Verizon

We paid a bill a few days late and Verizon cut the service off. Most companies would just carry the bill to the next payment period, but Verizon pulled the plug on us. They made me jump through hoops talking to foreigners with accents so think that I could not understand them. After talking to nine people I could barely understand, the problem is still not fixed. They demand American money, but have foreigners that you can't understand. They said it would take a few hours to restore my service, but that still has not happened. It takes two seconds to buy or rent a movie, but in four hours they still haven't fixed the service.

They are okay but I don't really have too many calls into them. I don't think they are cheap.

This was not resolved but there was no cost to the service visit. I had to get an A/V expert to address the problem.

It went well. The technician was on time, actually came before the time the appointment was for. Was very detailed took his time doing the installation. All in all things went well.

Service is good but the cost is high.

We are not thrilled with the backup battery idea. We used to still be able to use the phone if there was a loss of electricity. Now we have a 4 hour window for phone service. Needless to say we keep our cell phones charged.

System is unstable after installing new cable from phone line entry to Dining room where computer is - sometimes we get no internet but usually shutting off, wait 50 seconds, and turning back on, modem/router, will get it back. Internet is there sporadically but not perpetually and there is no apparent reason for the lack of internet on the modem/router. I will use them again because there is no one else and I do not like the prices for truly high speed internet from Comcast.

It went very well, the only work we had to do was to update the new password on each device.

I couldn't believe how smoothly the process went - they sent us the necessary instructions and equipment so that we could do the install ourselves (the house was already wired for Verizon and Comcast but we chose Verizon b/c of the special promotions they had going on). The instructions were clear, the on-the-phone customer service rep was polite and very helpful. She set us up to receive our gift cards (promotion) and they came within days of the installation.

Great I'm able to save money

Installed TV, phone, internet package where there had been no previous service.

We have a text plan. They're reliable. We never drop calls. I've had them for years. I guess they're pretty average.

The quality of the service that Verizon provides is good.

I will stay with them until something better comes along.

We have it all bundled together and everything seems to be working properly. They do what they are suppose to do and I do mine. They are very very slow to get something repaired. You have to do everything online and they give you a window as to when they will be out which of course is not convenient. So far our service has been reliable.

There are limited options on who to use around here. The experience with them has been fine. Their price is fair and the quality of their service is good.

They are efficient, kind and courteous. I have been very pleased with the services and will continue to use them in the future.

The overall experience is excellent. The price and quality are excellent. They came pretty quickly after we told them we wanted their cable. There are two cable companies in my area, and if they contacted me with a better deal, I would go with them.

They were here fairly quickly after we told them we wanted their service. It's only basic cable. We pay a little extra for a dvr. We have used this service for about 2 years. The rates are reasonable. We will continue to utilize their services.

I have a family plan. They have very good coverage so we usually have coverage wherever we go.
