for and received several estimates. Jim at We Care gave me the best guarantee for the work to be done. He uses high quality materials and is extremely proud of presenting a beautifully completed project to his customers. And they go above and beyond in their completion of a job. We care also sealed both the roofs above my window bays at no extra cost. I think We Care is the best.. My tenants in the property love the completed work as well. And that means a lot. Thanks again, Rosie Tooley
Description of Work: Hurricane Irene.... After the storm passed I quickly learned that the windows and bays on the side of side of my property were in serious need of repair. The water had leaked into the drywall and mold had begun to form. It was awful. I allowed each contractor to assess the damage and to provide a recommendation and a price for the work to be completed. Later I spoke to each contractor about the recommendation for the work.

Jim is very organized and on top of communicating with his clients. His estimate was a couple hundred dollars over the next closest estimate by another Angie's List A rated contractor, but I decided to use WE CARE since they seemed to be on top of things. On our 1st appointment, Jim showed me a video of the roof I wanted fixed and detailed the issues with it's condition and we worked out a deal and I put down a deposit of about 1/3 of the final price. His prices are a bit higher than expected but his customer service is excellent. The method they use to reroof flat city-style roofs is a liquid, painted on polymer (instead of laying rolls of new roofing material). This method is simpler than the traditional method and more cost efficient for the contractor, but does take a couple visits to apply the 2 coatings of liquid roofing material. After his sons had finished the work, I had another appointment with Jim and he showed me videos of the work progress and the finished product. I made the full payment at that appointment. Polymer roof comes with a 10 year guarantee. SUMMARY: Great Service, Good Work, OK Price... but worth the price to know you're dealing with an established company that will be there tomorrow.

The work was fantastic!! They did a phenomenal job. Quick, professional, and very easy to talk to. And I have a DVD of the work that was done, so there is proof of everything that was done on my roof, and of the damage that was there before hand. I am still very impressed with this company, and how they conduct themselves. And I plan on using them again during the cold season to finish the inside work that needs to be done in my home.
Description of Work: There was literally a pool on my roof. The roof had to be built up in the front and sloped so that the water would actually go towards the ebox..

As stated above, and in a prior email message dated August of 2011, I should have stopped the work immediately when they came pre-job to power wash my home and the power wash machine did not work. I will say things went progressively downhill from that point.
Description of Work: The list would be too long. I did send this information during the service and post-service but was unable to move it to the form sent to me. We had to have ALL work re-done. The initial job(s) were not done as described and damage was done to the property. Jim W. was responsive and all work was fixed, but for the money paid for what was completed I think I was over charged. Also, this company claimed they were able to do the main job that I called about. They were asked to stop by us because the work was not being done appropriately. Jim W. did take "some" money off of the bill, yet since I did not press for itemization on the original contract, I will say the refund was an arbitrary number. I will say I was very surprised how a company rated so highly performed so poorly.

We were having a poor experience with our current roofer, and so I wanted another set of eyes on the repair job. I called We Care based on all the positive feedback on Angie's List, and I was not disappointed. They were very responsive -- the estimate would've happened within 12 hours of my phone call, if only I had remembered to leave my address in my message (I called after hours)! When they did come, I came home from work to a HUGE packet of materials in my mailbox that answered any question I could ever possibly have about the company (and probably several more than that). After a couple days (maybe to give me enough time to digest all the materials they left), "Big Jim" called me to give me his assessment of my roof. I was curious to hear what he'd say, because in the meantime, we had gotten things straightened out with the original roofer, who seemed to have finally repaired our roof properly. Jim took the honest route and said he saw nothing wrong with my roof. But here's the kicker -- I never told him that the roof had already been worked on. Another contractor could've easily said he saw some problems, just to try and get me to spend money that I didn't have to. But Jim gave it to me straight. He even recommended a sealant that I could apply myself if I still had minor leaks. Bottom line: I wish I would've called We Care to begin with. Considering they were this honest, punctual, and responsive for the estimate, I'm sure their actual work is excellent, too. If my roof develops more problems in the future, I'll call them in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: Called for an estimate on a small flat roof repair (reflashing, drop tube replacement) after bad experience with another roofer.

