Plumber arrived quickly, was professional and friendly. He assessed the situation well, explained everything and fixed the problem more-or-less permanently while showing me what we could do to eliminate any other problems with the area later if we chose.

They came when they said they would. I would recommend them in a minute.

Called to say would be 20 min late. Then arrived within the 20 minutes. Installed faucet no problem and cleaned up after. Next day when I went to use the faucet the water came out hot!! It turns out the (idiot) builder (new home) reversed the hot and cold lines so when plumber tied into the cold line in the bathroom next to the garage it was really hot. Standard is cold on right hot on left so plumber assumed builder did it correct. They came back the next day fixed the faucet issue and also fixed the hot and cold taps in the sink as well. Very happy.

It went extremely well. Eric and I discussed what would be required. He suggested several brands of the appropriate valve that would work well and a couple to avoid. I wanted the work done on a particular day, which he readily agreed to, and offered to come even earlier if that would work for us. Dan showed up on time, was very pleasant and professional, did a good job of installing the valve (can't say I know all that much about plumbing, but the valve is in, it works and it doesn't leak which seems to cover it for me) and charged us at the low end of Eric's estimate - which both Eric and I understood to be a "ballpark" estimate given that he had not seen the shower stall when we talked.

Extremely well. Much better than expected. I interacted with Eric on the phone, and Dan did the work. Both were very responsive, and the approach to the work was to do the least costly repair necessary to get the job done. I am very happy with our results. We had another plumber attempt to make these repairs some time ago, and he did not successfully stop the leaks. Now we can close up our ceiling and repaint. Yippee!

This was a small job but I would call these guys again. They were on time, efficient, polite and honest.

It went very well. I was very satisfied with the work Eric's company performed. They were very knowledgeable, reasonably priced and flexible with the scope of the work. They pulled a permit and knocked the job out in one day. I won't hesitate to use them again. Eric kept me informed throughout the permit and inspection process and made sure I was happy with their services. All the other plumbers I had come over to give me an estimate were either really over priced or never got back to me. Eric promptly showed up to the estimate and called me back within hours to give me his quote. Don't waste your time looking for other plumbers.

They were able to do the job on the same day, which was very nice. Kind of an easy job, but they did quickly and were professional. They had to cut out a section of drywall to access pipe (they didn't fix the hole, but I told them I would fix it). I'd use them again.

All work has been done professionally, respectfully, and always estimates and actual cost done fairly and consciously. I have used. Erik now for over 12 years. He has remained to be our plumber. Extremely satisfied with Erik and his services. We recommend him at the highest level of technical and professional competencies.

Came home to find old water heater broken and leaking in my basement. Closed all pass/access keys and cleaned up some of the mess. Next day called Vincent Goffredo and several other plumbing companies to get a general estimate and see who could install a new water heater that same day. Eric came down with the best offer even though it wasn't inexpensive. I called at around 8:30 a.m. and they were able to come that afternoon at 1:00 p.m. Installers showed up on time but did not call before arriving as arranged. They quickly went to work draining, disconnecting and removing the old heater before installing the new one. They worked fast and efficiently and cleaned up reasonably well after they finished. The whole process took about an hour and fifteen minutes.

Ok. While he did find the leak he immediately went to where the leak in my other bathroom was and began to rip up the ceiling to find the leak above. This was not necessary because he did not even go to the bathroom that the leak was occurring for if he had he would have discovered the leaky problem immediately. The leak was in the upper bathroom and was going into the damaged caulk and the leaking to the bottom bathroom. Amount of time to find the leak? 5 minutes, amount of time to change the washer on the upstairs faucet? 5 minutes. Total price $110.00 and then I had to repair the ceiling that he ripped up in the downstairs bathroom myself.

I was amazed at how fast they did the work. Overall, I'd say they did a good job. It was a bit more expensive than I thought it would be, but the work turned out well. They showed up on time.

They are very good and they show up and do the work. They are a little expensive, but I think you get what you pay for. I was pleased with the service.

He was even able to get a 40 gallon water heater installed in a space suited for a 30 gallon water heater in less than an hour. He's very punctual and works well with other contractors. He's basically my go to guy when it comes to any plumbing work and I'd use him again and highly recommend him to others!

Though they didn't do any work, they helped me solve the issue without spending any money other than $10 at Home Depot. They were helpful and honest: he easily could have charged me for coming out to inspect it, but recognized the problem didn't sound too serious.

( JOB 1) We now have plumbing issues since they installed the new equipment: the sink backs up and drips when it never used to. The plumber also tried to take our old faucet without asking. We are waiting to see if they'll come fix the problem. (JOB 2) The work was completed quickly, they cleaned up nicely, and they trucked away all the old cast iron.

They were responsive, friendly and professional. They fixed the leaks. After that we had trouble with no water pressure in the shower and called them back. He didn't think it was related, but Eric came over the next day and found the valve that had been shut off everything was fine. He was apologetic. We're now planning to hire him to zone our hot water baseboard. His consultations have been very helpful.

I HAVE USED THE COMPANY FOR THIRTY YEARS AND NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE SERVICES. THEY ARE A FIRST CLASS COMPANY. THE WATER HEATER IS PERFECT AND DOES WHAT IT IS SUPPOSED TO DO.

Very fast response time! Eric was very clear about the options we had. The dispose-all works well, and we no longer have issues with backwash into the dishwasher.

Called and they came out right away. Very professional, neat, left work areas clean. Explained all repairs. Price was reasonable. Service was amazing. Loved that they came out same morning, day before 4th of July and it wasn't even an emergency request. Based on my experience with other plumbers - this was truly extraordinary.

They were punctual and polite, did the job very quickly and efficiently and were very understanding of the unusual location of the faucet. They suggested using a commercial grade faucet because of heavy use to prevent further problems.

THEY LOST OUR HOUSE KEY AND MY HUSBAND HAD TO LEAVE WORK TO MEET THE PLUMBER (EMPLOYEE OF ERIC'S) WHO THEN SAID HE HAD TO BUY MATERIALS AND LEFT FOR TWO HOURS. WHEN HE RETURNED, HE SAID THAT ERIC TOLD HIM NOT TO INSTALL THE SINK BECAUSE HE DIDN'T WANT TO BE LIABLE FOR ANY LEAKS. SO HE LEFT WITHOUT DOING ANY WORK. ERIC NEVER CALLED TO EXPLAIN, EVEN THOUGH I LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES WITH HIS ANSWERING SERVICE. GO FIGURE, A PLUMBER WHO DIDN'T INSTALL SINKS.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT ERIC AND HIS CREW. HE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL IN TERMS OF HONESTY, PUNCTUALITY, AND JOB PERFORMANCE. I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN WITHOUT ANY RESERVATION.
