I contacted them last week, on Thursday. I need my new appliances hooked up and a water line run to my new dishwasher. I spoke to someone in the office and a couple hours later, Eric called me back. He said that he could potentially come out the following day, but that "Tuesday" would be better. I said that was fine. I'm in the city, he said he was coming from somewhere in the suburbs, and asked if 10 am would be ok. Again, I said that was fine. Yesterday was Tuesday, 10 am came and went and at about 11, I called the office to see where Eric was. He called me back about half an hour later saying that he had me scheduled for the following Tuesday!! Not sure how this happened or why I would have thought he was talking about the Tuesday a week from the upcoming Tuesday, but ok, mistakes happen. He apologized profusely and stated that "he never misses appointments." We rescheduled for this morning, Wednesday, same time, 10 am. It's now 11:30. No call, no show. I have now taken 2 mornings off from work. So, not only has this cost me time, it has also cost me money. I'm amazed at how inconsiderate people can be. Needless to say, I'll be going with someone else.

The soil stack in our 2nd floor bathroom began leaking and I called Eric with Vincent Goffredo to give me a quote on repairing the plumbing. He provided me a verbal quote before leaving the house, with the stipulation that I have the wall opened up and ready for the repair. When the actual work was done, Jim was on time, professional and completed the job quickly and cleaned up all debris and waste from the repair. Space was tight within the wall and Jim had to do a little more demolition to access and complete the repairs. He did it all with out any complaint. Eric's verbal quote was not to exceed and the final bill was well under that amount. I am extremely pleased with the work done and will use Eric in the future. In addition, Eric assisted me in locating someone to repair the walls after the plumbing repairs were completed.

The gentleman who showed up was very professional and nice. He kept his work area very clean. I was working from home but I didn t feel like he was being disruptive doing the plumbing work. He was very professional and told me exactly what he needed to do. The cost was exactly what I expected.

They were quick in returning my calls. They were quick and clean in doing the work. They cleaned up any mess that was made. They were very knowledgeable.

Eric came out as scheduled (without charge) to see the problem and determine what needed to be done. He could not give me an exact estimate as the scope of the work could not be determined until the wall was opened. We scheduled an appointment and Dan came out at the scheduled time (first thing in the morning to accommodate my work schedule), opened the wall, and performed the repair. He even did another minor repair for me since he was there. This was probably the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing contractor. Both Eric and Dan were extremely professional, very friendly, and highly competent. The price was very reasonable.

I called at 9:35 AM on 3 December 2008 (215-724-3425) and spoke with a gentleman. I explained that I was having a problem with my toilet. I was told that a Danny would get back with me. I left three phone numbers, my cell, my home and work numbers and gave my address. To date, no one has even bothered to return my phone call. After going through Angie's list and checking all the people who used this company I was sure that I had a reliable plumbing company that I could depend on to solve my plumbing problem. In the future I will be going to Lowes to purchase a toilet. I know from experience they will service me and call back to see how the service personnel performed their duties.

I had a few problems setting up an appt. I was going to give up on them but I gave them one more chance. I got a really nice guy and he said he had been away and that was why I couldn t get a hold of him. He showed up on time which was great but I am not all together pleased with the work. When I first saw the faucet it was great but within two weeks when I moved the arm of the faucet it was squeaking which may or may not be a problem but I am not happy about that. The other thing is that I asked him to check for a leak in the bathroom. That was one of the main reasons I called them out. He made a very cursory check and said he did not find anything and left. I had to call another plumber and he did find something.

In the middle of a floor tiling job I inadvertently snapped a PVC adapter @ the cast elbow beneath my toilet. Not being experienced in handling PVC products I needed a pro. I found Eric through Angie's and could not have made a better choice. I told them what I needed over the phone, they gave me an estimate and some how or the other managed to get me service the very next day!! Wow!! Eric stated that he would have someone out at 1:00 PM and his man Danny arrived @ 1:10, completed his job @ 2:30 (even had to run out after addition parts required). They were courteous, professional, and friendly, even offered some pointers on the task I was partaking. Price wise they came in right on target. If you need a plumber, give them a call.

They are very professional. They are very prompt and very helpful. I thought the job personally was just a little expensive. They did a very good job though.

This experience went really well. They have an answering service that is a little bit frustrating but they were great. They came out and did the analysis at no cost and then they came out and did the job on time and they finished quickly as well.

The work was excellent, but their price was horrible. They came when they said they were going to come. They even got the specific type of water heater I wanted.

He told me what time he would be here and was here on time. He did the work very quickly. He cleaned everything up when he was finished. He also took a few minutes to explains some things. It was a nice experience.

It went very well, and I am very pleased with their work.

They promised to do the job in one day and they did it in one day. They even got one bathroom functional by mid-day for my convenience. They just had to come back to replace a kitchen faucet was I already knew was on it's last legs anyway. This raised the price of the job over the estimate a bit, but I ok-ed the work before they did it. Otherwise, the main work was done for just below the estimate. Since I'm generally unfamiliar with plumbing costs, I don't know if this cost was lower or higher than most. It felt like a lot of money, but I am quite satisfied with the work.

Eric Kassab with Vincent Goffredo Plumbing was a great help during selling and prepping our house. We sent him the buyers' requests and he fulfilled every single request, discussed it with us and even spoke to the buyers. They requested replacing a water valve, closing the basement drain and other checks on the radiators. He was a great help in a very stressful and time-constricted environment and greatly exceeded our expectations.

This project went very well. I called them to install a higher toilet. He quoted me a price and the guy came out when he said he would. The price was very reasonable. The toilet works perfect and I have no complaints.

Everything went fine. Eric visited first and his estimate was accurate. Matt and John were polite and made an effort to keep things neat. So far, so good. I would call them again. I believe this is a trustworthy outfit.

They were great. They were easy to reach, they came when they said they would, they worked quickly and cleaned up, and their price is reasonable.

They did an entire over-haul of a bathroom in our older home. Since we replaced everything and put in new, much of it custom, some of the work had to be sub-contracted out by them. Everything was very good. They were professional and the price was probably reasonable for the extensive amount of work completed.

It always goes really well with them. We have been using them for thirty years. They come immediately and when they say they will. If they can't they call and let you know. Their prices seem fair and they are very pleasant.

Just got a new dryer and the old gas line shutoff was needed to be replaced. I made a few calls and they gave me the best quote. They had an opening that day, but I was going out of town for the weekend and really needed it working when I came back. No problem, I just left them a key and they did the work. Replaced the shutoff, hooked up my dryer as agreed upon. They were going to route the exhaust out of the basement window but it wasn't the right type of window for the adapter, so the price was less. All in all a great first experience from using Angie's List. Would call again for more plumbing work.

I was having problems with rust in my water I called them and they came out on the day and time they stated, their recommendation was that I have a filter installed. They came back promptly on the scheduled date and worked in a very tight area, but completed the job and cleaned up the small mess they made.

He is completely honest. I like how he talked to me for an hour and answered any and all of my questions without any hesitation. He was extremely helpful and understanding of my concerns. I was very happy with his assistance.

Since we did not know where the leak was coming from they did an extensive check of everything. They were not quitters, when they did not find it one place they looked somewhere else. They explained just what they were doing. They were happy when they found it and so was I.