They were just fantastic. They were here on time, they cleaned up and they did a nice job. The people who were working with them were also very nice. They came out looked at the work, gave me an estimate and stuck to the estimate. They gave me a time frame and they were here on time. They did everything to accommodate us. They were really good. They did not even charge me for certain repairs that another provider did badly. They fixed locks for a storm door. They just did it. I will use them in the future.

We Care is AMAZING! Jim W was quick to respond when I first contacted him to come out and look at the project and give me an estimate. Jim was on time and extremely professional during our first meeting. Jim took video/pictures of the area I needed work to be done on and explained that his head forman would look at the video/picture and determine what needed to be done to correct my problem and then they would contact me with an estimate. The estimate came back quickly and was in a range I was planning on spending on the project. Jim and his team were extremely professional and wonderful at explaining to me what was going on with my chimney and where the issues were. I was completely at ease with Jim W and his entire team. Everything that was done was explained to me. The job was completed in two days and they were great with working on the dates I wanted them to come out. Beyond being so happy with Jim and his team's constant communication I was thrilled that after the job was complete I received a DVD in the mail with the before and after pictures of my project. I would hire We Care again and again. I am already looking at contacting them again soon for another project. Thanks We Care! Janine Smith

I have only positives to say about my experience with We Care. Jim was very communicative and prompt with everything. He walked through what they expected to do step by step and provided video documentation of the plan. Once scheduled, I was contacted to make sure that they schedule was appropriate and satisfactory. As the work began and continued, I received a call each night from Jim to make sure that everything was proceeding to my liking and to update me on the rest of the plan, as we moved forward. Once the siding was completed, we had to wait for the gate to be available from the supplier, no issues there. In the meantime, we had the wettest month on record, a hurricane, and another tropical storm move through. Additionally, I was traveling, which made scheduling the gate door installation difficult. BUT, Jim was always communicative, out in front of the timing and worked with me the whole time to make sure that we scheduled everything in a timely manner. As for the workers that did both the gate and the siding, they were all very professional and personable. They also make a video account of the work that they are doing as they do it, letting the customer know exactly what was done and why. This also helps the customer to understand if any changes were needed to the original plan. (none were needed in my case) I have to say that I have never felt so comfortable with any contractor as I have with We Care. I would recommend We Care to everyone! Thanks, Jim and We Care! I look forward to working with you again!
Description of Work: We Care replaced my existing stucco, which had been leaking badly, with a layer of insulation and siding. Additionally, they replaced the gate in my back yard with a new gate.

They made it look like new. They did a wonderful job at a very fair price. I have nothing but superlatives things to say about them. Consequently, I had them come out and give me an estimate for each part of the house; the kitchen and the bathroom. As it turned out they gave me a whole new kitchen and a whole new bathroom replacing all the interior walls of the entire house. They rebuilt all three of my bedrooms, installed closets in the front and back bedrooms of the first floor. They also installed all new lights throughout the rest of the house. I just left my keys with them. For the entire winter and spring of this year they were pretty much in my house every day. They did anything that I asked them to do in terms of modifying the plans. They were helpful in employing contractors to do other work. I can't say enough good things about them. The owner of the company stood by their name and their reputation. I thought that was a good thing. One of the owner's sons was the foreman. He did most of the work. He was fabulous. They started around the Labor Day of last year and finished around June. I had come back to do a few small things in the last couple weeks. There was a lot of work and they were pretty much there the entire time. They did a complete remodeling of the house. They were right on the money when it came to the cost. This is a 100-year-old house.
Description of Work: We used We Care Guaranteed Home Remodeling Inc. to do some structural repair at the back of our house. They redid the bay itself and stuccoed the remaining bricks at the back of the house.

I didn’t like the guy. They gave me an estimate and they were not to responsive to my request to changes. The price was pretty high. They weren’t going to do everything that I wanted them to do. The estimate wasn’t specific. I had asked for changes and all they did was call up. They had the wrong phone number and the e-mail address which was terrible. I wanted them to be more responsive, timely and more accurate in the data that they gathered. They gave me an estimate first and then they said that it was basically a reflection of what the ultimate goal would be. It was really vague. I wasn’t really happy. They also said that they had sent somebody out and they hadn’t. I had very confusing information from them which I was not very happy about. I wanted them to do it right away. The other guy came on Monday and on Tuesday and then he came with his son. He was very responsive. He dropped by and looked at the stuff and gave me an estimate the next day. It was like night and day between these 2 guys. They were professional because they brought some catalogs and DVDs. I would have preferred less talk about the work that he had done before and more direction on what I wanted him to do. I would not use them in the future.

