Val was here on time with a crew of cleaners, and they were here nearly all day. This house is immaculate now! His team was very diligent and worked hard, and the excellence of their work is apparent in their attention to small details. I have hired several home cleaning services over the years in different locations, and Val's is the best so far.

The work done was excellent . I liked that he came out and evaluated the work to be done prior to giving an estimate. The staff were very professional and throughout . They worked as a team to get the job done. Any issues I had were minor and was just personal preference. Wow! I contacted Val because of the great AL reviews and his response was nearly immediate. We recently had a baby and couldn't find the time to deep clean our house or keep up with the maintenance. Val and his staff came in the next week and did a top-to-bottom cleanse of our old, dusty home from the 1820's. We couldn't be more impressed! Val and his staff were right on time, respected our privacy during cleaning, and did an amazing job. It's 24 hours later and I'm still shocked how thorough the team did. Will I hire them again? I hired Val to deep clean a house I wanted to rent. He was easy to communicate with via text and was accommodating with my schedule. On the day of the cleaning he and his team were punctual and did a good job overall cleaning the house. The major problem that occurred was that one of his staff broke the faucet for the master tub. Unfortunately, due to the way the tub was constructed, it cost $1700 to replace. When I told Val about this I didn't ask him to pay for the repair. I only asked for a refund of the cleaning fee since I was now going to have to pay approximately four times the fee to fix the problem his staff had caused. His response was to call me a liar and insist his staff had done no damage. Needless to say, his lack of professionalism and customer service mean I have to strongly recommend against using his company.

I highly recommend Val's Cleaning Service. They were prompt, thorough and easy to work with. They did an incredible job cleaning my parents' empty house before settlement, and since I hired them from out of town, Val sent me photos that showed every room that was cleaned. Val's team did an outstanding job. The house required a deep-cleaning to be prepared for going on the market. Val's team cleaned from top to bottom: light fixtures; fans; finger-prints off of flat tv screens; shined floors, they did it all. The team was professional and worked constantly, except they stopped for about 30 minutes to eat lunch. They worked from 8:00 - 5:30 p.m. I would wholeheartedly recommend Val's Cleaning Service to anyone looking for high-quality, professional cleaning service

Val's Cleaning responded to my inquiry very quickly and came to the apartment promptly to assess the work that needed to be done and gave me an estimated price, which was the final price. The work was excellent. Even the utensils inside every drawer were filthy from construction dirt and dust. Every shelf, drawer, cupboard, closet in every room was thoroughly cleaned. The furniture was even vacuumed to remove dust! And the large, sliding glass doors to the balcony were also cleaned, on the outside and well as the inside! As promised, Val's Cleaning accomplished this in one day. All furniture was back in place. The apartment was immaculate. And the price was right! I will definitely use Val's Cleaning again. They do regular cleaning as well as the one-time deep cleaning.

We had been using another cleaning service for our routine house cleaning, but their punctuality was less than professional and the quality of work was so so for the amount we were paying. On January 22, 2018 I decided enough was enough and we started researching other cleaning services. Val's Cleaning Service sounded almost too good to be true but we decided to give them a call. Valmor Zancanaro took our call and asked that we text message him the address and he would come out on January 23, 2018 to look at what we needed and give us a quote. Valmor was right on time and very pleasant to talk with. He looked our place over, asked a few questions regarding the service we were looking for, and said he would get back to us later in the afternoon with a quote. At 6:42 pm on January 23, 2018 we had our quote to do a deep clean and then continuing with service every 2 weeks. On February 1, 2018 Valmor and his ladies showed up within the timeframe he had given us. He checked with us to make sure we still wanted the service as we had discussed, and he gave his ladies instructions and got them started. He had quoted us for 2 ladies for 4 hours and that's what we got. They went to work and never stopped until they were finished. Oh my, what a difference QUALITY service makes. Our house looked great. We are now on a regular schedule with Val's Cleaning Service and they come in every 2 weeks. They were here on February 15, 2018 and they'll be back tomorrow, March 1, 2018. The work is spot on and the ladies are very professional in their duties. I will be honest, there is a language barrier. Valmor works very hard to try to understand what we ask and he communicates with his ladies so they understand. By using text messaging Valmor reduces the chance of miscommunication due to language. In the 21st century communicating via text messaging and email leads to less misunderstanding and errors but it takes time for an old dog to learn the new trick! Try the rest and then call the BEST. Val's Cleaning Service is by far the best cleaning service in our local area! We're getting twice the quality of work, compared to our former cleaning service, and at a more affordable cost. Val and his team arrived right on time and did a very thorough job cleaning our home. They did an excellent job removing dust from all of the baseboards and door and window frames. They gave great attention to detail and took care to make sure everything was done right and to our satisfaction. I will definitely continue to use them for bi-weekly house cleaning.

Val and his team were AMAZING. This was easily the best cleaning job I've ever seen anyone do, across 3 different houses and cities over the last 10 years. I've been looking for someone to do a "deep clean" of our house for a while now, because we've been in this house for 5 years, with young children, and I've never done a thorough spring cleaning. After reading Val's reviews I decided to go for it and the results were amazing. It was expensive but worth every penny. They spent 9.5 hours cleaning our house from top to bottom. It's like a brand-new house! I can't wait to have them back. Thank you, Val & team!

The team arrived a little early and stayed a little later than expected. They spent all day (8a-4p plus some). They went over every nook and cranny. They were very thorough and did a fantastic job. I will be hiring them for regular cleanings as well. The price seemed a little high at first but considering the amount of time they invested and the quality, it was worth it. The price for regular cleanings seems very reasonable.

Val and his team were incredible in helping us get our home in top shape to host our very first Thanksgiving dinner. Despite reaching out to them a mere two weeks before the date we needed the service completed, Val was incredibly responsive and flexible with us. He came out to the house to do a walk-through and give a quote (actually multiple quotes based on how much of the house we wanted cleaned) the day after I reached out to him. We ended up choosing the deep cleaning service for the whole home - 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and finished basement. Val and his team showed incredible care and professionalism in making sure our whole home was spick and span, cleaning absolutely EVERYTHING in our home. It took them the better part of 8 hours but they would not quit until absolutely every room was spotless. Almost a month later and we are still enjoying the clean slate that Val and his team left us with!

Very thorough and high quality work

I have hired cleaning services in the past to do deep house cleaning. They alwasys do ok, I usually end up doing a couple things when I get home. I contacted Val's on somewhat of a whim because my husband and I have been very busy and the house has gotten a little carried away. Val came to the house for an estimate and was very professional and went over every little thing that was going to be done. Very professional. Because of the holiday season it took a couple weeks for the job to be completed, but ideas worth the wait. My house has LITERALLY never been so clean. I am actually a little beside myself about how spotless my house is. Mind you, I am a huge pain and really critical of house cleanings. But these guys knocked it out of the park. I'm thrilled and I look forward to working with them in the future.
