Dan from Vincent Goffredo Plumbing arrived arrived promptly and appeared to replace the T-joint in a timely manner. However, in doing so, he broke the main water line into my house. He told me that the company didn't handle main water lines. He said he was going out to the car to call someone who does and would come back. Instead, he drove off. I spoke with the owner, Eric, who insisted that it must have been a miscommunication. But if Dan didn't run off, why did he leave before submitting a bill or requesting payment and leaving behind a confused homeowner who's just been told that the main line is broken? I'm sure they'll say that the pipes in my house were old, and it was a problem waiting to happen. How the company handled the incident shows a complete lack professional. I would not recommend them.

I called @ 9AM. I got an office person who took the details. By 9:10 Eric called and put me on the schedule. Matt and Frank had completed the job by 1:15. (The longest time was draining the system) I have heat again!

They were definitely not good. They charged $150 just to come out and inspect the property.

They were on time and fast and work looks great!

Helpful and responsive when I first called. They arrived at the promised time and work was done quickly considering what a major job it was. The new and old water heaters had to be taken up / down stairs, which they were able to do without causing damage. I have had no problems since the installation.

I first called about a 2 weeks ago to have my washing machine properly hooked up (when I bought my house, it was improperly hooked up). Goffredo Plumbing was very responsive and set up a time for an estimate. Their estimate was very reasonable, and was the lowest we got. They scheduled a date for the job, were punctual, and friendly. About a week after the job, I tried using the hot water in my basement sink (connected with the washing machine) and there was a problem with the faucet. I don't know if the two problems were related, but Goffredo Plumbing came right back out on a Saturday morning, and replaced the faucet, with no labor charge. They were polite, responsive and punctual throughout all projects, and I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to others!

Overall, the company responded quickly to our water emergency. They treated us like we were long time valued customers although they never met us. Having to call a plumber during a water emergency is stressful, but they held our hand and put us at ease without taking advantage of our desperation by inflated, unreasonable prices. They came across as honest. I want them to come back and do more work. They were fantastic!

Eric called me so many times but I was blocking unknown caller from my cell. He is very patient and tried to call me many times. I told him the problems. He was very nicely offer me many suggestions and recommendations. His hourly rate is very reasonable. I am very please with his reply. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

He was great. Very nice guy. He was very efficient, assessed the work quickly. I would definitely recommend him. I've dealt with other plumbers in the past and he is by far the best.

Went well from beginning to end. Called on a Wednesday, saw him the same day and they completed the work in good time on Monday. Eric recommended what fixtures to buy, I purchased on Friday from Lowes and his ace plumber did the rest. Other materials were used to complete all installs

Eric was very responsive, right from the get go on the phone. I had never worked with him, but he immediately checked w/ the township for code and gave me a rough estimate over the phone. Then later he came and checked and gave me hints on what my best options would be. When I asked to pay for his services, he courteously declined, since no 'work' was done. Amazingly friendly and professional. Would hire him back in a heartbeat.

They installed two new faucets (kitchen and bathroom). They charged me $150 for an hour of labor and $150 for the faucets. I think the price was a little too high...however, the service was prompt and courteous. I would recommend them if you have a plumbing problem that needs immediate attention.

When I asked them how much I owed them, they stated they'd send a bill. They never did. I'm not sure if this was an oversight or whether they figured this was too small a job to bill for. Either way - given how immensely responsive they were, I will definitely be using them in the future for any other plumbing jobs.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Goffredo Plumbing. They were incredibly easy to schedule, punctual, friendly, and efficient. The leak behind my wall had been going for some time and the drywall was moldy and gross, but no complaints from my technician, whose name was Nate (I think). The problem came from a fitting that had failed. Nate walked me through what could have caused it, and left me with the the removed part in case I chose to file an insurance claim. This is the second time I've called on Goffredo. The first was a weekend emergency, which was pricey at weekend rates, but necessary. However, the service was excellent both times. The bill arrived in the mail just a few days later. Highly recommend!

The plumbers, who sre really nice, arrived on time. They looked at the job, said what they were going do, and did it. No fuss, no mess, and nice looking work.

