I was pleased overal with their service, they returned my original call promptly and also came in a matter of a day or so. They charged reasonalbly and very good service but my only disappointment was that on the part of the job where i was not getting heat, it wasn't until the next day (only thing done was bleeding the radiator) did i have to call again because again the heat went off agaom///, and it came to be that it was the termostat that was the problem..so there was two service charges but i did need the radiators bled so it wasn't a wasted service charge.

He came out and put a big hole in my ceiling and then got back in his truck. He said it wasn’t wet up there and there was nothing he could do. Then they sent me a bill for $100 and if I didn’t pay it in 30 days there would be a 1% interest on it. I called the Better Business Bureau and I called the television station.

I was very impressed with their service. I called them and they came out the same day to provide service. I have used them a couple of times before. Their price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Overall this was a very pleasant experience.

Called initially about the leak a few weeks before. Some folks came out immediately and tried a low cost repair (Caulking, etc.) at first to see if problem could be resolved with minimal cost. After problem persisted, they returned, opened up the ceiling with minimal impact on kitchen, found and repaired the leak and were out of there. I have to say that, in comparison with other plumbers I had, these guys were clean, courteous, communicative, and fast. I will call them for future problems and would recommend them to others..

The plumber came over on time and took a look at the problem. The toilet had not been used in some time and some of the parts had rusted away. He recommended replacing some of the tank apparatus in order to stop the toilet from running. He had the parts with him and was able to complete the work right away. Three months later, toilet is still working great and no issues since.

He was prompt, courteous and got to the bottom of the problem. Their policy is to send an invoice that you haev 30 days to pay, which I really appreciated.

I called the company and they responded quickly. The problem could not be resolved on the first visit because a part had to be ordered.

Outstanding service! I had a slow leak from a corroded copper inlet pipe under my kitchen sink that was leaking from my garage ceiling below it. Their answering service took my call at 9 am and Eric called me back around noon same day, telling me his people happened to be working in my neighborhood and they would stop by to look at it. Dan and Luke came over and gave me a verbal estimate of about $150 if all goes smoothly. They told me Eric would call me back to schedule, which he did that same day. Dan called me from his truck the morning of the service to let me know he was in heavy traffic and might be about 15-20 min late, which was considerate. Dan and Luke were clean, very professional, answered all of my questions, They finished the job in about 45 min, and carefully inspected their work for leaks and proper water pressure. When my faucet pressure happened to drop later that same afternoon, I called back Eric, and Dan stopped by to correct the problem - some minor debri from turning back on my water supply had clogged my faucet filter, which he easily cleaned out and all was fine .They accepted VISA and gave me a 10% labor discount as a first-time Angie's List customer. Excellent responsiveness and professionalism. I give these guys my highest recommendation!

I had a very pleasant and informative interaction with Eric. It did take a couple hours to call me back after my initial call, but I imagine he was in the midst of his busy work day. He was able to identify the problem immediately over the phone. He recommended another company (a friend of his) that promptly contacted me and fixed the problem.

I contacted this plumber to repair a leak. First, the answering service improperly recorded my phone number, so no one contacted me for several hours. After calling back and finally speaking to a plumber, I was told that he would call me back the next morning between 7:30 and 8:00 AM to confirm an appointment for that same morning or afternoon. I received no phone call, and upon attempting to contact the plumber again, no one answered the phone.

He's very good and reliable. He will work through a problem to find the root of it before starting the work. His workers are reliable.

I was very pleased with the plumbing tech sent by Vincent Gofferdo. He arrived on time, assessed the problem and came to a solution. He recommended that we contact another plumber to snake our drain before we have his company do any work - that solution worked well as that was all the bathtub drain required and our bathtub has been draining freely since. I contacted Vincent Gofferdo Plumbing again to fix a sink in my second floor bathroom that had been leaking and also requested that they replace a flexible exhaust hose on my dryer with a permanent exhaust hose. I was again happy with the results and I would certainly use them again.

Vincent Goffredo Plumbing and Heating were very conscientious and thorough. They were responsive to our needs and communicated with us clearly throughout the process on an ongoing basis. They were prompt, showed up when they said they would and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. They had to order some special parts for our kitchen faucet which made the job take a little longer than we thought it would but they were prompt once the part arrived and installed it with no problem. They also helped us correct a problem with our down spout which was hopelessly clogged. I was very happy with the work they did for us and would definitely contact them for any plumbing work we need done in the future.

They cleaned it out and I had no problems with the heater through the winter. I was very pleased with the work they did.

They two men were extremely prompt, professional and clean. They were friendly and clear about the work they were going to do. Honestly they were the most helpful service people I've ever had in my house and I have high standards. They even made a special trip back to return a junky pair of scissors that they had accidentally taken with them! I would never use anybody else. If you want good work done, these people are your guys. It was like having guests in your house, not workmen. They were so helpful, good at what they did, and respectful of my house.

I called the closest three top rated plumbers to get an estimate for a cracked soil pipe in my basement. Out of the three, one didn't call me back, one wanted money for the estimate and then there was Eric at Gofferdo Plumbing. He came by the next day and he was on time and polite. As soon as we met him my wife and I were relieved. He's just a really nice guy and when he was in our basement giving us information about the job we didn't feel like he was overestimating or "looking" for more work. Once we got the price we went ahead and had the guys come out. One plumber (a Gofferdo) and his apprentice knocked the job out by 1pm and that included lunch and making a run to a local plumbing supply house for a part. The final cost was hundreds less than the initial estimate which was a relief. The old cast iron soil pipe went through the base of our home's fireplace. That's why is was so much less...Eric wasn't sure how long it would take to clear it for the new pipe. He gave us the worst case scenario, a solid concrete base. They removed the old damaged pipe and cleaned their work area and were always professional and just good guys. As a matter of fact they finished so quickly, we had them extend a gas line for the dryer I had just installed. My wife and I are delighted because we found a great plumber that we can rely on and we can thank Angie's List. the 10% coupon from the vendor paid for the subscription and then some. Rock on!

They were very punctual and a pleasure to deal with. They fixed the issue, but stated that I will need a new water heater soon. I was very pleased with the service that I will definitely call them back out to replace the water heater or fix it again.

Super job. In addition to the work performed, I appreciated the owner calling to inform me the workers were running behind schedule, due to additonal work requested by the person scheduled in front of me. Before, the work started I received an estimate of the material cost and the hourly rate. It was estimated to be a two hour job. The job was done on schedule. The workers arrived around 2 c'clock and left around 4 o'clock.

The following day, Dan and his assistant came by and took a look at the system. The problem was fixed in less than 30 seconds. Further, even though I felt like a complete idiot for the fix (which seemed to be very simple), they were very understanding and kind. They explained how the system worked and even made a couple modifications to improve it. I am a consultant and know the value of good service. It is hard to come by... these guys were great and really patient. They could have stuck me with a huge bill but they didn't. They understood my problem and as irrelevant and stupid as it may have been, they took it seriously and fixed it. Further, they didn't punish me for my ignorance. I'm very grateful to Dan and the rest of the company. I would gladly use them again and would recommend them to others.
