We have had Bill (WJM Lock Service) out to our house three times (first call: change the locks to the house; second call: remove a rusted bicycle that someone left chained to the railing on our steps; third call: repair a broken lock on our car port gate) since we purchased the home 2 years ago. For each service call he showed up right on time and got to work immediately. After he finished the repairs he explained to us everything that he did. For the most recent gate repair, he stayed out in the cold until the gate locked perfectly even though I told him a couple of times that 'it was good enough' before reaching that point. He also explained how the gate used to open remotely and who we could call to get the motors on the gate repaired or replaced. Bill does excellent work at great prices.

Bill was able to schedule a next-day appointment for us to inspect a lock on an outside door that we couldn't close. It turned out we just didn't know how to operate the lock correctly, which Bill patiently showed us how to do, then checked the lock, tightened to works, and also checked and tightened the lock on another outside door. He explained to us the issues we might have with the various locks on our doors. Bill was knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and very reasonably. Highly highly recommended.

Bill was great. He returned my call within the hour, came over later that day and did the work at the price quoted. He was very easy to talk to and VERY thorough. He checked all of his work and made sure the locks worked as well as possible considering my older and slightly worn door. I highly recommend him.