Working with We Care was a wonderful experience from start to finish! After realizing that our siding was causing the leak into our kitchen, we called Jim W. and he came out the very next day to inspect our issues and give an estimate. A few days later he was able to come to us with a detailed estimate explaining everything that would be done. Once the work got started we realized that the wood under the siding was in bad shape- We Care patched and replaced all the rotted wood. We were worried about the additional cost, but Jim W. stayed true to his original estimate! The siding looks amazing and our house now looks like it belongs in this decade! There were some random wires and an old satellite dish in the back of our house- he took it down and covered all the wires and it looks so much cleaner. He also painted the old vent pipe to blend into the siding so it's no longer an eyesore! They also added a heated strip that runs underneath the gutter so it won't blowout from ice in the winter- which happened last year. They took video of the work done on the house so that we were able to see exactly what was done and that the workmanship is of the highest quality. We are very happy with the work done by We Care. Jim W. is extremely professional, takes the time to explain everything, and is always available to discuss your project. We had four men working on our house for four days and they were friendly, prompt, and did a great job! We will definitely be going through We Care for any future home repair!!

okay. One word, GREAT! This company is a keeper. They're very responsive, quick, courteous, and a big deal to me, CLEAN. Everyday the gentlemen swept and took all of their trash with them. As a woman sometimes I'm not sure if I'm going to be fast talked or taken advantage of by home improvement contractor's lingo. Not so with these guys. Jim, the owner made suggestions without using scare tactics or the old ' you better act now! nonsense. Jim along with his son keeps you abreast to the days events as well as the following days. Both were present daily and just a phone call away. Jim always took my calls or responded to my emails during the specific times I requested because I sleep during the day I didn't want calls prior to 1pm He listened ..... THESE GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!!! I will be hiring again!
Description of Work: I had siding, stucco, and veneer stone put on the front of my home. A very large 10'x10' picture window replaced with 4 casement and a transit window just above, 3 bedroom windows and my entrance door replaced.

The owner Jim came by to review my property and provide an estimate. I think it was one of the most thorough and informative estimates I've ever gotten from a contractor. Not only did he inspect my roof and walls, two days prior he had his son on my roof videotaping my roof. Jim used the video and his own videotaping to diagnose my issues and make recommendations. Unfortunately the price was a bit high for me, particularly for the small scale of the job I was looking for (siding repair, capping windows, other maintenance type stuff). If he had been closer on price, I surely would have used him.

The crew arrived promptly and worked thru lunch. When it became obvious that they could not finish the 3rd window that day, Jim came out and we discussed when they could come back. Since I could not take another vacation day, Jim had his crew come to the house at 6:30 am and they were done by 10:30. Not only did they clean up all debris, they trimmed the dead branches off my dogwood tree over and above what they needed to trim for access to the living room window. Ron and Ed were professional, and worked diligently. Jim had a practice of calling me at least once thruout each day to see how work was progressing from my point of view. I am very pleased with the windows and will have We Care back when I am ready to replace more of my old windows.
Description of Work: I contracted for 3 replacement windows. One was a long glass window just above ground level which Jim suggested glass brick for as it was intruder safe and with the ventilation insert, provided a means for fresh air. The other two were living room windows. The price included replacing all the rotten wood around the windows as well.

