The house where I use this plumber is a rental property for me. I need to know that the people who go in to do work are professional and respect the tenants' privacy. I had not been able to find the leak previously. This company found the problem right away which was a real relief. Ever since he has been doing the work, everything has worked fine. They are phenomenally friendly and efficient. I trust that they will do the good job and be reliable since I am not there to police the work. A+!

They did a great job. Very clean and quick. The original pipe was leaking, causing damage to the plaster ceiling in the livingroom downstairs. The price was just right, the quality of work was excellent and the repairs that they made enabled me to repair the ceiling damage almost immediately after they were done. I was also very pleased to learn that this plumber provided a discount because we found them through Angie's List.

We recently bought a house and found that the dishwasher had a puddle of dirty water every few days. We did not know why so we called the company. I called them in the morning. They were very responsive and said they would send someone over in the afternoon. The guys were very punctual. They explained the problem and reconnected the dishwasher to the sink. They were humorous, professional, and very efficient. The job was done in about 5 minutes. We have not had this problem since then. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

Had Matt and Frank come out to do the work. The phone call to set it up was friendly and they worked with me to find a good time. Matt and Frank were right on time and got right to work. They worked hard and efficiently, did a top notch job on everything. Were very professional and friendly, explained everything well and did a great job.

Eric met my partner & I at a house that we are considering buying to give us an assessment and estimate for work to be done on the boiler and house plumbing. Our home inspection had revealed an older boiler that the inspector thought could be near the end of its life and possible corrosion on some pipes. We have worked with Eric for 10 years and 3 houses now and he has done some big jobs for us -- we trust him entirely and would want him to do any plumbing in our new house. He met us on short notice on an already busy day for him and he was on time, friendly & professional as always. He checked out the boiler , looked around at the pipes & fixtures, listened to our concerns and basically told us that things seemed pretty good -- that the boiler seemed solid and unlikely to give up the ghost in the near future (no guarantees), that some of what we thought was corrosion was just flux from soldering, and that some actual corrosion indicated some old leaks but nothing major. He didn't end up giving us an estimate because there was no immediate work to be done. He congratulated us on finding a nice house. Past experience with Eric and his guys has always been super. He's installed a couple of gas lines for new stoves (approx. $600 each time), tuned up the boiler and created 4 zones in a hot water baseboard heating system in a 3,000 square foot house (about $8000), fixed sinks and toilets, and so forth. His guys are polite, skilled and professional and we feel lucky to have found such a great plumber that we trust.

The installation of the vanity required removing the old one. They did supply and install new plumbing for the new vanity. The radiator they repaired is now working perfectly. I did not call them about the radiator but they had worked on it before and asked me about it and he took a look at for me since it was not working. I really liked that they asked it and that took the time to get it working again.

My experience with this company has been wonderful. When you have water leaking from places it's nice to know that someone comes the same day. For me that is priceless,

I would highly recommend this business. From the first time I called, I was impressed by the responsiveness of Eric. He called me back immediately and was out to give me an estimate within a day. This was the experience I had with him throughout the time of his serivce. The business is run professionally and the service is outstanding. He also came out to consult on a leak in our bathroom and when he realized he didn't need to fix anything from a plumbing standpoint, he did not charge us a penny! I am happy to say we have found a new plumber to use throughout the years!

The job was excellant from phone call to end of job. They were able to schedule me the next work day, since we had no hot water.

I called and was told by the very polite phone person that someone would call and then come look. That is what happened that same day - they called, came over, said we needed a new faucet set. They said if I wanted to pick out one myself I could or they would get me one - up to me. I opted for getting it myself. After I got it, I called the back and they set a time to come and install it. They came promptly and even called to say they were on their way over. The installation took about 20 minutes. They explained to me what was leaking and what they were doing. They were unfailingly polite and professional. The faucet is working just fine and I would definitely call them again.

I found this company to be professional and the workman to be knowledgeable, friendly, and competient. I would not think twice about using them again. Actually, I already have. Also, their prices are competetive and worth it.

They unscrewed the old unit and replaced it with a new unit. It only took a few minutes but they still charged me $185.00 for the work.

Around a year ahead of this job, I had called Vincent Goffredo Plumbing about a problem with water coming into my basement. He came out very quickly and evaluated the problem and determined that I needed a different type of service. Remembering, Goffredo's quick response and professionalism to my earlier problem, when I had a problem with water leaking aournd the base of the toilet in my bathroom, I didn't hesitate to call the service. They handled the job quickly and professionally. I didn't understand that there was a flat fee for them to come out. Thus I was a bit surprised the job cost $145. I'd recommend that a potential customer should ask about the service fees.

