Wow what great service I had with Frank and Trustco. My heater went down on a very cold night I called Trustco and Frank came to my house within 1 hour. He is very friendly and professional and explains everything he is doing. Any questions you may have he will answer. I learned allot from him just watching what he does. Phenomenal work! Our AC was leaking over the floor on Labor Day and Trustco came out within the hour to help! I am incredibly thankful for their service. Our drip line was clogged and Trustco rerouted the drip line and added a pump. I appreciate their hard work and dedication to their customers!

He (Frank) was on time, took care of the problem I was extremely impressed not only with the service but with the price as well. Very informative on how I can take care of my unit and I have 2. He deserves all the commendation he can get.

The technician {Frank} from Trustco, performed an annual tune-up on my gas boiler and replaced my faulty heater thermostat. Frank was very thorough with his inspection of my gas boiler and when he encountered a faulty part, he explained in detail why the part needed to be replaced in order to avoid major repairs in the long run. I am totally satisfied with the services that Trustco rendered to my gas boiler and I would not hesitate to contact them again. I will definitely refer Trustco to my family and friends if they are ever in need of an excellent heating or air conditioner repair company.

Frank came out on time. He did a great job at a fair price. I would hire him again 100% If you need heating or A/C work done I would call them.

It went very well and accordingly to plan and estimate. Also he repair dryer vent with no charge.

Very fair pricing, quality work, and peace at mind when it came to replacing my AC condenser and high velocity evap coil. Would definitely recommend them to those in the Philly area.

After having a few other contractors work on our heater with little success, we called Trustco. Frank identified the problem as a bad electrical board which kept causing the unit to shut down. He was honest and professional, even showed me a few ways to troubleshoot the unit first before calling a repair man. His pricing was also fair and I would highly recommend Trustco.

Mr. Frank completed a work of excellence installing a heating and AC unit in my house. The system is working great and the price was right comparing with other providers. He completed the work in a timely manner and removed the old system. He leave the area clean and organized. He explained how the unit work and went the extra mile installing a little fence to avoid my dog messing with the outside unit. I had a great experience with this company.

Frank, the owner of TrustCo Heating and Air, answered my first call right away. Being he was in the area, he actually swung by about 10 minutes after we first got off the phone to provide an estimate. He took the time to explain things to us and then gave us a more than fair estimate for the job the same day. Frank and his assistant, Marc, were tremendously professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We have numerous animals on the property, but they were more than willing to accommodate my requests to keep certain doors closed, etc. Frank even took the time to cut some of the bricks that lined our landscaping so they would be useful for creating a new boundary for the central air unit outside. They even re-routed some of the lines and wires to the central air unit that ranged across the inside of our garage to allow for more accessibility. It took Frank and Marc two days to complete the entire job and their work was exceptional. Before the new central air unit was installed (our previous unit was from the early 90’s) we didn’t get much cool air upstairs. With this new unit (Coleman) we now have a consistent temperature throughout the home, which made us both EXTREMELY happy. The heater is also Coleman and has a unique feature where, based on the temperature, the unit will decide whether to fire all of the burners or only a few. Again, that was Frank’s recommendation and we are extremely happy with it. All in all, Frank and Marc did amazing work. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the work and the price. We had a few different companies stop by for estimates and no one beat TrustCo’s estimate. And let me tell you, they are worth every penny. You won’t be disappointed.

Great....Contacted Frank by phone and gave him the description of the job. He checked it out and gave me a quote shortly after.. The work was done professionally including replacing some missing sealing tiles at no cost

It was fabulous.

Returned my call promptly. Set appointment date. Called because he was detained at another job...When he arrived, checked system inside and out. Explained the problem and what would be needed to repair A/C system. He went out of his way to find out that one part was still under warranty .... so there was no charge for that part. When finished all repairs, left area clean.

After reading all the reviews I called Trustco Heating and Air to come out to fix a furnace issue we were having. He came out the same day and quickly service our furnace. After working with another heating company that was unable to identify the issue I was amazed at how well Frank knew every component of a rather complicated old furnace setup. It turned out to be a rather easy repair and Frank charged a very fair price. I highly recommend Trustco to anyone and will definitely call him first next time I have a heating issue. Our renters called to let us know that there was a burning smell in the house and the heat was not functioning. Frank was there promptly and finished the job within half an hour.

Frank was very responsive to many questions I had about overall heating and A/C of the house, location of ducts and where outlets into rooms should be placed. He is very creative and clearly tried every avenue possible to set it up in the best possible way. He got the City permit and had the inspection done after the install without delay. I really could not have met a nicer person to work with. Frank and his team are a pleasure to have around. They are doing superb work and I would hire them again anytime!
