It was always a smooth transaction. It's a busy U-Haul place so sometimes there is a line to wait.

I ended up in the and quot;old building,and quot; which is the western building of the two that are on Washington Avenue. If this is your only option, run screaming. The building's freight elevator and passenger elevator are out of service half the time, the place reeks of smoke, and after a month in storage there my belongings were covered with flaked-off paint from the ceiling. But by far the most frustrating part was moving out the day after my credit card was auto-charged for a month's rent in advance -- fine, I should have checked on that ahead of time, but when I called to politely ask for a refund they first transferred me to THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE, all of whom required me to repeat my entire story, and the third of which basically told me sorry, you're screwed. So I paid for a month of a storage unit that was literally used for one day, and they would not give me any consideration whatsoever. Oh, and their online account management is a complete joke.

There were no problems. Everything was fine. It was clean. They were professional and helpful.

Their price is comparable to others I have looked at.

They are well organized. They have a short wait time. The car was clean and in good condition. There were no issues. Their prices are great.
