Representative came to my house and checked out two roofs. He was very honest and said one did not need repairs at that time, but my main roof did. We scheduled the appointment right then and there. The workers came that day. It took them about half a day and they were gone. Everything was very smooth and customer service was great.

Bad attitude during estimate.

After checking a few different companies, including one owned by a neighbor I decided on Universal. Their salesman, Joe, came to my house right on time. He was completely knowledgeable, professional and very personable. A date was set and when the workers arrived they got right to work. They answered all of my questions and concerns. I was very happy with my decision to use Universal and would recommend them to anyone.

The quote seems high. I did not decide to go with this service because of the price.

I called Universal Roofing to get a quote for my roof that was leaking. I met with the owner Jason who was punctual and professional. He took a look at my roof and knew where the leak was coming from immediately. Jason even offered to show me where the problem was, however, I declined to climb the ladder. I had other estimates from other roofers and compared there prices and details of the work to be done. I felt Universal gave me the most for my money. Since the job has completed we have had several rain storms and to my delight , no more leaks. I would be happy to use this company again in the future and recommend them to my friends.

Salesman came out on a Friday, job was completed by the following Wednessday. Overall a good experience, fair price, and work crew did a good job.

The young man, Joe, arriving from the company was personable, knowledgable and after looking at the leaking areas and the roof involved, made valid sujggestions as to how to solve the problem. On site recommendations, contracts and information were professional. The check for validating the contract and down payment, was held until the work was completed. A date was set for the work to be done. However, I did receive a call that morning, indicating that because of inclement weather, they could not begin. The next morning, Joe, appeared with the supplies and work crew. The work was begun around 9 am and completed by 2:30 pm. The area was clean with no debri or indication that someone had removed roofing and decking. The great thing, is that after a storm and rain, there are no more leaks!!! Thank you, Universal Roofing.

Getting a new roof was a big expense for me. I contacted three different roofing contractors to come out to give me an estimate. After Meeting with Joe from Universal Roofing and Contracting, I knew immediately they were going to be the company I was going Their price was fair and they were very knowledgable about the latest roofing materials. We scheduled a date and the workers arrived on- time. They did an excellent job and I was impressed with the work clean up and entire job as a whole. I will be recommending them to my brother who is looking to get a new roof installed this spring and to anyone else I know who needs a new roof.

Contractor was very nice, knowledgable and worked with the insurance company and myself. The replaced the damage from Sandy and worked within my budget to do a great job on the siding, back and front gutters and the soffet and facia. The workmen arrived earlier 7:00 AM sharp and showed me the work in progress. They cleaned up great and left no footprint in my yard even though it was very wet from the rain. I am planning more work on my house and they will be the firt ones I call. What better endorsement is that! Keep up the good work! IT is hard to find a good contractor!

The crew worked really well despite the overwhelming heat. They were also courteous and attentive and generally followed directions well.l

Provided detailed overview of what services would be rendered, warranties provided as well as recommended upkeep. Professional and honest service. Arrived and completed the service on promised date and took away all debris.

We called Universal Roofing when we developed a leak in our roof in the beginning of October. When we called, the girl who originally answered the phone, Leah was her name, was very courteous and set an emergency appointment for us right away. They actually had one of their workers stop at our house on the way home and temporarily stop the roof from leaking, so that we would not be faced with any further damage. The following day, I had an appointment with a gentleman by the name of Joe Fisher, who came out on time, and gave us a free inspection, and showed us how our roof was in bad shape. Mr Fisher was very knowledgable and informative. He laid out a few possible options for us in the various price ranges. Once Joe Fisher completed his Demo of the products, He asked us if we had any question. We asked a few questions and he answered each and every one. Having had a few estimates before Universal, we decided that night to move forward with the work. Because of the condition of our existing roof, we requested that the guys get started as soon as possible. They were able to start the following day. The workers that came out, were very hard workers! The job site was contained and kept very clean through out the process. The Owner Jason Straub was by the house multiple times during the project to give us updates and look in on his workers. These guys finished the job inside of one day and the roof looks great, not to mention, no more leaks! I have dealt with some horrible contractors in my life, but this experience has been a pleasure! I would recommend Universal Roofing in a heartbeat!
