Wonderful. The staff was one time, professional, pleasant and thorough. I was very impressed and happy with the results.

Val came to the house to see the job, talk about what needed to be done and settle on a day and price a few weeks before the cleaning date. He was prompt, thorough and courteous. On the cleaning day, he dropped off two women and cleaning supplies exactly on time and went through what needed to be done with me and the cleaners. The cleaners worked diligently thoroughly cleaning each room. They cleaned the fan blades, walls, baseboards, light fixtures, floors and interior windows of every room. In the bathrooms they cleaned inside each medicine cabinet and vanity which is not typical for a move-in cleaning. They were there for many hours. Val returned to see how things were going and checked each area himself with a white washcloth/rag. He spot cleaned any areas they had missed. The last room to be cleaned was the kitchen. The appliances did not need to be cleaned as they were new, but the inside of each cabinet did. They did not leave until the job was 100% done to my satisfaction. Having a set agreement on price and expectations with Val before they started helped ensure that the team didn't say they were done just because "x" amount of hours were up or try to charge extra to finish beyond the estimated hours, which is how cleaning companies often work. This was by far the best cleaning service I've ever used and will certainly use in the future as well. Val takes great pride in the work of his team.

I don't even think the house was this clean when we bought it. Everything including the inside of the oven and microwave, ceiling fans, and windows were spotless.

Three people cleaned not only the floor but hot water heater furnace, water pipes, oil tanks, etc. They were efficient. Val came and gave me an estimate and showed up on time today as he did for the estimate. I appreciate people that are punctual. Will definitely use him again and will recommend him to friends and neighbors.

We had Val in for an estimate and were going to schedule him for the following week during a particularly busy time of year for our family. We called (no website) and called, but nobody ever called us back. This was a big disappointment and we will - obviously - not be attempting to use his services again.

Val came out and assessed the job and gave a quote that was cheaper than the other estimates we got. He and a colleague came out and did a GREAT job. The whole house was sparkling when they were done. No dust anywhere. He took extra time to magically disappear a bunch of scratches that were all over the stainless steel fridge. When we arrived for a walk-through and noticed that one of the windows had lots of leftover tape on the outside from construction permits being taped up, he climbed up on a ladder, sprayed it down and scraped it clean in 5 minutes, no extra charge, even though outside work hadn't been part of his estimate. Val was very easy to communicate with. When he was an hour from finishing the job, he sent a text so we could plan to go meet him without having to wait around. Val was punctual, did a very big job right, and charged a very reasonable rate.

Val's cleaners did a great job! Even my daughters noticed how clean the house was.

I've been using Val's cleaning service for over a year. Overall, the cleaners do a thorough job and Val, the owner, is receptive to any issues and requests you may have. The downside is that the cleaners who come to your house aren't always the same so some are more thorough and more careful than others.

They come every two weeks. It’s a $150 for two weeks. I love them and I am going to continue to use them. They are very punctual and they do a great job. Two people come.

They did a great job. They were the only company contacted who came to visit the place before making an estimate. Even though they were quoting higher than others I went with them because I got the feeling they would do the most thorough job. Was not disappointed. Would hire again

Val was very responsive to my initial inquiry and came the very next day to look at what needed to be done and to give me a price. He was able to put me on the schedule in less than a week. The cleaners arrived on time and worked all day. They had to work around my parents and the caregiver and me which they did with no problem. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

It went very well as the Val's Cleaning crew got to the house early in the morning, and used the lock box to gain entry. By the time I arrived about 10:00 am, they were just finishing up. They did an excellent job with the cleaning. I am grateful that Val's was able to help me out on short notice as two other companies could not do so.

I'd been living in an apartment for 6 months and, as of recently, had a bad bug infestation. Besides an exterminator, I needed professional cleaning help! Val responded almost instantly, visited the apartment to assess the situation and give an estimate, and scheduled the cleaning quickly. I admit it. I can't keep up with the cleaning, but Val's ladies can! Very pleased! Reasonably priced.

Val was very responsive, and worked around my schedule. I told him that I have been using the same cleaning service for 7 years and while my old cleaning service was very nice, their quality has slipped over the years since the owner of the company no longer comes during cleanings. The old cleaning service missed stuff all the time and slowly became very average in their job. So when I told Val I was looking for an A plus cleaning service that could convince me to drop my C+ to B- cleaning service of 7 years, he came by (even after I cancelled on him once because my mother was sick) and showed me all the things that my other cleaning service missed that they wouldn't (like my ceiling fan, decorative wall trim, door trim, chair crevices, etc.) I scheduled him for the service, and he and his crew showed up on time and he inspected everything before he left. I was impressed with their work and will be calling again for my next cleaning.
