Val's delivered exactly what I needed! I was in a very tight time schedule and I needed my new house cleaned ASAP before the movers arrived. It had been on the market for many months with hundreds of showings so it was very dirty. Val and his team showed up and worked very hard all day and everything came out perfect and spotless. I plan on using them regularly now. Highly recommended and very professional job.

I'm selling my home. I needed a service to clean prior to an open house. Val's Cleaning Service was very responsive and sent their team out on a Sunday morning. The team did an amazing job cleaning. They took their time a really made my house look great before the open house. I highly recommend hiring them.

My house looks great. I have a good regular cleaning person who is away right now. Val did more- like getting down cobwebs from my kitchen ceiling, moving furniture to get at dust, cleaning underneath beds and sofas. I was very happy with the service and felt that it was a fair price for the quality.

I used Val for deep cleaning of a rental unit. The shower hadn't been cleaned for some time and was a real challenge. Val and Patricia stuck at it and it looks great. All through the condo they cleaned the walls, baseboards, blinds, cabinets and floors. Extra attention was spent on the appliances. I would definitely use them again. Val was very easy to talk to (I called and got him first try). We scheduled a few weeks in advance and he kept in touch with me. He and Patricia were at the property promptly and worked the whole time they were there.

I have used Val's cleaning service previously at a couple rental properties and had them clean my own house this time. Nice guy, with good workers - do a very thorough job for the price. Will use again in the future and highly recommend...

Val and the women who work with him are fantastic. Val was very prompt getting back to my initial call, did an initial walkthrough where he showed me what they would have to do, and stayed realistic and kind. From there is was pretty smooth sailing. The initial deep cleaning was $500 (after Angie's List discount), it seemed like a lot, but wow! They dusted everything, surprised us by doing some windows, got mildew out of the corners of the tub (which we'd been trying to do for months), and even handled our very loud dog with kindness. The professionalism stood out again on the next cleaning -- a month later. I needed to leave for work so they finished the job, locked up the house, and even put away the dog. Very trust-worthy folks. They have really given us the boost we need to keep up with a large house. So much so that we'll probably switch to every two weeks soon.

The company's said they showed up, knocked on door/rang bell. I say they were a NO SHOW. I explained that I was home, made a point to be home at the time they were scheduled but NO one came to my door. I told them even if I were in the basement, I have two dogs and both would have barked if ANYONE had come to my door. They were a NO show.

We are very happy with this company. We would highly recommend him to others as well.

We have been using Val's for over 6 months. Every other week, $120 per cleaning. We live in a 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath house with a finished basement. Very easy to work with - we normally communicate via text message a day or two before the service just to confirm the appointment. The normal cleaning provided is very adequate for typical use. Every few months I would suggest paying a bit more for a deep cleaning. The interaction with Val and the cleaners has always been very good and professional. The quality of the service provided is excellent and well worth the price. We provide the cleaning supplies and materials - they can make recommendations on cleaning products or they will use anything we specify. I would definitely recommend Val's Cleaning Services to friends and neighbors.

as usual, they were here 5 mins. early (they are always on time when I am first appointment; usually within 20-30 mins of target if later appointment). They do a reasonably good job on their own. If you ask them to do something special or you see something you want done or redone, they do it cheerfully and professionally. They seem to want to please. They are very fast. 4 bedroom, two story Main Line home, 2.5 baths, including simple vacuuming of basement work-out area: 2 hours. Tipping is appreciated and I think helps the level of responsiveness. Val usually calls later to check up on quality but you should ask him to come to the house from time to time. The quality is proportional to Val's hands-on supervision, especially if you hire them for a "deep" thorough cleaning, which is good every couple of months. Price is a bit high for the time spent, but as long as they get the job done correctly, I am not vigorously I am satisfied. Val's is a new firm, a spin-off and relative of and former supervisor for MV Cleaning, one of Angie's highest rated housecleaners.