The owner, Jim Weigold, came out to give me an estimate for a window recapping project. His first question was, ?why do you wants your windows recapped"? I explained to him that I felt that the family member, who installed the windows had done so improperly. Subsequently, I was experiencing draft and outside noise levels that were unreal and I was trying to correct that. He took a look at the windows and showed me where and how several short cuts that had been taken, and how the second story of my house did not have brick under the worn asbestos panels, merely some exterior drywall and outdated insulation. At that point we developed a plan to replace the panels with siding, re-insulate, and make as many adjustments as possible on the previous window installation without totally re-installing the windows. In addition, a bargeboard (not in the scope of the project) would also be capped at no additional charge, so it's color would be uniformed with the front and rear of the house. I felt that Jim was very personable and professional and did not pressure me for the sale. In addition, he was very responsive to any call I made, and personally visited the project regularly. But, what I appreciated the most was how courteous and accommodating his works crews were. No matter how small the detail was, if I pointed it out, they made every effort to make it as I envisioned it should be. All in all, this was the most pleasant experience that I have had with any contractor in quite some time.
Description of Work: House was prep for installation of new siding veneer on second floor of the front and back of the house by removing old asbestos shingles, old window capping, and old window shutters. Next, the following work was performed: All windows in the front and rear of the first and second story were caulked with silicone to fill gaps and then recapped with polyvinyl coated coilstock. Exterior walls of top floor, in the front and rear were insulated with 3/4"Dow Styrofoam (tongue and groove type). Installed wood-grain wicker color double 4 vinyl siding and trim on second story of front and rear of house. Installed new gutter system (including down spouts) with skyhooks on soffit in front and rear of house. Capped bargeboard on side of property, second floor, from base to "A" peak to base in back. Replaced (6) worn aluminum window shutters with (6) new vinyl shutters. Removed all work related debris.

This was our second time utilizing We Care, and again we were very pleased with the result. As usual, when they looked at the roof for the estimate they made a dvd recording (the guys start the camera in front of the house and keep it on up the ladder to the roof so that you know their not doing a bait-and-switch on you with someone else's roof). We thought only the drain box and roof needed repair, but the video proved that our chimney was collapsing, causing a threat of carbon monoxide poisoning. Jim W was friendly and flexible to work with us on a payment plan, which we really appreciated. The work was done over the course of two non-consecutive days (due to rain), and we rec'd a dvd of all the work that was completed. Everything looked great and we've already noticed a difference in the temperature of our second floor; whereas it used to be much warmer than the first floor, it now feels much more consistent.

We needed our front window replaced before we left on vacation, so I called three contractors for estimates. Jim promised and deliver on the install date deadline. His employees showed up when the said they would, finished when they said they would, and provided over-the-top service. Jim also called me once during the job to find out if I was happy with the work (I was.) He called after the job was finished to find out if we were happy with the results (we were.) I highly recommend We Care and will make them my first call the next time I need contract work.

A combination of deteriorated shingles and crumbling brick on the back of my two-story rowhouse was causing a small but growing problem of interior water damage; also, as insulation was lacking, the back rooms were very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. ?I contracted We Care to install insulation and vinyl siding on the entire back of the house (including a 2-sided hanging bay).? Those are the basic facts but the job was anything but basic. ?Among the challenges, all of which were handled in an outstanding manner by We Care: --access - all materials and equipment had to be carried along a one-person wide pathway between the backs of rowhouses; --the jigsaw puzzle nature of the work ? in a relatively small area to cover, cut-outs, flashing, etc, had to be made around 6 windows, a door, electrical, water and phone connections, some of which was very difficult to get to because of the placement of my central AC unit; --neighbor?s concerns over how the work would effect their property ? this particular issue was harmoniously resolved thanks to the remarkable diplomatic skills of We Care?s Jim W. We Care provided a detailed list of work in the contract, all of which was completed with great skill, and also did a number of extra tasks, e.g., removing an old TV antenna from my roof, and replacing the rain spout, at no extra charge. An added bonus is the DVD done of the work as it progressed to completion, excellent documentation for my own future reference. The work was done on successive days as weather permitted and I received a call each evening with a status update. I've had many experiences with home repair contractors over the years and none came close to We Care's level of professionalism and craftsmanship, not to mention communications skills. We Care is that rare kind of company that I can recommend wholeheartedly without a single reservation. In short, they're terrific!
Description of Work: installed insulation and siding
This was the best experience I have ever had with a general contractor in 35 years of home ownership. It began with a new insulated storm door (badly needed). They were able to get a door which would match the color of my house (militia blue) and which another contractor had previously told me was no longer available. The installation of the door was so meticulously done, with such attention to detail (capping, weather stripping) that I decided to have all new energy efficient windows installed throughout the house. Once again, the work was meticulously done, the three workmen were highly skilled, efficient, considerate and clean throughout the job, and when they left my house, everything was in order, all curtains and shades were in place, even stained glass pieces were once again hanging in front of the new windows. I was both surprised and delighted. For the 35 years that I have lived in my house, the basement has been only the place in which the hot water heater and the furnace lived --- and the place where junk went to die. "We Care" did a lot of work that was structurally necessary: plastering walls where there was little or no evidence of mortar between stones or bricks, tearing out an old, rickety wood staircase and the closet beneath it (which had never been opened in the 35 years that I have lived here) and replacing them with a new wood staircase; they also did work that would contribute to the energy efficiency of my house, such as replacing the rotting, wooden framed, single, thin pane of glass windows with glass block windows, capping them and caulking them; such as insulating the ceiling of the basement, so cold air would no longer come up through the floorboards. As in the case of the windows, the workmen were considerate throughout the job, did excellent work, and cleaned up after themselves. Amazing! I was emboldened to press on with a new electrical service for the house. My old circuit breaker box was rusted, from water dripping onto it from rain that travelled from the outside, down a cable, and into the box. Even I know that the combination of electricity and water is not a good one. Once again, the workers knew exactly what they were doing, did it efficiently, and left everything clean. I could get used to this. Through all of this, I dealt with Jim Weigold (Big Jim to one and all), General Contractor Extraordinaire. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, highly reliable, good-natured, and honest. At every stage of this multi-phased work, Jim kept me apprised of developments with manufacturers, timelines, arrival times of work parties, availability of needed items, etc. I was never left in the dark (as had happened so often in previous contractor encounters), never wondered "What is going to happen next, and when will it happen?" Furthermore, when Jim said something would be done, it was. Every time! This man's word you can take to the bank" My only regret is that I didn't discover "We Care Home Remodeling" 35 years ago! But now that I have found them, I will use them for all of my home remodeling and repair needs. I will also recommend them to all of my friends and to any strangers who might inquire. "We Care" is much more than a catchy, easy-to-remember name for this company; it is a succinct statement of their philosophy and attitude, their method of operation, and the basis on which they interact with the public. Try "We Care" for your next home remodeling or repair job --- you will not be disappointed!
Description of Work: 1. Installed a new insulated storm door; 2. Installed 14 new energy efficient windows throughout the house; 3. Work on basement: installed three glass block windows, insulated the ceiling, plastered and dry locked all walls, tore out old staircase and closet, installed a new, wood staircase, stained and polyurethaned same; 4. Installed a new electrical service in the house.

