Description of Work: Painters removed birds' nest in the eaves, repaired all holes there, painted and then covered with wire to prevent future nesting. They painted all the window frames, the front door frame and iron railing and window grills on the facade of the house. hey completed the work in two days.

Description of Work: Wesley's team prepped my stucco home for painting. They power washed, scraped old paint, replaced rotting wood, and sealed cracks. They then painted the stucco and all of the trim and two garage doors. The replaced 4 sets of shutters. The also patched and painted a sliding door to my deck.

Description of Work: I have a 2-story row home with mostly stucco exterior. Wesley cleaned and prepped the entire exterior for painting. It was quite a mess. Very dirty and it had not been painted in a long time, with lots of older peeling paint, etc. In addition to getting the house prepped for painted he also power washed my porch. Wesley painted the stucco, window capping, trim and the entire porch, including porch ceiling, in the front of the house. In rear he painted the stucco (there was less trim work in the near and I didn't care to have it done at that time).

Description of Work: Because Wesley Neves had done a superior job painting the outside of my home, as well as some inside rooms, I referred them to a friend who needed several rooms painted, as well as windows washed on the third floor.

We have always had the very same high quality work done in a professional manner at a price that was always less then the other bids we solicited. We first started using Wesley to paint the outside of our home. This was several years ago. We have a very large 7 bedroom home. We were skeptical at first because his estimate was 50% less than a contractor we have used and trusted for years. However, after thoroughly reading all of the reports here on Angie's List we thought we would try him. One of the best moves we have made. The job required some wood repair from old water damage and weathering. I am a woodworker by hobby so I was not sure that someone who was strictly a painter could handle the job. Wesley's repairs were quite extraordinary. The finished job was FANTASTIC. Working with him was an absolute delight. He comes when he says he will, he is very neat and everything about him and his assistants is professional, thorough and courteous. Years later we used him to paint several rooms on the inside of our home. I am a federal judge so I am particularly careful about who I let into my home. I had no reservations whatsoever about Wesley or his assistants. Again, they did a wonderful job in a thorough and professional manner. They were extremely neat, and his price was again very good. Most recently, we used him to paint the exterior of a 3 story multiple unit dwelling we own. The outside needed substantial repairs and large sections under the roof had to be rebuilt. He was again punctual, thorough and a joy to work with. Not only do I have absolutely no reservations about recommending him, If he is available, I would not consider using anyone else. I see one negative review and score of F here. I have no idea what that is about, but I do know that is totally inconsistent with our experience and the experience of everyone else who has gone to the trouble of filing a report here. The fact that that report is so far off the charts and so inconsistent with everyone else probably says more about the person who posted the report than it does about the quality of Wesley's work. We consider ourselves lucky to have found him. We would not think of having exterior or interior painting done without first speaking to Wesley. His price, quality, professionalism and pride in his work are truly outstanding. It is hard to find this kind of workmanship in this day and age. TMcK

Description of Work: I had my living room, hall way, kitchen and baby room painted. The living room and hallway needed spackling at multiple places because the previous owner of my house did a terrible job in painting the house. There were areas in the living room that showed patches of wall paper underneath the paint, since it was not properly removed by the previous owner, prior to painting the wall. Also, the baby room had 2 layers of wall paper that had to be removed first, the entire wall spackled, and then the walls had to be primed and painted.

Description of Work: I hired Wesley (WHOM CLAIMED TO BE LICENSED AND INSURED) to skim and straighten interior wall within home totaling 5 rooms. Wesley, accompanied by Anderson whom Wesley identified as skim coats and preps person. Anderson came with an assistant, after a $2,000.00 deposit, receipted from Wesley Neves Painting. The job was started in a professional manner and diminished quickly. Anderson along the course of the day would make sexual comments to my wife and baby sitter / friend. My wife and i agreed, Ignore this behavior and get the job done and them out of our house by limiting contact: reduce sitter time, grocery shopping, the park, restaurant for lunch, ..... Not only was this an excessive expensive, later on we discovered this was a bad decision. On many occasions my wife returned to Central AC unit on at set at 65 and dust was being drawn into the ventilation system which is no longer operable (our son is asthmatic) On week two of a one week job as promised Anderson no longer was accompanied by his assistant and his disrespectful behavior turned into the babysitter being drug into the laundry room and Andrew forced himself on her and an incident with wife that has not gone to trial yet.Anderson was incarcerated and to this day remains imprisoned. At this time we discovered that Anderson is in this country illegally and has no know address and a warrant in another state. When I approached Wesley with the situation he denied that Anderson is an employee and the job was sub contracted. If you were to go to his web site WNPAINTING.COM (which is documented for pending law suit) you will see a man on a ladder working with Wesleys company shirt also a lawn sign from Wesley's company. This is Anderson whom Wesley is now denying associating. My lawyer researched and discovered that Wesley is NOT LICENSED and is in the process of verifying if Wesley does indeed have active insurance. As for my house, which started out as a simple skim and sand to smooth out an orange peel texture, turned into lumpy walls, grind marks (Anderson had a 10" sander that he practiced using on my walls) pit marks, and scorch marks that he tried to hide with white primer, and a destroyed ventilation system. I payed $4,000.00 for this (I do have photos by request) IF ANYONE HAS ANY QUESTIONS FEEL FREE TO CONTACT BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING
