They were excellent! They were very fair and did very good work.

I received a phone call within 30mins with information and phone numbers of handymen who might be able to help me with my leaking window. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of this company. Even though I wasn't able to give them my business, they still went above and beyond what they needed to do in order to help me find someone who could. I've called numerous other places for home repairs in the past and generally end up leaving messages only to never receive a return phone call. It was so nice to be able to call We Care and have them answer the phone immediately and do whatever they could to help me solve my problem. They will definitely be the first place I call in the future when we need any kind of roofing or siding work done.

We Care did a great job on our roof. Jim the owner was very thorough in explaining what work was to be done. They even video taped the roof before hand to show us what needed to be done. They contacted us everyday they were working at our house to let us know when they were showing up and how much time was left to complete the job. They kept the job site very clean and there was nothing left to clean up afterwards. They even capped and sealed some unfinished work that I had done on my house at no charge. I would definitely recommend them.

They were truly fantastic! I can't say enough - this was, by far, one of the best experiences I have had working with a contractor. They take you through the process and stand by their work!

In advance of meeting with me, Jim W. sent me plenty of printed material and DVDs to review. We met to discuss the project. Although the cost was a little higher than I anticipated, I felt confident that the job would be done well. Doors were custom ordered and ready for installation approximately four weeks after being ordered as promised. On the day the work was to be performed, the workers arrived on time and got right to work. We knew going into it that the installation was going to be rather complex due to the configuration of the existing door, but the workers were able to complete the task properly and efficiently. They even took the time to set my pesky neighbor's mind at ease when she voiced concerns regarding her adjacent property. Work was completed on time and the workers removed any debris that was left. The new doors look terrific.

Jim came out to my 2 story row home to give me an estimate on some stucco/ siding work on the rear. He actually came twice since, the first time he was overlapping with another contractor bidding for the same job. Jim kindly said that he would come back later, and he did just that. When we spoke he was very professional and instead of pushing for work that didn't need to be done, he recommended that I use someone that specializes in stucco repair/replacement of old or historic homes (Michael's Brick Pointing). Jim photographed the problem areas of the house and even sent them over to Michael for me. Later in the evening Michael came over and bid for the work. Over all, I was impressed that Jim was so honest and thorough, for work that he wasn't going to get paid for. Much appreciated.

Probally the best experience I have had with a professional contractor. All went well except the finalized video did not work. They also recommended an awning company that i hired to do some repair work.

the experience I had with We Care was excellent.The appointment for the estimate was done promptly.He showed up on time.Explained everything well.Service was performed on time .Work was excellent and neat.I'd never know they were there it was so neat when they were done.Imust say this was one of the only companies willing to come out to change one window so I WAS GRATEFUL FOR THAT ALONE.i would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

I found We Care on Angie's List but I thought the reviews were too good to be true. So I asked my neighbors for recommendations and two neighbors independently recommended We Care. Their siding looked great even many years after installation so I gave We Care a call. Jim (the owner) came out quickly to give me an estimate (even came out in the evening so I wouldn't have to take time off work for an estimate) and they started work soon thereafter. Jim was always available via cell phone to answer my questions and made a few trips to drop off color samples. Lots of guys showed up the day work started. One crew installed my window, and another crew started with the siding. As others have reported, they did a bunch of extra things for me too -- some caulking, adjusted my screen door so it won't "stick", and even installed my air conditioner in my new window (all at no extra charge). And they were all pleasant! and helpful! and courteous! They answered all of my questions. To be honest, I really don't know anything about siding so I can't attest to the quality of the work, but they looked thorough to me. And the siding looks great. I would recommend them. I would use them again.

They answered my call the same day & came out for estimate promptly. The process was explained completely. They arrived the next day to start the work & it was completed the next day by his son. His son was very polite & professional.He weeded the ground where he was working & did more than we had discussed. I am having more work done by them (a storm door replaced) & would highly recommend them to every one. After dealing with many contractors this was by far my most pleasant experience.

I was very happy with the work We Care did. Unlike many companies that provide similar services, We Care actually knows how to run a business. They were on time for every appointment, I recieved several calls from Jim W. during the job just to touch base and make sure everything was going well, I got updates from the workers every day on various parts of the project, etc. All workers were profession and friendly. They did several little things that make a big difference...one worker noticed a loose railing on my back porch and fixed it. I was another worker bent over my flower bed picking up little nails and screws that had fallen. They also made recommendations along the way for improvements such offering to put up new lighting fixtures to replace old ones they took down. The price wasn't the best one I'd gotten but it wasn't far off either and I feel I recieved good value for the money paid. I also am confident based on my experience that if any problems do come up, We Care will take care of them without any hassle. Overall, I was very happy with the work provided and plan to use We Care again in the future, and would recommend them to others.

We Care was easy to work with from initial contact until the final follow up. The second I'm ready for more work on the outside of the house, I will be calling them back!

They did a terrific job and they worked in very hot conditions. They had great attention to detail. They were great with figuring out and fixing unexpected problems.

Contacted the company on a holiday (1/16/12) and left a message with receptionist. The owner contacted me directly for more information about the project. He went to inspect the property and provided an estimate on 1/17/12 and followed up to make sure I received the email quote. The owner informed me about his recommendations to do the job right. He recommended a custom steel door with steel frame. He also said that some concrete patch work would be needed around the frame upon installation. The owner seemed very knowledgeable about the houses in the area and about the project. I have not selected contractor yet.

Big Jim Weigold and his sons did a great job, I have no regrets. Jim called everytime and explained what was going to be done and who was coming to do it. He took pictures of all the work and showed me the before pictures even the picture of the roof. I am planning to have some work done on the roof by WE CARE. There was a problem with my garage door getting stuck we I tried to open it. I simply told Jim about the problem and he sent BILL MARSHALL. Bill was there on Sunday to repair the garage door. He was very patient with the repair because some things he tried did not work, however he tried everything he had in his truck and it worked. I am going to use WE CARE for everything dealing with home repair. I am verysatified with the outcome of their work and also the work the Bill Marshall did.

Just wanted to inform you that I recently had a big surprise; a pleasant experience with a contractor. The company, “We Care”, had performed some exterior work on the front of my house in May of 2011, and I was pleased with the outcome. However, after a recent storm, I had to place a service call to “We Care”, because some of their work got damaged. Within a matter of hours, the owner of the company personally came out and surveyed the damage. Two days later a crew was out to make the repairs free of charge, which I thought was impressive. I didn’t have to hear, this is storm related, or an act of God, or any other excuse to charge me a service fee. I was not surprised with the May outcome, because contractors have to satisfy the customer, in order to get paid. But, after they get your money, it’s usually a different story. I actually believe “We Care” really cares!!

I actually have just hired them and they haven't done the work yet. The estimation process was fine.

After a thorough inspection and estimate, We Care provided me several options prior to starting the job. Upon receiving my approval and selection, they were able to perform the work I desired quickly within a week or so of my go ahead, the work itself taking two non-consecutive days. The only reason the work took a little longer than anticipated was only due to Mother Nature. During the entire process, Big Jim was in constant contact, notifying me of anticipated work / non-work days as windows in the late breaking weather forecasts developed. We Care documents every aspect of their process on video, from the initial inspection, to the end of their work. We Care uses this video to not only determine the scope of the work to be done, but also to allow you the opportunity to virtually witness their process. This transparency is their mantra and they strive to make sure that as a customer, you are kept abreast of every aspect of the work they are performing, before, during, and afterwards.

We Care came when they said they would to do the estimate. Submitted a quote for the price of the work in writing and followed up to make sure I understood every aspect of the work and its cost. The work was scheduled and completed as scheduled -- aided by some good weather. There has been no need for any follow up.

We highly recommend We Care Free Estimates and, in fact, this is the third time we have used them in the past year or so. Jim W and his crew are superior at solving difficult problems, which is why we called them again. We've had leaks on our front porch for years. We have called roofers and others who supposedly fixed the roof and/or replaced windows and siding, but the leaks always came back. After dealing with We Care who had previously added a sunroom for us, we decided to call Jim W. When the guys arrived, it only took them about 5 minutes to figure what was going on, and they told us that the problem was on the second floor bay area. They explained how the rain/water was running from the top roof and travelling down behind wall (and siding) into the porch ceiling. It made me wonder why in over 20 years no one else figured this out? If I had only known about We Care before! Originally we had not anticipated replacing the side windows around the porch door, nor that wall that supports the door and windows; however, while replacing the old siding and capping on those windows, we discovered that the door and windows were not structurally sound. It would have been easy for almost anyone to just push the door and windows into the house! We are very pleased that We Care pointed this out, and helped us solve yet another problem. As always, We Care Free Estimates are professionals, they were prompt, explained what they were doing, and they got the job done. Since they've finished, we've had no leaks in the porch ceiling, there are no drafts coming from around the door or windows, and the door feels secure. Thanks guys for another job well done!

My kitchen was leaking for over 23 years, I had the roof replaced several times to no avail. I had siding contractors come out and quote prices for siding in the past but never felt comfortable hiring any one of them until I met Jim W from We Care. We Care is absolutely amazing. I have never in the 23 years that I have lived in my home, experienced such enthusiasm, responsiveness and professionalism from a contractor. Jim took a video of my roof and siding and showed me what needed to be done to resolve my leaking issue. Justin and crew went completely ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty, in working on my house. For the first time in my life I am absolutely positive that I hired the right people and not disappointed but actually HAPPY with the results! I simply can't express how pleased I am with the quality and thoroughness of We Care's work, not to mention their knowledge of their trade! They were also very patient in explaining the entire process to me. They video taped the entire job and gave me the video! I have just hired them to replace two windows for me. They are wonderful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I will be reporting back periodically to advise the status of the leak although I am sure that there will be none. THANK YOU WE CARE!

From the beginning it was great. I called and they came out to look at my property within 30 minutes the same day. They set up an appointment with me where the owner Jim showed me a DVD of the current condition of my roof and what needed to be fixed. I called them back at 3 the next day to give them the go ahead and they started work before 9 am the next day. Throughout the whole process I got multiple calls from Jim each day with a status of the work, and in case I had any questions. The communication was excellent, the repair men were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and did excellent work. Top notch from top to bottom, I will definitely use We Care the next time I need some work done.

He was great. Another contractor wanted to charge me $1300.00, and Jim said there was nothing wrong with my siding. He took pictures and was very thorough. He even offered to talk to my insurance company for me so they wouldn't cancel my coverage.

After I contacted the company for an estimate, they called back and came to my house within a few days. The owner, Jim, was very nice and professional. He took pictures of my home and the work I wanted done. He explained everything, gave me a folder with work done, a dvd of the business, etc. It was alot of information. He talked about stopping contractors from scamming people, etc. Overall, I think he has a good business and I'm sure he does good work. I just thought the price was too much for me. I decided to get other estimates.