Goffredo Plumbing is excellent. Eric, the owner, is very responsive and very friendly, as is Matt, who did the work on my job. They were timely, neat and careful. This project involved replacing virtually all the plumbing in the house: two new bathrooms and the kitchen. It went very smoothly and I was very pleased. On a follow-up visit, to repair a heating leak (the leak was a separate problem, not related to their previous work), they were very helpful in problem-solving and finding the least invasive way to gain access to the pipe and repair the leak.

I don't have the final bill yet (thus the "n/a" for that category at the moment); will update that portion of the review when I do. The guys arrived exactly on time for both the estimate and the job. They were pleasant and professional. They did the work quickly and I'm very pleased with the results. I wasn't asking for anything too difficult, so it was nice to see them just listen to my list and get everything done in a little over an hour. Regarding communications, which is always important, the office took and relayed messages accurately; Eric called back promptly each time with answers. I'm very happy with this company.

Was comparing estimates on potentially moving a washer/drier into an upstairs bedroom in an older home. This company's estimate was not the lowest --it's on the high end; however, in comparison to some others, I could tell that he did know what he was doing and gave a fair assessment of the situation in an older home. Older homes can be complicated. He obviously had experience assessing them. I ended up not doing the project b/c of the risk of turning into a high priced venture --something I didn't want to happen. I would look at them again since I was impressed with their expertise.

I decided to contact this service based on the number of reviews and their high rating within Angie's List. I called to arrange for an estimate and received a call back within the same day from Eric Kassab to schedule a date/time. Eric Kassab arrived on time, reviewed the work that needed to be done and gave me a cost estimate. He is very friendly, professional and thorough and patiently answered all my questions. I arranged an appointment to have the work done. The technician was also professional, very efficient and conscientious. I was pleased with the quality of the work and the price. I will definitely contact this service in the future.

I was very impressed with how quickly Eric responded to my inquiry and to show up and assess/service my home. I live in a different state than my house and it was so reassuring to have someone so professional and straight about their work. My good friend who lives there had nothing but good things to say about the quality of work, response and explanation of services that Eric and his company provided.

I emailed the above company through Angie's List and have not receive a response to date. In addition, I requested that my property management company call to schedule for an estimate for work and they report that they left a message and their call has not been returned. After reading all of the great reviews, I am most disappointed that I cannot validate most of the experiences on this site. I hope that the company will reach out after this review. .........................UPDATE........................ After reading the company's response to my previous review on November 20, 2012, I reached out to the company by phone. Previously my property management company claimed they called and had not heard back. This was not the case in my experience. Needless to say, I am no longer in business with the property management company. Several times I called the messaging service and I received a call back each time. Everyone that I spoke with on the phone was professional and courteous. I was able to obtain an estimate the same day I called and the work is scheduled for later in the week. They were willing to coordinate with my neighbor to let them in the property. I will update after the work but I feel the need to change my initial review to be fair.

I was quoted about $2,000 for the whole job- and it ended being exactly that, which I was fine and happy with. They showed up the day of around 8:30am and finished around 2-2:30 I believe. I was at work most of the time, but everything was done well and they left my house clean. They were very friendly and explained everything to me, and even gave advice on some other plumbing type issues I was having. They seem very personable and I appreciate that whenever I'm letting strangers into my home. I never felt uneasy, but most importantly they did the job correctly and timely.

In one visit, they had it all fixed and perfect in no time at all. Even clean-up was perfect. Their skill and experience really shine. Professionally outstanding.

We had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. We were replacing an older water heater that wasn't currently having any issues, but we wanted to make sure it was replaced before it failed. The owner doing the estimate was great. He agreed that even though we didn't have an issue it would be good to replace and that a new heater would be more efficient. Then when the workers came, they double checked that a new heater was what we really wanted since they saw it was working fine and they usually only replace broken ones. I appreciated that they checked with me! They didn't make a big mess and came when they said they would and finished promptly. They even replaced some extra valves for us in the basement and included that in the price of everything, and answered some questions about another plumbing item and reassured us that all was OK with that item but explained what to look out for and to contact them if it acted up. They honored our Angie's list coupon and billed us after the work. The only issue we had was with contacting them-- my husband can't use his cell at work and when he called with a question he got the secretary who then had someone call him back and he couldn't always get to his phone at the right time. Email contact would have been more convenient with us, but that's the only minor thing-- they always called us right back.

I am very satisfied the Goffredo's service, and will definitely use them again. I would recommend them to anyone.
