Description of Work: I called several contractors and Wesley neves painting responded quickly as my time was limited in phila., the others took a couple of days to call by and two companies couldn't give an estimate until the next week. the price he gave me included finishing up the total outside of the house trim and areas that I didn't finish. All of the trim on my house is painted metal and it was peeling terribly. the house is two stories high with basement above ground so really three. they scheduled the appt. promptly came promptly and began promptly. I'm an interior decorator and am very picky they did there job so well I was so happy not to be stressed out because of incompetence. they cleaned up their mess every day. the job included little things like reglazing, replacing two small window panes, not included they did some pressure washing for me from a previous project for free. Rain played a factor in a little delay and I asked them to finish up when I come back in town, no problem, they made time to come back and finish the job the next day after I got in philly. they listened to me did what I asked they were nice and respectful, yes I would use only them for my painting I got a lot of compliments and so did the the company and they gave out a lot of business cards during the job, I"am so pleased with the job if I knew how to download picture on this laptop I would. but I will eventually do that. thank you Wesley Neves Painted, my house is really beautiful now. wanda lopes-colemon

 + -1 moreWe had a fantastic experience. Wesley was very responsive and the entire crew was punctual and professional. Whenever weather or extenuating circumstances intervened Wesley called and let us know. Since the work was being done in October weather did play a factor. Wesley came on Sat and Sunday to finish the job due to weather delays. They also painted my garage for a nominal charge (was not part of the original plan). We highly recommend WNP due to their professionalism and competitive pricing. They use top quality Sherman Williams paints and cleaned up after themselves. We had nothing but a positive experience!
Description of Work: WNP power washed our entire house then painted the stucco, all trim and our garage door.They also re-stucco'd a few parts of our stucco that was cracking and falling off.

 + -1 moreWe have a three story rowhouse which had a decorative cornice that had been covered up with white aluminum since the 60's. After ripping that down and realizing the tin originial cornice was in excellent shape, we contacted Wesley to get a quote for painting and he came out the same day. He sent us a quote the next day and we booked him for service that same week. He took a swatch from us to exactly match the new capping we were getting for our windows and got the job done in two days, which is exactly how long he said it would take.

His workers responded to a request to re-scrape an area on the porch that looked like it had older paint still chipping from it. They also worked on the weekend to get the job done in the estimated time. We are very pleased.
Description of Work: Wesley and workers replaced rotting wood on the outside of our house, including ceiling on the porch. They also painted the exterior wood a new color.

 + -1 moreWe live in an old farm house. The front section is 3 stories and rear section is 2 ? stories. The cedar clapboard was replaced and painted on the back section within the last 5 years. Portions of the front section (some of the worst areas) were stripped to bare wood by our family and repainted over the last 3 years. This April we decided to get a professional to finish the front section, replace some rotten boards and re-paint the entire house. Wesley and his crew of 3 great guys first prepped the house by power washing, scraping, sanding, caulking and glazing windows (as needed). The crew replaced rotten boards in several areas and did some damage control on the Pergola at the back of the house by scraping off rotten areas and re-sealing the wood. Ultimately the entire sections will need to be replaced but not now. The four large pillars on the front of the house were a mess and the crew replaced rotten pieces and removed 100?s of staples someone used to hold up plastic sheeting. The pillars were then sanded, spackled, and painted. They look great. Next the house was primed with oil paint (in all areas that we had not previously painted) and two coats of SuperPaint were applied. All shutters were painted along with a spring kitchen (a very old stucco 20? X 20? building). The crew kept the area clean and did a good job of cleaning up after the paint job. It was an excellent experience.

His estimate was significantly lower than the closest competitor and he stayed in contact through the estimate process. Even though he could not start on the job on the date scheduled due to weather, he kept me informed. Once work started, he and his crew worked diligently and carefully. The job involved significant detail work and there was a lot of potential for paint to get to where I didn't want it. He and his crew listened to my concerns and did a fantastic job. Despite delays due to weather, the crew worked at a steady pace and never looked as though they were rushing to finish and get to the next job. I am very satisfied with the final outcome.
Description of Work: Painted exterior trim, front porch, back porch, front shutters, front porch roof. Re-mounted a few front shutters, removed old caulk and re-caulked around front windows, removed and replaced rotten wood as necessary.

 + 3 moreI was referred to Wesley Neves by another highly rated painter from Angie's List who had given me a quote, but couldn't fit me into his schedule when I needed the work done. Wesley was very responsive on short notice, gave me the best price of any of the painters who bid on the job, was prompt in arriving each day, worked long hours to complete all the work we needed done in a short time frame, cleaned up well each day before leaving. He was friendly, flexible and very willing to accommodate additional work. He offered me references and they gave me outstanding reports on his work for them. I will hire him again in the future when I need painting done. I was surprised that Wesley didn't think I'd included the bay window siding and windows in the job we'd agreed on. He painted them for me without adding anything to the overall cost and we voluntarily paid a little extra to accommodate this miscommunication. One wall got some semigloss rolled on it, and he was more than accommodating to repaint the wall in flat paint, correcting the problem. I will hire him again in the future without any reservations.
Description of Work: Prepped and painted our front porch (which was in poor condition owing to a roof leak), including repairs to bottom of columns holding up the porch; painted the bay window and upper soffit above it on the front of the house. Stripped wallpaper, repaired damaged walls in bathroom and repainted walls and woodwork. Patched cracks in dining room and painted dining room wall. Patched and painted stairwell to basement.
