+ -1 moreThe staff is friendly and responsive by phone and email. The put me in direct contact with landlord if needed or handled as appropriate. I really only needed to contact a couple times a year. The management office where my records are stored seems mostly secure though they could use a security camera. The repair people they (or possibly landlord) sent where decent, and respectful of the interior of my home in that they cleaned up if work was done such as plumbing.
Description of Work: I'm writing as a tenant so I didn't pay a fee directly, that would come from my former landlord. I had a good experience the whole 2 years I rented a home.