I am really happy I found this plumbing service. I had used a different service in the past and found them to be okay if a little pricey, but when I called them about installing a water line for my new refrigerator with in-door icemaker/water dispenser, they estimated that it would be $500! That seemed ridiculous to me, and a bit of poking around online confirmed it, so I called Vincent Goffredo. They were polite and punctual in all their communications, and very upfront about their pricing -- that it would be $195 for the service call / first hour and then they would charge by the half hour after that, and it would likely take no more than an hour and a half. They were there on time, were very polite, installed the new copper line and valve in about half an hour, and showed me how to use it before they left. We are planning a larger kitchen renovation, and they were very patient in answering my questions as to how the new line would be dealt with during the renovation when flooring will be replaced, etc. My refrigerator was delayed in being delivered by several weeks, and in the meantime with the recent downpour our basement got a few inches of water and our hot water heater stopped working. I was worried one of the electrical components had been damaged, and called Vincent Goffredo plumbing to see if they could come take a look. The technician very kindly played cell phone tag with me to reach me that day at work and talk to me about the issue. He advised that my pilot light was probably just out, and recommended I try to relight it that night, and if it didn't work to call back and he would make a Saturday service call, but he wanted to save me the time-and-a-half that would be charged for a weekend call if it was easily fixable. Sure enough, although the heater's instructions didn't work to relight the pilot, a YouTube video was more helpful, and in no time our water heater was up and running again. I am so patently un-handy, I think a less ethical service would have come out for the service call, pressed the few buttons to relight the pilot, and charged me an arm and a leg for the service, and I'm really happy that this plumbing service did not do so. I will definitely use them again, and in fact am calling them today about putting in a sump pump so this doesn't happen again!

I woke up to the sound of water gushing out of my old hot water tank and I immediately went to Angie's List to look up plumbers. I had previously researched companies to call for future work that I wanted to do and I had already wrote down this company as a contender, but I was not ready to complete other work at the time. However, I now had an emergency on my hand and decided that I would give them a try based on their ratings. I must say that I am usually skeptical of calling any trade and/or general contractor because of past experiences. I have had issues with people not returning calls, being punctual, not explaining the full scope of work and potential worse case scenarios so you can prepare contingency funds, in addition to not providing quality work. The level of quality and professionalism of a company are key variables in my decision making. I do not appreciate having my limited time wasted or having to pay someone else to redo bad work. In contrary to these issues, I called this company regarding my emergency around 9am that day and I received a call back from Eric shortly after regarding the time that his guys would be out. He informed me that they would be able to take a look at my problem that afternoon and they arrived on time as stated. They brought a new unit with them in case replacing it was warranted (it was), installed it right away and hauled away the old one. I can say that they were efficient and provided quality work that day. Being that they were this good with an emergency, I would definitely not have a problem calling them back to do my other plumbing work. It is always great to find people these days that can actually deliver. * The original price was $995, but discount was applied for 10% of of labor for first job.

Friendly guys, came in and took care of business. Even left a WM trash bin for me to dispose of my extra debris from partially breaking down my dry wall under which the pipe ran. I would definitely recommend these guys.

He was great. We thought that maybe we had a crack in a pipe that was leaking into the basement. Rather than just going with that and charging us a bundle, he just cleaned the drain, ran water and saw that there was no longer a leak. He said that, if water came into the basement in the future that we should call him, but he fixed the problem for MUCH less than we were expecting.

The crew was prompt, the work well-planned and executed, the clean-up thorough.

The plumber was prompt in calling and setting up a mutual time to do the work. He was professional, friendly and explained what he was going to do. He cleaned up after himself and took all trash with him. He said he would send a bill but I haven't received one yet so I can't comment on the price. Unless he is grossly overpriced (which I doubt ) I would certainly use him again.

On time, competent, professional. Good job.

I think they are a good company with knowledgable employees

I thought it was raining on the patio when, in fact, the irrigation pipe burst and water was gushing all over. Being new in the house it took me a while to find the shut off valve and then I contacted them for service. They called right away and because I had shut off the water source, they needed to complete another job first. I was totally fine with that and they kept me appraised of their time line. They showed up and replaced the broken section of the pipe. They are definitely my plumber of choice - so professional and easy to work with.

While preparing the house for the next day's Christmas Eve large family dinner, at 7:45pm heard the alarm notifying us of a leaking hot water heater!! Thank goodness, slow leak and the alarm system did cut off the water. Merry Christmas! Went directly to Angie's List, found Vincent Goffredo Plumbing and called. After giving all the details to answering service, within 5 minutes received a phone call from service rep whom calmed my panic!! Yes, they would be able to take care of the problem. Was told to expect a phone call in the morning to schedule. By 7:45am, Eric called, went over all information with him. So nice!!! Was even able to explain that since the hot water heater was less then 5 years old was most likely under warranty (which was the last thing on my mind the 2 days before Christmas, I just wanted hot water in my condo!!!!) The repairmen were there with a new hot water heater by 12noon! Of course, pipes being so old in the building, another part had to be picked up the next day and brought in to properly install the new leakage alarm, but they made sure I had a working hot water heater for the day/night. Christmas Eve, the repairmen were there early in the am with the correct part and installed. They COMPLETELY cleaned up after themselves, left the whole area spotless, were so nice. Vincent Goffedo Plumbing employees made what could of been a complete disaster of Christmas Eve and Christmas morning at our house with friends and family end up perfect! I am now having them come back to fix a running toilet and replace tub faucets.
