They charge extra money for giving a check. They do not lift items to clean. They cleaned very good in one area but not the other. I didn't notice until after they left.

They were the absolute worst, they should receive the lowest rating. They were absolutely horrible. They came in with dirty mops and were mopping my floor with them. It was just beyond horrible. I had to tell them to clean the bathroom floor and they had a mop that was filthy. I have small children and they were cleaning my floors with filthy moped that they probably used to clean like 10 houses before me. I would never use them again and I've been telling everyone I know not to use them.

They did a good job and the price was reasonable.

I used them twice and both times I had to go behind them to clean the floor in my bathroom. I was able to take a dry swiffer and get a ton of cat hair still left on the floor. They also only cleaned around things on the counter in the kitchen and bathroom. And, this was after I took everything off of the counters. They came and worked for 40 minutes when they were scheduled to work for an hour. They are nice people but they don't properly clean floors.

EACH TIME I CAME HOME I NEEDED TO LOOK AROUND AND DETERMINE IF THE HOUSE WAS EVEN CLEANED OR NOT. THE SLIDER WAS ALWAYS DIRTY AFTER THEY LEFT AND THE BATHROOM NEVER LOOKED THE LEAST BIT CLEAN. I HAD TO CALL THEM AND COMPLAIN SEVERAL TIMES, BUT THEY NEVER GOT IT RIGHT.
