 + 0 moreThe Ferrante crew was prompt and efficient. Giovanni kept me informed throughout the process. once they started they completed all items within 3 days. The work done looks great. The front steps are so much better than what they replaced. We expect to get a lot of use from the screen room now that is has been properly fixed. My wife and I are very pleased with the work done.
Description of Work: Repair (rebuild) wall to screen room, break up and remove old concrete from screen room floor, replace 10' x 12' screen room floor (rebar and 3500 psi concrete 4" thick), repoint brick in several places. Replace front step with 2 new steps, top with flagstone 5'W x 16"D x 7"H