It took a long time to get the doors in, and there were some bumps along the way, but in the end I was very happy with the service We Care provided and I would happily hire them again. Let me start by saying that the doors in question are very small, very unusually sized. I live in a 1920s home, and there was nothing standard about the doors I needed made. One door in particular, that leads from the kitchen to a rear deck, was particularly tricky. I went with We Care partly because they are well reviewed and their prices were fair, but also because they were the only provider I talked to who said they could get a door made that small that included windows and panels, which we wanted. It took forever for the doors to get made. I ordered them in late November or maybe the first week in December, and they weren't ready until the end of January. It seems the factory was maxed out on orders because of a tax credit that was expiring at the end of 2010. Jim, the We Care boss, was great about regularly updating me throughout this period. Sure, you don't want to wait that long, but for me it went a long way just to get regular updates and explanations on the delay. Finally the doors arrived, and the We Care guys showed up with a crew of four or five. The basement door went in beautifully and without a hitch. The kitchen door, though, was a problem. A big problem. Somewhere along the line there had been miscommunication. I won't get into the details. But when I went downstairs to check out the work, I saw that the kitchen door was sitting in almost an entirely new frame that jutted out of the building and onto the deck. It looked very awkward. The door that had arrived was too big to fit easily into the old opening. I was not at all happy with how it looked. But here's the thing. All I had to do was call Jim and tell him I wasn't happy with it. He got his guys on the phone and told them to do whatever it took to make the door fit. In the end that meant taking out the whole old door jamb, and a ton of trim, and replacing it with a smaller jamb and all new trim. It took at least one full extra day of skilled labor. And that on top of the time spent by the guy installing the door in the ugly jutting out frame before. Jim told his guys to give it as much time and material as it took to make it look good, and he came out to inspect it himself a few times. He was incredibly responsive. The final product looks great, and for me that's what really matters.
Description of Work: -Two custom made, steel exterior doors installed. One was a half-light, out swing door with paneling. The other was a simple solid door with no panels for the basement.
We had called several contractors to ask how they would solve the problem of water leaking into the basement from the back porch. Although we really wanted to add a sunroom by breaking through from the dining room, we thought it would cost too much. We had refinanced and set aside about $20,000 to fix the problem. When Jim W arrived, his original quote was $15,300 (add new sunroom with skylight by breaking through - mostly everything as described above). When the work started, we found there were major structural problems, which didn't surprise us, and we knew this would add to the final cost. We also added other items such as the 200 amp service and ceramic tiles in the new room. Between the structural work, the 200 amp installation and new electric feed line, and the tile work, it added $6,190 to the original price, which we believe was worth it. WeCare's whole team is excellent, conscientious, on time, and they come up with absolutely brilliant solutions to problems. We are planning on using them again in the near future.
Description of Work: Added a sunroom to rowhome in Philadelphia by breaking through from dining room and enclosing 9x9 back porch which is adjacent to kitchen. The original porch had no roof and leaked into basement causing structural damage and mold. This project started from the basement up and entailed removing entire 18 foot exterior wall in basement because support columns were damaged. New concrete was poured for supports and to raise the wall to prevent water from running back under. New exterior wall was built (new supports, studs, headers), added 3 glass block windows in basement and new steel door and storm door. Joists were installed (9x9 area) against new ledger to create the floor for the sunroom above. Insulated new wall in basement and joists, covered basement walls with plywood. Supplied and installed 200 amp service with new feed line, new panel box and all new breakers for 110 and 220 v lines, ran 2 new electrical lines to sunroom. Built new roof over entire structure covering sunroom and existing kitchen. Installed custom thermal glass wall window in sunroom, installed studs, insulated walls and roof, drywalled and made ready to paint. New roof covered with rubber roofing material, and skylight added ti sunroom. New ceramic tile floor installed. Replaced all downspouts and gutters, mounted air conditioner above new window wall unit. Installed vinyl siding on entire exterior covering basement, sunroom, and adjacent kitchen. Breakthrough from dining room to newly enclosed sunroom, cutting through brick, removing and installing new radiator in sunroom, finish new opening into sunroom. Connect downspouts and gutters to existing rainbarrel setup (WeCare improved the system).

I really like that Jim was very accessible. He kept me informed everyday and he did not have any problem in keeping both my maintenance man and me informed. He made dual calls every time he called. I just walked up to the porch the first day they started the work and they did not have any problem in taking the time in discussing what is happening and keep me informed and letting me check in as often as necessary. The only problem I had was that the project was delayed in starting but that was not in their control. I am already getting an estimate form them for another job.
Description of Work: I have always only used We Care Free Estimates.com Inc. I used them last week to restore the porch roof.

I've used them for other jobs and have always been satisfied. He does good work. It is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. He is professional, respectful, polite, courteous and follows up well. He takes video before and after the project, and gives it to you once the project is done. The price I'm quoted is always what I end up paying in the end. The owner of the company comes and inspects the work once the project is complete.
Description of Work: They repaired cracking concrete around the 1st floor of my home. They also fixed my sidewalk in front of my home, removed the old concrete stairs leading up to my porch and built new stairs, as well as fixed the walkway around the side of my home.

Hired Jim W to install siding with insulation to rear of home, replace drain pipe from roof, and trim roof line. He also removed vines that had been growing up the side of my house over the past few years. For starters Jim W came out and went over every detail of the job, and video recorded what needed to be done for his men so his men knew exactly what to do. He detailed everything down to how the men would bring the supplies down my back alley. The guys came out as scheduled to begin the process, and worked diligently to complete the job. They finished everything in two days as promised, and everything looked great. The workers also cleaned all the leaves and other blown trash from the yard. Jim called to follow up on my satisfaction several times, and sent me a dvd of the job through the stages of the workers progress from start to finish. Very positive experience. Jim W is very detail oriented, follows up on job progress, and is concerned with customers satisfaction with the project. These guys are professionals, and I would recommend We Care to anyone.

They were on time. The workers answered all questions that was asked of them. Very professional, clean and neat. They cleaned up after themselves, left not mess, took away trash. Signed papers for the remaining cash balances. Very friendly. DID A VERY GOOD JOB. WELL DONE GUYS.
Description of Work: Jim W came out to our home and gave a free estimate. We gave Jim W a $20.00 deposit, leaving a balance of $3600.00. The workers started prep work on 11/10/10. Gave 1/3 of balance that day. Work was completed the next day.
